In order to explore the effects of chemical substances changes in damaged masson pine （Pinus massoniana） needles on population dynamics of Dendroli- mus kikuchii, D. kikuchii larvae were reat~ with P. massoniana needles with different damage degrees （mild, moderate and severe）, and its population parame- ters and contents of nutrients and secondary substances in damaged P. massoniana needles were measured, and the integrated correlation coefficient was adopted for data analysis. The results showed that with the damage degree aggravating, flavones in needles increased accordingly, while contents of soluble sugars, polysaeeha- rides and proteins decreased. The average developmental duration and mortality of D. kikuchii larvae increased with the damage degree increasing. No significant correlation was found between the changes in contents of tannins or total phenols and the developmental duration or mortality of each instar larvae. There were signif- icant direct and integrated correlations between contents of nutrients and secondary substances of P. massoniana needles and the developmental duration or mortality of each instar larvae except the 6＇h instar larvae. With the damage degree increasing, all parameters of D. kikuchii population including body weight of the 7~ instar larvae, average feeding capacity of larvae, pupal weight, pupation rate, female ratio and fecundity decreased. No significant correlation was found between the changes in contents of tannins or total phenols and population parameters of D. kikuchii larvae. The results suggest that the contents of nutrients and secondary sub- stances in P. ,mssoniana needles dramatically influenced the population parameters of D. kikuchii, and the importance from high to low successively was soluble sugars 〉 proteins 〉 polysaccharides 〉 flavones. Contents of tannins and total phenols seemed to have little influence.

Phenolics are vital for the adaptation of plants to terrestrial habitats and for species ***(catechol oxidases,COs,and laccases,LACs)are responsible for the oxidation and polymerization of ***,their origin,evolution,and differential roles during plant development and land colonization are *** performed the phylogeny,domain,amino acids,compositional biases,and intron analyses to clarify the origin and evolution of COs and LACs,and analysed the structure,selective pressure,and chloroplast targeting to understand the species-dependent distribution of *** found that Streptophyta COs were not homologous to the Chlorophyta tyrosinases(TYRs),and might have been acquired by horizontal gene transfer from *** expanded in ***-functionality and selective pressure were partially responsible for the species-dependent retention of COs in *** emerged in Zygnemaphyceae,having evolved from ascorbate oxidases(AAOs),and prevailed in the vascular plants and strongly expanded in seed *** and LACs coevolved with the phenolic metabolism pathway *** results suggested that TYRs and AAOs were the first-stage phenoloxidases in *** might be the second key for the early land *** were the third one(dominating in the vascular plants)and might be advantageous for diversified phenol substrates and the erect growth of *** work provided new insights into how phenoloxidases evolved and were devoted to plant evolution.

Blueberry,kiwifruit,Rosa roxburghii,and raspberry are the characteristic fruits planted in Guizhou ***,in recent years,harmful factors such as plant diseases and insect pests,pesticides and heavy metal residues have affected the quality and safety of blueberry,kiwifruit,***,raspberry and other *** problems mainly include the frequent occurrence of plant diseases and insect pests,pesticide residues and heavy metal pollution,which not only seriously affect the quality and safety of berries,but also restrict the healthy development of berry ***,it is very important to study the detection and monitoring of key hazard factors affecting the quality and safety of blueberry,kiwifruit,*** and raspberry,as well as the standardized production *** literature analysis,field investigation,questionnaire survey,comprehensive analysis,SWOT analysis,laboratory testing and other methods,this paper made a comprehensive and in-depth study of the berry industry in Guizhou *** the analysis of the current situation of the berry industry in Guizhou province,the problems and shortcomings in the planting,management,sales and other aspects of the industry were *** order to solve these problems,a series of practical measures were put forward,including strengthening pest control,optimizing pesticide application technology,and strictly controlling heavy metal pollution,so as to ensure the healthy and stable development of berry *** implementation of these measures will help to improve the overall quality level of the berry industry in Guizhou province.

