Due to the numerous variables to take into account as well as the inherent ambiguity and uncertainty,evaluating educational institutions can be *** concept of a possibility Pythagorean fuzzy hypersoft set(pPyFHSS)is more flexible in this regard than other theoretical fuzzy set-like models,even though some attempts have been made in the literature to address such *** study investigates the elementary notions of pPyFHSS including its set-theoretic operations union,intersection,complement,OR-and *** results related to these operations are also modified for ***,the similarity measures between pPyFHSSs are formulated with the assistance of numerical examples and ***,an intelligent decision-assisted mechanism is developed with the proposal of a robust algorithm based on similarity measures for solving multi-attribute decision-making(MADM)problems.A case study that helps the decision-makers assess the best educational institution is discussed to validate the suggested *** algorithmic results are compared with the most pertinent model to evaluate the adaptability of pPyFHSS,as it generalizes the classical possibility fuzzy set-like theoretical ***,while considering significant evaluating factors,the flexibility of pPyFHSS is observed through structural comparison.

The role of copper element has been an increasingly relevant topic in recent years in the fields of human and animal health, for both the study of new drugs and innovative food and feed supplements. This metal plays an important role in the central nervous system, where it is associated with glutamatergic signaling, and it is widely involved in inflammatory processes. Thus, diseases involving copper(Ⅱ) dyshomeostasis often have neurological symptoms, as exemplified by Alzheimer's and other diseases(such as Parkinson's and Wilson's diseases). Moreover, imbalanced copper ion concentrations have also been associated with diabetes and certain types of cancer, including glioma. In this paper, we propose a comprehensive overview of recent results that show the importance of these metal ions in several pathologies, mainly Alzheimer's disease, through the lens of the development and use of copper chelators as research compounds and potential therapeutics if included in multi-target hybrid drugs. Seeing how copper homeostasis is important for the well-being of animals as well as humans, we shortly describe the state of the art regarding the effects of copper and its chelators in agriculture, livestock rearing, and aquaculture, as ingredients for the formulation of feed supplements as well as to prevent the effects of pollution on animal productions.

This study investigates the effect of aluminium oxide nanoparticlesaddition to biodiesel blends made from dairy milk scum on performance and combustion characteristics of the diesel *** dispersion of Al2O3nanoparticles in B20 blends at different concentrations was done with the help of *** number of blends were prepared for the *** Machine learning algorithms(Random Forest（RF）and CatBoost) was used for the *** results show that in comparison to biodiesel blends without nanoparticles,the kinematic viscosity and density is higher for fuel blends with *** these Fuel blends have higher calorific *** blends exhibited reduced Brake Specific Fuel Consumption（BSFC） of2.85% than the blends without nano particles(Dairy Scum Methyl Ester Biodiesel 20%+Neat Diesel 80%（in volume）,DSMEB20),57.14% less CO,40.8% less hydrocarbon,and increased NOxemissions compared to conventional diesel,contributing to the development of environmentally friendly and renewable biofuel blends with *** B20NP30 is the optimal blend for performance and emission *** study concludes with findings on enhanced Brake Thermal Efficiency（BTE） of 26.29% in 3×10-5（in volume） Al2O3nanoparticle-blended DSME B20 and other DSME B20 fuel blends,emphasizing the importance of optimal nanoparticle *** correlation matrix shows how engine load,efficiency measures（BTE,BSFC）,and emissions（CO,CO2,NOx,Smoke） are connected in complex *** results help us understand the complicated dynamics of engine performance and emission characteristics ***'s diagram for BTE and BSFC shows that CatBoost-based BTE models perform superior to RF-based models during the training as well as testing *** results were obtained for CO and CO2emission results.

Emphasis on future environmental changes grows due to climate change, with simulations predicting rising river temperatures globally. For Poland, which has a long history of thermal studies of rivers, such an approach has not been implemented to date. This study used 9 Global Climate Models and tested three machine-learning techniques to predict river temperature changes. Random Forest performed best, with R2=0.88 and lowest error(RMSE:2.25, MAE:1.72). The range of future water temperature changes by the end of the 21st century was based on the Shared Socioeconomic Pathway scenarios SSP2-4.5 and SSP5-8.5. It was determined that by the end of the 21st century, the average temperature will increase by 2.1°C(SSP2-4.5) and 3.7°C(SSP5-8.5). A more detailed analysis, divided by two major basins Vistula and Odra, covered about 90% of Poland's territory. The average temperature increase, according to scenarios SSP2-4.5 and SSP5-8.5 for the Odra basin rivers,is 1.6°C and 3.2°C and for the Vistula basin rivers 2.3°C and 3.8°C, respectively. The Vistula basin's higher warming is due to less groundwater input and continental climate *** findings provide a crucial basis for water management to mitigate warming effects in Poland.

