Solution and analysis of mathematical programming problems may be simplified when these problems are symmetric under appropriate linear *** particular,a knowledge of the symmetries may help decrease the problem dimension,reduce the size of the search space by means of linear *** the previous studies of symmetries in the mathematical programming usually dealt with permutations of coordinates of the solutions space,the present paper considers a larger group of invertible linear *** study a special case of the quadratic programming problem,where the objective function and constraints are given by quadratic *** formulate conditions,which allow us to transform the original problem to a new system of coordinates,such that the symmetries may be sought only among orthogonal *** particular,these conditions are satisfied if the sum of all matrices of quadratic forms,involved in the constraints,is a positive definite *** describe the structure and some useful properties of the group of symmetries of the *** that,the methods of detection of such symmetries are outlined for different special cases as well as for the general case.

具有特异性对称结构的天然自发极化矿物—电气石被广泛应用于环保和医疗保健领域,厘清电气石成分-结构-性能之间的作用关系可为电气石行业提供性能最优的理想构型,为其他天然复杂矿物的构效分析和性能调控提供方法参考。通过对含铁电气石样品进行全成分、端元占位、晶体微结构和自发极化性能分析,揭示了铁镁电气石成分-微结构-自发极化性能的影响控制过程:在铁含量高于镁含量的电气石中,晶胞体积随镁含量升高而升高,Fe^(2+)含量越高且Z位含铁时,电气石多面体扭曲增强,固有电偶极矩增大;在铁含量低于镁含量的电气石中,晶胞体积随铁含量升高而增大,结构扭曲和固有电偶极矩随铁含量的升高而减弱,随Fe^(2+)含量增大而增大;自发极化性测试证明电气石的性能强弱与固有电偶极矩变化规律一致;整理过往文献数据,分析Y位阳离子主导下的电气石固有电偶极矩变化趋势,揭示以Fe元素为主要影响因素的构效关系:当Mg/Fe摩尔比小于1时,电气石性能随Fe含量的减小而减弱;当Mg/Fe摩尔比大于1时,电气石的性能随Fe含量减小而增强;而当Mg/Fe摩尔比大于2时,其自发极化性上升趋势则趋于平稳。

The intensity distribution of emission beam and the new radio luminosity formula of pulsars are presented on the basis of the geometrical relations of polar-cap model. There are 102 pulsars with the new radio luminosity values. It is shown that the radio luminosity can be described only by one relation L∞(B/p^2)^(1.1) or L∞Q'^(-1.4) over the whole range of period and period derivatives, which is contrary to other recently suggested luminosity laws.

Based on the idea of hypothetical 4-dimensial substance with an inverse population of energy levels, a model of accelerated expansion of the Universe has been developed, which describes Hubble diagrams with great accuracy for type Ia supernovae, quasars and gamma-ray burst sources at the Hubble parameter value of 67.7 km/s/Mpc, coinciding with the value obtained from analysis of inhomogeneities of relic radiation. Calculations at the Hubble parameter value of 73.5 km/s/Mpc, obtained using the ΛCDM model based on the analysis of data on type Ia supernovae and cepheids, differ markedly from the observed data. An explanation of the two values of the Hubble constant is proposed. It is shown that in this model, the magnitude of 13.8 billion years characterizes not the age of the Universe, but the time of propagation of light from those galaxes whose acceleration of removal has a minimal value. Based on the recently discovered curvature of the Universe, estimates are given of the lower limits of its size and lifetime, which turned out to be at least 270 billon years. The probability of transition from the excited state to the underlying energy levels of a hypothetical 4-dimensial substance, as well as the low of increasing energy density as a result of transitions to the underlying levels of this substance, is determined.

The work deals with the development of analytical model of multichannel technical queuing system with unreliable servers and input memory where server failure flows and incoming request flows comply with Poissonian laws, while the flows of failed facilities repairs and flows of incoming requests comply with exponential laws of probability distribution. Random process of system change-over is a Markovian process with continuous time and discrete states. Relations binding basic parameters and output characteristics of the system indicated are obtained as probabilities of system staying in the given moment in one of the possible states. The proposed model is the most generalized compared to some models known in literature which could be considered as special cases of the considered model.

The given article deals with the development of analytical model of request service process by multichannel technical system with unreliable, repaired and reconfigured service facilities. It is assumed that the system is functioning in service mode of random length random request flows. The system considers the existence of time redundancy for afterservice of calls, the service of which is interrupted with refusal, non-depreciating the performed part of the task. Special probability functions are introduced which on the basis of probability reasoning allow to make the systems of integral equations describing the dynamics of request service process.

CD spectra of (DNA-TOEPyP4) + ZnTOEPyP4, (DNA-ZnTOEPyP4) + TOEPyP4, and DNA + (TOEPyP4-ZnTO- EPyP4) complexes have been studied. It is shown that CD spectra of these triple complexes significantly differ from the DNA-TOEPyP4 and DNA-ZnTOEPyP4 double complex spectra, and they are not sum of these double complexes. Especially some strong differences in CD spectra of the triple and double complexes were observed when both porphyrins were added simultaneously into the DNA solution. In this case, ZnTOEPyP4 revealed a dominant influence on CD spectrum form. Zn-porphyrin also caused a strong intensity of positive band at 416 nm and a negative band at 437 nm when it was added into solution containing the DNA-TOEPyP4 complex. On the basis of obtained data, it was supposed that the observed significant changes in CD spectra of triple complexes were connected to an altered DNA conformation initiated by intercalation of porphyrin TOEPyP4 into GC-rich sites. The melting process analysis of the double complexes was carried out. The mechanisms of individual and joint influence of the porphyrins on DNA, and influence of binding modes on stability of these complexes are also discussed.

Resonant light pressure effects can open new degrees of freedom in optical manipulation with microparticles,but they have been traditionally considered as relatively subtle *** a simplified two-dimensional model of surface electromagnetic waves evanescently coupled to whispering gallery modes(WGMs)in transparent circular cavities,we show that under resonant conditions the peaks of the optical forces can approach theoretical limits imposed by the momentum conservation law on totally absorbing ***,we proved the existence of strong peaks of the optical forces by studying the optical propulsion of dielectric microspheres along tapered *** observed giant optical propelling velocities,0.45 mm s21 for some of the 15-20 mm polystyrene microspheres in water for guided powers limited at,43 *** velocities exceed previous observations by more than an order of magnitude,thereby providing evidence for the strongly enhanced resonant optical *** analyzed the statistical properties of the velocity distribution function measured for slightly disordered(,1%size variations)ensembles of microspheres with mean diameters varying from 3 to 20 *** results demonstrate a principal possibility of optical sorting of microspheres with the positions of WGM resonances overlapped at the wavelength of the laser *** can be used as building blocks of the lossless coupled resonator optical waveguides and various integrated optoelectronics devices.