Occurrence Regularity of Major Damage Generations of Nilaparvata lugens(Stl) in Single Cropping Medium Rice Region in Sandu County of Guizhou province

In order to clarify occurrence regularity of major damage generations of Nilaparvata lugens( Stl) in Sandu Shui Autonomous County( Sandu County for short),Guizhou province,a karst single cropping medium rice region,the population dynamics of N. lugens were systematically studied using the methods of light trap and systematic field survey from 2009 to 2011. The results showed that the number of immigration generations caught by light trap and the actual population of N. lugens in fields were different among three years. The daily maximum trapping numbers of N. lugens amounted to 6 688 in 2009,which were 15. 3 and 2. 5 times of that in 2010 and 2011,respectively. The peak numbers in prediction nursery were 10 777,4 630 and 1 615 heads per hundred hills in 2009,2010 and 2011,respectively. The forth and fifth generations of N. lugens were the major damage generations in single cropping medium rice fields,and the initial immigration day was significantly related with primary-peak day. The occurrence degree of adults and nymphs of N. lugens varied with years and transplanting periods,and the peak days of N. lugens nymphs were from late July to early August in 2010 and 2011. The occurrence peaks of adults and nymphs in late transplanting paddy field were later than that in the early one. Meanwhile,the coexisted various growth periods of rice,due to time differences of transplanting,were conducive to inhabitation and reproduction of N. lugens. The population dynamics of spiders and Cyrtohinus lividipennis well synchronied with that of N. lugens,but predatory capacity of spiders and C. lividipennis was not enough to control N. lugens.

Numerous new taxa and classifications of Dothideomycetes have been published following the last monograph of families of Dothideomycetes in 2013.A recent publication by Honsanan et *** 2020 expanded information of families in Dothideo-mycetidae and Pleosporomycetidae with modern *** this paper,we provide a refined updated document on orders and families incertae sedis of *** family is provided with an updated description,notes,including figures to represent the morphology,a list of accepted genera,and economic and ecological *** also provide phylogenetic trees for each *** this study,31 orders which consist 50 families are assigned as orders incertae sedis in Dothideomycetes,and 41 families are treated as families incertae sedis due to lack of molecular or morphological *** new order,Catinellales,and four new families,Catinellaceae,Morenoinaceae Neobuelliellaceae and Thyrinulaceae are *** genera(Neobuelliella,Pseudomicrothyrium,Flagellostrigula,Swinscowia,Macroconstrictolumina,Pseudobogoriella,and Schummia)are *** new species(Acrospermum urticae,Bogoriella complexoluminata,Dothiorella ostryae,Dyfrolomyces distoseptatus,Macroconstrictolumina megalateralis,Patellaria microspora,and Pseu-domicrothyrium thailandicum)are introduced base on morphology and phylogeny,together with two new records/reports and five new collections from different *** new combinations are also provided in this paper.

Environmental Factors Influencing Seed Germination Characteristics of Vicious Weed Green Foxtail

[ Objective] The paper was to optimize the optimal conditions for seed germination and seedling emergence of green foxtail [ Setar/a viridis （ L. ） Beauv. ], so as to solve the problem of serious damage caused by green foxtail. [Method] Using the orthogenal test and the LSD method of software SPSS 18.0, with the number of emerged seedlings of green foxtail as the evaluation index, the influencing factors such as pretreatment of green foxtail, earth covering depth, soil temperature and soil moisture content were compared in the test. [Result] These four experimental factors had great impact on seed germination characteristics of green foxtail. The optimal scheme for seedling emergence of green foxtail was as follows： pretreatment of green foxtail for 3 d, earth covering depth 0.5 cm, soil temperature 32 ℃, soil moisture content 15%. The optimum condition was consistent with the actual situation of serious damage of green foxtail （ suffering moderate and heavy rainfall after sowing and before seedling of millet ）. Avoiding sowing millet before moderate and heavy rainfall could effectively control serious damage of green fox＇tail. [ Conclusion] The study provided theoretical support for effective control against the vicious weed green foxtail.

Pathogenic Identification of Leaf Tip Blight of Red-fleshed Kiwifruit in Qiandongnan Prefecture

[Objective]The paper was to investigate and identify new diseases in kiwifruit producing areas in Qiandongnan Prefecture to reduce the harm of diseases and ensure the quality of red-fleshed kiwifruit products.[Method]The pathogenic fungus was isolated from diseased leaves of redfleshed kiwifruit by tissue separation method,and DNA was sequenced by ribosomal rDNA-ITS(internal transcribed spacer)*** evolutionary trees were built using MEGA4.0 software,and the pathogenic fungus was classified and identified combined with morphological obser-vation.[Result]Leaf tip blight was a new disease caused by Epicoccum *** caused serious damage on red-fleshed kiwifruit.[Conclusion]The study supplements diseases of red-fleshed kiwifruit,and provides support for disease prevention and control in late stage.
