Gliomas have the highest mortality rate of all brain *** classifying the glioma risk period can help doctors make reasonable treatment plans and improve patients’survival *** paper proposes a hierarchical multi-scale attention feature fusion medical image classification network(HMAC-Net),which effectively combines global features and local *** network framework consists of three parallel layers:The global feature extraction layer,the local feature extraction layer,and the multi-scale feature fusion layer.A linear sparse attention mechanism is designed in the global feature extraction layer to reduce information *** the local feature extraction layer,a bilateral local attention mechanism is introduced to improve the extraction of relevant information between adjacent *** the multi-scale feature fusion layer,a channel fusion block combining convolutional attention mechanism and residual inverse multi-layer perceptron is proposed to prevent gradient disappearance and network degradation and improve feature representation *** double-branch iterative multi-scale classification block is used to improve the classification *** the brain glioma risk grading dataset,the results of the ablation experiment and comparison experiment show that the proposed HMAC-Net has the best performance in both qualitative analysis of heat maps and quantitative analysis of evaluation *** the dataset of skin cancer classification,the generalization experiment results show that the proposed HMAC-Net has a good generalization effect.

Quasinormal modes and ringdown waveforms of a Frolov black hole

In this paper we investigate scalar perturbation over a Frolov black hole（BH）, which is a regular BH induced by the quantum gravity effect. The quasinormal frequencies of a scalar field always consistently reside in the lower half-plane, and the time-domain evolution of the field demonstrates a decaying behavior, with the late-time tail exhibiting a power-law pattern. These observations collectively suggest the stability of a Frolov BH against scalar ***, our study reveals that the quantum gravity effect leads to slower decay modes. For the case of the angular quantum number l = 0, the oscillation exhibits non-monotonic behavior with the quantum gravity parameter α0. However, once l ≥ 1, the angular quantum number surpasses the influence of the quantum gravity effect.

Infrared signal detection is widely used in many *** to the detection principle,however,the accuracy and range of detection are *** to the ultra stability of the^(87)Sr optical lattice clock,external infrared electromagnetic wave disturbances can be responded *** the ac Stark shift of the clock transition,we propose a new method to detect infrared *** to our calculations,the theoretical detection accuracy in the vicinity of its resonance band of 2.6μm can reach the order of 10-14W,while the minimum detectable signal of common detectors is on the order of 10^(-10)W.

Three-Wave Mixing of Dipole Solitons in One-Dimensional Quasi-Phase-Matched Nonlinear Crystals

A quasi-phase-matched technique is introduced for soliton transmission in a quadratic[χ^((2))]nonlinear crystal to realize the stable transmission of dipole solitons in a one-dimensional space under three-wave *** report four types of solitons as dipole solitons with distances between their bimodal peaks that can be laid out in different *** study three cases of these solitons:spaced three stripes apart,one stripe apart,and confined to the same *** the case of three stripes apart,all four types have stable results,but for the case of one stripe apart,stable solutions can only be found atω_(1)=ω_(2),and for the condition of dipole solitons confined to one stripe,stable solutions exist only for Type1 and Type3 atω_(1)=ω_(2).The stability of the soliton solution is solved and verified using the imaginary time propagation method and real-time transfer propagation,and soliton solutions are shown to exist in the multistability *** addition,the relations of the transportation characteristics of the dipole soliton and the modulation parameters are numerically ***,possible approaches for the experimental realization of the solitons are outlined.

Recent Developments on the H_(I)Gas of Low-Redshift Galaxies Seen by the 21 cm Emission Lines

As a major interstellar medium,the atomic neutral hydrogen(H I)plays an important role in the galaxy *** provides the ingredient for star formation,and sensitively traces the internal processes and external perturbations influencing the *** the beginning of many new radio telescopes and surveys,H_(I)may make a more significant contribution to the understanding of galaxies in the near *** review discusses the major development of the 21 cm emission-line H_(I)observations and studies in the past few years,including its scaling relations with other galaxy properties,its kinematics and structures,its role in environmental studies,and its constraints on hydrodynamical *** local-Universe H_(I)scaling relations of stellar-massselected samples extend smoothly to 10_(9)M⊙stellar mass,with a tentative evolution to the redshift of∼*** development of measurement techniques enables better estimations of H_(I)non-circular motion,dispersion,and thickness,and new observations revealed extended or extra-planar H_(I)structures,both helpfully constraining the gas accretion,stellar feedback,and star formation processes of galaxy evolution models.H_(I)is very useful for tracing the satellite evolution in dense environments,the studies of which would benefit from ongoing blind H_(I)*** simulations still cannot fully reproduce H_(I)gas properties,they help to understand the role of possible factors in regulating H_(I)properties.

Colloidal quantum dots(CQDs)are of interest for optoelectronic devices because of the possibility of high-throughput solution processing and the wide energy gap tunability from ultraviolet to infrared *** may question about the upper limit on the CQD wavelength *** date,although the CQD absorption already reaches terahertz,the practical photodetection wavelength is limited within mid-wave *** figure out challenges on CQD photoresponse in longer wavelength,would reveal the ultimate property on these ***’s more,it motivates interest in bottom-up infrared photodetection with less than 10%cost compared with epitaxial growth semiconductor *** this work,developing a re-growth method and ionic doping modification,we demonstrate photodetection up to 18μm wavelength on HgTe *** liquid nitrogen temperature,the responsivity reaches 0.3 A/W and 0.13 A/W,with specific detectivity 6.6×108 Jones and 2.3×109 Jones for 18μm and 10μm CQD photoconductors,*** work is a step toward answering the general question on the CQD photodetection wavelength limitation.

Influences of chemical reactions on polysulfide reduction reaction process on promotor surface in Li-S batteries

Polar promotors have been proven effective in catalyzing the polysulfide(PS)reduction reaction(PSRR)process in lithium-sulfur(Li-S)***,the promotor surface tends to be poisoned due to the accumulation of insoluble discharging products of lithium disulfide(Li_(2)S_(2))and lithium sulfide(Li_(2)S)during Li-S battery ***,we investigate the detailed PSRR mechanism on the surface of manganese sulfides(MnS)as a representative promoter by performing in-situ Raman mapping *** catalytic ability of MnS enables thorough electrochemical reduction of PSs to Li_(2)S_(2) and Li_(2)S on the MnS *** generated Li_(2)S_(2) and Li_(2)S then adsorb the dissolved PSs via chemical reactions among sulfur species during the subsequent PSRR *** phenomenon mitigates promotor poisoning and continuously improves the reversible ***,the assembled Li-S cell demonstrates excellent electrochemical performance after introducing a conductive interlayer containing a thin piece of carbon nanotube film and MnS promotors.

Model of self-generated magnetic field generation from relativistic laser interaction with solid targets

Generation of self-generated annular magnetic fields at the rear side of a solid target driven by relativistic laser pulse is investigated by using theoretical analysis and particle-in-cell *** spatial strength distribution of magnetic fields can be accurately predicted by calculating the net flow caused by the superposition of source flow and return flow of hot *** theoretical model established shows good agreement with the simulation results,indicating that the magnetic-field strength scales positively to the temperature of hot *** provides us a way to improve the magnetic-field generation by using a micro-structured plasma grating in front of the solid *** with that for a common flat target,hot electrons can be effectively heated with the well-designed grating size,leading to a stronger magnetic *** spatial distribution of magnetic fields can be modulated by optimizing the grating period and height as well as the incident angle of the laser pulse.
