The dramatic rise in the number of people living in cities has made many environmental and social problems *** search for a productive method for disposing of solid waste is the most notable of these *** scholars have referred to it as a fuzzy multi-attribute or multi-criteria decision-making problem using various fuzzy set-like approaches because of the inclusion of criteria and anticipated *** goal of the current study is to use an innovative methodology to address the expected uncertainties in the problem of solid waste site *** characteristics(or sub-attributes)that decision-makers select and the degree of approximation they accept for various options can both be indicators of these *** tackle these problems,a novel mathematical structure known as the fuzzy parameterized possibility single valued neutrosophic hypersoft expert set(ρˆ-set),which is initially described,is integrated with a modified version of Sanchez’s *** this,an intelligent algorithm is *** steps of the suggested algorithm are explained with an example that explains *** compatibility of solid waste management sites and systems is discussed,and rankings are established along with detailed justifications for their *** study’s strengths lie in its application of fuzzy parameterization and possibility grading to effectively handle the uncertainties embodied in the parameters’nature and alternative approximations,*** uses specific mathematical formulations to compute the fuzzy parameterized degrees and possibility grades that are missing from the prior *** is simpler for the decisionmakers to look at each option separately because the decision is *** the computed results,it is discovered that they are consistent and dependable because of their preferred properties.

Preparation and characterization of transparent conducting ZnO:W films by DC magnetron sputtering

Tungsten-doped zinc oxide（ZnO：W） films with low resistivity and high transmittance were successfully deposited on glass substrates by direct current magnetron sputtering at low *** deposition pressure is varied from 12 to 21 *** X-ray diffraction results show that all of the deposited films are polycrystalline and have a hexagonal structure with a preferred c-axis *** crystallinity,morphologies and resistivity of ZnO：W films greatly depend on deposition pressure while the optical properties including optical transmittance, optical band gap as well as refractive index are not sensitive to deposition *** deposited films with an electrical resistivity as low as 1.5×10^（-4）Ω·cm,sheet resistance of 6.8Ω/□and an average transmittance of 91.3% in the visible range were obtained at a deposition pressure of 21 Pa and sputtering power of 130 W.

Improved gravitational search algorithm based on free search differential evolution

This paper presents an improved gravitational search algorithm （IGSA） as a hybridization of a relatively recent evolutionary algorithm called gravitational search algorithm （GSA）, with the free search differential evolution （FSDE）. This combination incorporates FSDE into the optimization process of GSA with an attempt to avoid the premature convergence in GSA. This strategy makes full use of the exploration ability of GSA and the exploitation ability of FSDE. IGSA is tested on a suite of benchmark functions. The experimental results demonstrate the good performance of IGSA.

Modified Functional Projective Synchronization of the Unidirectional and Bidirectional Hybrid Connective Star Network with Coupling Time-Delay

An unidirectional and bidirectional hybrid connective star network model with coupling time-delay is constructed in this paper. According to synchronization error systems, adaptive controllers for each node are structured by using the linear system stability method and the Lyapunov stability method. These adaptive controllers can realize the modified functional projective synchronization between each node of star network and an isolated node by argument and analysis. Finally, the corrective and effective of the adaptive controllers are illustrated by some numerical examples.

Luminescent characteristics of Ba_3Y_2(BO_3)_4:Eu^(3+) phosphor for white LED

The Ba3Y2（BO3）4：Eu^3＋ phosphor was synthesized using a high temperature solid-state reaction method and the luminescent characteristics were investigated. The emission spectrum exhibited one strong red emission at 613 nm, corresponding to the electric dipole 5D0-TF2 transition of Eu^3＋, under 365 nm excitation. The excitation spectrum of 613 nm indicated that the Ba3Y2（BO3）n：Eu^3＋ phosphor was effectively excited by ultraviolet （UV）（254, 365 and 400 nm） and blue （470 nm） light. The effect of Eu^3＋ concentration on the 613 nm emission of the Ba3Y2（BO3）n：Eu^3＋ phosphor was measured. The results showed that the emission intensity increased with increasing Eu^3＋ concentration, and then decreased. The CIE color coordinates of Ba3Y2（BO3）4：Eu^3＋ phosphor were x=0.641 and y=0.359 at 15 mol.% Eu^3＋.