The expressway traffc incidents have the characteristics of high harmful, strong destructive and *** detection can guarantee smooth operation of the expressway, reduce traffc congestion and avoid secondary accident by informing the accident, detection and treatment timely. In this paper, an incident detection method is proposed using the toll station data that takes into account the traffc ratio at the entrances and crossway in the network. The expressway traffc simulation model is improved and a simulation algorithm is established to describe the movement of the vehicles. A numerical example is experimented on the expressway network of Shandong province. The proposed method can effectively detect the expressway incidents, and dynamically estimate the traffc network states so as to provide advice for the highway management department.

With the rapid global progression of population aging， the traffic safety of older drivers has emerged as a worldwide concern， resulting in a significant surge in the number of manuscripts on this subject. This study employed scientometric analysis to scrutinize 1652 original manuscripts concerning research on older drivers. To visually depict the current state of knowledge in the field， Mapping Knowledge Domain (MKD) was employed for scientometric analysis， shedding light on the evolution of this research area. Firstly， a statistical analysis was conducted to scrutinize the development of research on older drivers. Secondly， VOSviewer was utilized for manuscript co-citation analysis， revealing five primary research topics: cognitive function and crash risk， visual processing impairment and crash risk， potential consequences of changes in driving patterns， involvement of older drivers in crashes， as well as identifying and enhancing factors contributing to unsafe driving. Thirdly， CitNetExplorer was applied to identify core publications and their reference relationships. Research predominantly focused on visual function， cognitive function， and physical health. Fourthly， VOSviewer’s keyword co-citation analysis pinpointed research hotspots in the last five years concerning older drivers: driving risk factors， driving fitness evaluation， impact of distraction on driving， and impact of visual impairment on driving. Finally， based on the aforementioned discussions and the situation in China， some feasible research directions are proposed. This paper summarizes the overall trends in the study of older drivers and the risk factors for traffic accidents. These findings can serve as a reference for improving the driving and road traffic safety of older drivers.

A series of numerical simulations is conducted to understand the formation, evolution, and dissipation of an advec- tion fog event over Shanghai Pudong International Airport （ZSPD） with the Weather Research and Forecasting （WRF） model. Using the current operational settings at the Meteorological Center of East China Air traffic Manage- ment Bureau, the WRF model successfully predicts the fog event at ZSPD. Additional numerical experiments are per- formed to examine the physical processes associated with the fog event. The results indicate that prediction of this particular fog event is sensitive to microphysical schemes for the time of fog dissipation but not for the time of fog onset. The simulated timing of the arrival and dissipation of the fog, as well as the cloud distribution, is substantially sensitive to the planetary boundary layer and radiation （both longwave and shortwave） processes. Moreover, varying forecast lead times also produces different simulation results for the fog event regarding its onset and duration, sug- gesting a trade-off between more accurate initial conditions and a proper forecast lead time that allows model physi- cal processes to spin up adequately during the fog simulation. The overall outcomes from this study imply that the complexity of physical processes and their interactions within the WRF model during fog evolution and dissipation is a key area of future research.

China’s traffic safety attracts increasing research *** data show that crashes in the western region of China are more severe than those in the eastern ***,research on crash severity in western China is *** study applied a hierarchical Bayesian logistic model to examine the significant factors related to crash and vehicle/driver levels and their heterogeneous impacts on the severity of drivers’ *** data were collected from Lintao,a rural mountainous county in western China.A variable was proposed to measure the relative difference between the crashworthiness of one vehicle and the aggressivity of the other vehicle in the mixed traffic *** indicated that the majority of the total variance was induced by between-crash variance,showing the suitability of the utilized hierarchical modeling *** crash-level variable and six vehicle/driver-level variables,namely,road type,compatibility difference,age,vehicle type,drunk driving,driving unregistered vehicle,and driving years,significantly affected modeling drivers’ injury *** these variables,road type(national and provincial),age(young and senior drivers),driving unregistered vehicle,and drunk driving tended to increase the odds of crash-related *** years(new drivers with less than six years of driving experience) and vehicle type(heavy vehicle) were likely to decrease the probability of fatal *** difference was relatively significant,and the possibilities of mortality in single vehicle crashes were higher than those inmultivehicle and pedestrian-involved *** developed methodology and estimation results provided insights into the internal mechanism of rural crashes and effective countermeasures to prevent rural crashes.

traffic flow prediction plays an important role in intelligent transportation systems and is of great significance in the applications of traffic control and urban *** to the complexity of road traffic flow data,traffic flow prediction has been one of the challenging tasks to fully exploit the spatiotemporal characteristics of roads to improve prediction *** this study,a combined flow direction level traffic flow prediction graph convolutional network(GCN)and long short-term memory(LSTM)model based on spatiotemporal characteristics is ***,a GCN model is employed to capture the topological structure of the data graph and extract the spatial features of road ***,due to the capability to handle long-term dependencies,the longterm memory is used to predict the time series of traffic flow and extract the time *** proposed model is evaluated using real-world data,which are obtained from the intersection of Liuquan road and Zhongrun Avenue in the Zibo High-Tech Zone of *** results show that the developed combined GCNLSTM flow direction level traffic flow prediction model can perform better than the single models of the LSTM model and GCN model,and the combined ARIMA-LSTM model in traffic flow has a strong spatiotemporal correlation.
