Risk-averse Robust Interval Economic Dispatch for Power Systems with Large-scale Wind Power Integration

This paper presents a robust interval economic dispatch(RIED)model for power systems with large-scale wind power *** from existing interval optimization(IO)approaches that merely rely on the upper and lower boundaries of random variables,the distribution information retained in the historical data is introduced to the IO method in this *** on the available probability distribution function(PDF),wind power curtailment and load shedding are quantified as the operational risk and incorporated into the decision-making *** this model,we need not rely on the forecasted value of wind power,which is randomly fluctuating and quite ***,when the PDFs of wind power are taken into account,the resulting dispatch solution makes a good tradeoff between the generation cost and the operational ***,the RIED model yields an optimal dispatch solution for thermal units and the allowable intervals of wind power for the wind farms,which efficiently mitigates the uncertainty in wind power generation and provides more practical suggestions for system *** studies are conducted on a modified IEEE-118 bus system and the results verify the effectiveness of the proposed RIED model.

50 new generation of migrant workers were randomly chosen from Yanbu Town which is in Nanhai district,Foshan city, Gua ngdong *** were asked to complete the questionnaires about the awareness of interact new *** statistics show that the average awareness of new generation of migrant workers on interact new words is low as a whole. The reasons may lie in workers＇ overtime working ,relatively closed working environment, low social status,low income and education level and so on.

The primary aim of this paper is to survey the effect of outdoor public service advertisements on the audience. Taking questionnaire as the method, this study has discussed the validity of outdoor Public Service Advertising Language of citizens in Guangzhou, which from the aspects of attention, acceptance and comprehension. The results of the survey indicate that the effectiveness of outdoor advertising language in Guangzhou is generally optimistic. Then the problems incurred by outdoor advertising language are discussed according to the analysis result. Finally, relevant suggestions and measures were proposed for improving the impact of public service advertising.

As a dynamic language phenomenon, public service advertisement reflects the social language life. This paper presents a detailed analysis of the theme selection and language of outdoor public service advertisement language in Guangzhou. It describes the features and expressions of outdoor public service advertisement in subject content, sentence form and rhetoric, aimed at understanding the basic situation and effect of public service advertisement on the audience, and guiding the audience to improve their morality and behavior.

To address the challenge of achieving both high sensitivity and a high quality factor in quartz crystal microbalance(QCM)humidity sensors,a nanodiamond(ND)/Ti_(3)C_(2)MXene composite-coated QCM humidity sensor was *** material characteristics of ND,Ti_(3)C_(2)MXene,and ND/Ti_(3)C_(2)MXene composite were analyzed by transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)*** experimental results demonstrated that the hydrophilic ND nanoparticles coated on Ti_(3)C_(2) MXene nanosheet prevented the self-stacking of Ti_(3)C_(2)MXene and enhanced the sensitivity of Ti_(3)C_(2) MXene-based QCM humidity ***,the high mechanical modulus of Ti_(3)C_(2) MXene material helped ND/Ti_(3)C_(2)MXene composite-coated QCM humidity sensor to achieve a high quality factor(>20,000).ND/Ti_(3)C_(2)MXene compositecoated QCM humidity sensor exhibited a sensitivity of 82.45 Hz/%RH,a humidity hysteresis of 1.1%RH,fast response/recovery times,acceptable repeatability,and good stability from 11.3%RH to 97.3%*** response mechanism of ND/Ti_(3)C_(2) MXene composite-coated QCM humidity sensor was analyzed in combination with a bi-exponential kinetic adsorption ***,the potential application of ND/Ti_(3)C_(2)MXene composite-coated QCM humidity sensor was demonstrated through its frequency response to wooden blocks with different moisture contents.

Lineament Analysis Using ASTER Satellite Images in the Southern Part of the Korean Peninsula

Lineaments are often related to faults and lithologic boundaries and in some cases to geomorphic relief. They can be helpfully utilized by investigating active tectonics as preliminary data. In order to assess the distribution and activity of the lineaments around the coastal area of the Korean Peninsula, we have interpreted lineaments using ASTER （Advanced Space borne Thermal Emission and Reflection Radiometer） images. The lineaments range from 2 km to 50 km long and show a dominant NNW-SSE trend. The lineament density along the eastern coast line of the Korean Peninsula is higher than the densities on the southern and western coast lines. The lineament rank is La to Le. However, La and Lb are not in sufficient abundance to have a high possibility to be active. In the Pocheon region, there are Quaternary volcanic activities, and hence there is a possibility of recent crustal movement in this area. We plan to recheck the presence and activity of ASTER lineaments by aerial photographs and field investigations in the future.

Symmetric Na-ion cells using the NASICON-structured electrodes could simplify the manufacturing process,reduce the cost,facilitate the recycling post-process,and thus attractive in the field of large-scale stationary energy ***,the long-term cycling performance of such batteries is usually *** investigation reveals the unavoidable side reactions between the NASICON-type Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)(NVP)anode and the commercial liquid electrolyte,leading to serious capacity fading in the symmetric NVP//NVP *** resolve this issue,an all-solid-state composite electrolyte is used to replace the liquid electrolyte so that to overcome the side reaction and achieve high anode/electrolyte interfacial *** ferroelectric engineering could further improve the interfacial ion conduction,effectively reducing the electrode/electrolyte interfacial *** NVP//NVP cell using the ferroelectric-engineered composite electrolyte can achieve a capacity retention of 86.4%after 650 ***,the electrolyte can also be used to match the Prussianblue cathode NaxFeyFe(CN)_(6−z)·nH_(2)O(NFFCN).Outstanding long-term cycling stability has been obtained in the all-solid-state NVP//NFFCN cell over 9000 cycles at a current density of 500 mA g^(-1),with a fading rate as low as 0.005%per cycle.

We have performed a first-principles investigation for the family of compounds ZnGa2X4 （X = S, Se, Te）. The properties of two possible structures, defect chalcopyrite and defect famatinite are both calculated. We reveal that ZnGa2S4 and ZnGa2Se4 have direct band gaps, while ZnGa2Te4 has an indirect band gap. The local density approximation band gaps are found to be very different in two structures, while the lattice parameters and bulk moduli are similar. We extend Cohen＇s empirical formula for zinc-blende compounds to this family of compounds. The pressure coefficients are calculated and metallization pressures are discussed. We find that agi remains fairly constant when thegroup-V/element X is varied in ZnGa2X4（Ⅱ-Ⅲ2-Ⅵ4）.

A coherent nonlinear coupling between the charge and spin dynamics of electrons results in the rectification of microwaves,which is enhanced through resonant magnetization dynamics such as ferromagnetic *** property,known as the spin rectification effect,enables the spin dynamics within a material to be electrically detected with a high *** utilizing this property have been widely used to study the magnetization dynamics of various ferromagnetic materials and structures in the past ***,the coherent nature of spin rectification opens the door for spintronic devices to be used in phase-resolved microwave sensing *** this work we review the physics of spin rectification and its applications in several interesting topics of magnetism and spintronics.