First principles study on electronic structure and optical properties of novel Na-hP4 high pressure phase

The electronic structure and optical properties of novel Na-hP4 high pressure phase at different pressures(260,320,400 and 600 GPa)were investigated by the density functional theory(DFT)with the generalized gradient approximation(GGA)for the exchange and correlation *** band structure along the higher symmetry axes in the Brillouin zone,the density of states(DOS) and the partial density of states(PDOS)were *** band gap increases and the energy band expands to some extent with the pressure *** dielectric function,reflectivity,energy-loss function,optical absorption coefficient,optical conductivity, refractive index and extinction coefficient were calculated for discussing the optical properties of Na-hP4 high pressure phase at different pressures.

On the Minimal Solutions of Variational Inequalities in Orlicz-Sobolev Spaces

In this paper,the author studies the existence of the minimal nonnegative solutions of some elliptic variational inequalities in Orlicz-Sobolev spaces on bounded or unbounded *** gets some comparison results between different solutions as tools to pass to the limit in the problems and to show the existence of the minimal solutions of the variational inequalities on bounded domains or unbounded *** both cases,coercive and noncoercive operators are *** sufficient and necessary conditions for the existence of the minimal nonnegative solution of the noncoercive variational inequality on bounded domains are established.

Gastric malignancies in Northern Jordan with special emphasis on descriptive epidemiology

AIM:To study the epidemiology of gastric malignancies in Jordan as a model for Middle East countries where such data is scarce. METHODS:Pertinent epidemiological and clinicopathological data for 201 patients with gastric malignancy in north of Jordan between 1991 and 2001 were analyzed. RESULTS:Male:female ratio was 1.8:*** mean age was 61.2 years,and 8.5% of the patients were younger than 40 years of *** overall age-adjusted incidence was 5.82/100 000 population/*** age specific incidence for males raised from 1.48 in those aged 30-39 years to 72.4 in those aged 70-79 ***, gastric lymphomas,malignant stromal tumors,and carcinoids were found in 87.5%,8%,2.5%,and 2% *** was an average of 10.1-month delay between the initial symptoms and the *** 82 patients underwent“curative”*** adenocarcinoma groups,Lauren intestinal type was the commonest(72.2%)and the distal third was the most common localization(48.9%).The mean follow up for patients with gastric adenocarcinoma was 25.1 mo(range 1-132mo).The 5-year survival rates for stages Ⅰ(n=15), Ⅱ(n=41),Ⅲ(n=59),and Ⅳ(n=53) were 67.3%,41.3%, 5.7%,and 0% respectively(P=0.0001).The overall 5 year survival was 21.1%. CONCLUSION:Despite low inddence,some epidemiological features of gastric cancer in Jordan mimic those of high- risk *** are detected and treated after a relatively long *** justification in favor of a possible gastric cancer screening effort in Jordan is supported by our study;rather,the need of an earlier diagnosis and subsequent better care.

Optimization-Based Fragmental Transmission Method for Video Data in Opportunistic Networks

Multimedia data have become popularly transmitted content in opportunistic networks. A large amount of video data easily leads to a low delivery ratio. Breaking up these big data into small pieces or fragments is a reasonable option. The size of the fragments is critical to transmission efficiency and should be adaptable to the communication capability of a network. We propose a novel communication capacity calculation model of opportunistic network based on the classical random direction mobile model, define the restrain facts model of overhead, and present an optimal fragment size algorithm. We also design and evaluate the methods and algorithms with video data fragments disseminated in a simulated environment. Experiment results verified the effectiveness of the network capability and the optimal fragment methods.
