Planar arrays of tree diagrams were introduced as a generalization of Feynman diagrams that enable the computation of biadjoint amplitudes m_(n)(^(k))for k>*** this follow-up work,we investigate the poles of m_(n)(^(k))from the perspective of such *** general k,we characterize the underlying polytope as a Flag Complex and propose a computation of the amplitude-based solely on the knowledge of the poles,whose number is drastically less than the number of the full *** an example,we first provide all the poles for the cases(k,n)=(3,7),(3,8),(3,9),(3,10),(4,8)and(4,9)in terms of their planar arrays of degenerate Feynman *** then implement simple compatibility criteria together with an addition operation between arrays and recover the full collections/arrays for such *** the way,we implement hard and soft kinematical limits,which provide a map between the poles in kinematic space and their combinatoric *** use the operation to give a proof of a previously conjectured combinatorial duality for arrays in(k,n)and(n-k,n).We also outline the relation to boundary maps of the hypersimplex Δ_(k,n) and rays in the tropical Grassmannian Tr(k,n).

BACKGROUND Human-derived gastric cancer organoids(GCOs)are widely used in gastric cancer research;however,the culture success rate is generally *** To explore the potential influencing factors,and the literature on successful culture rates of GCOs was reviewed using *** PubMed,Web of Science,and EMBASE were searched for *** trained researchers selected the studies and extracted *** 17.0 software was used for meta-analysis of the incidence of each outcome *** adjusted Methodological Index for Non-Randomized Studies scale was used to assess the quality of the included *** plots and Egger’s test were used to detect publication *** analyses were conducted for sex,tissue source,histo-logical classification,and the pathological tumor-node-metastasis(pTNM)cancer staging *** Eight studies with a pooled success rate of 66.6%were *** derived from women and men had success rates of 67%and 46.7%,*** from surgery or biopsy/endoscopic submucosal dissection showed success rates of 70.9%and 53.7%,*** of poorly-differentiated,moderately-differentiated and signet-ring cell cancer showed success rates of 64.6%,31%,and 32.7%,*** with pTNM stages I-II and III-IV showed success rates of 38.3%and 65.2%,respectively.y-27632 and non-y-27632 use showed success rates of 58.2%and 70%,*** generated with collagenase were more successful than those constructed with Liberase TH and TrypLE(72.1%vs 71%,respectively).EDTA digestion showed a 50%lower success rate than other methods(P=0.04).CONCLUSION GCO establishment rate is low and varies by sex,tissue source,histological type,and pTNM *** y-27632,and using Liberase TH,TrypLE,or collagenase yields greater success than EDTA.

In this paper,the proton structure function F_(2)^(p)(x,Q^(2))at small-x is investigated using an analytical solution to the Balitsky–Kovchegov(BK)*** the context of the color dipole description of deep inelastic scattering(DIS),the structure function F_(2)^(p)(x,Q^(2))is computed by applying the analytical expression for the scattering amplitude N(k,y)derived from the BK *** transverse momentum k and total rapidity y,the scattering amplitude N(k,y)represents the propagation of the quark-antiquark dipole in the color dipole description of *** the BK solution we extracted the integrated gluon density xg(x,Q^(2))and then compared our theoretical estimation with the LHAPDF global data fits,NNPDF3.1sx and ***,we have investigated the behavior of F_(2)^(p)(x,Q^(2))in the kinematic region of 10^(-5)≤x≤10^(-2)and 2.5 GeV^(2)≤Q^(2)≤60 GeV^(2).Our predicted results for F_(2)^(p)(x,Q^(2))within the specified kinematic region are in good agreement with the recent high-precision data for F_(2)^(p)(x,Q^(2))from HERA(H1 Collaboration)and the LHAPDF global parametrization group NNPDF3.1sx.

Quantum correlations that surpass entanglement are of great importance in the realms of quantum information processing and quantum ***,for quantum systems prepared in pure states,it is difficult to differentiate between quantum entanglement and quantum ***,this indistinguishability is no longer holds for mixed *** contribute to a better understanding of this differentiation,we have explored a simple model for both generating and measuring these quantum *** study concerns two macroscopic mechanical resonators placed in separate Fabry–Pérot cavities,coupled through the photon hopping *** system offers a comprehensively way to investigate and quantify quantum correlations beyond entanglement between these mechanical *** key ingredient in analyzing quantum correlation in this system is the global covariance *** forms the basis for computing two essential metrics:the logarithmic negativity(E_(N)^(m))and the Gaussian interferometric power(P_(G)^(m)).These metrics provide the tools to measure the degree of quantum entanglement and quantum correlations,*** study reveals that the Gaussian interferometric power(P_(G)^(m))proves to be a more suitable metric for characterizing quantum correlations among the mechanical modes in an optomechanical quantum system,particularly in scenarios featuring resilient photon hopping.

Upregulation of vascular endothelial growth factor A/basic fibroblast growth factor(VEGFA/b FGF)expression in the penumbra of cerebral ischemia can increase vascular volume,reduce lesion volume,and enhance neural cell proliferation and differentiation,thereby exerting neuroprotective ***,the beneficial effects of endogenous VEGFA/b FGF are limited as their expression is only transiently *** this study,we generated multilayered nanofiber membranes loaded with VEGFA/b FGF using layer-by-layer self-assembly and electrospinning *** found that a membrane containing 10 layers had an ideal ultrastructure and could efficiently and stably release growth factors for more than 1 *** 10-layered nanofiber membrane promoted brain microvascular endothelial cell tube formation and proliferation,inhibited neuronal apoptosis,upregulated the expression of tight junction proteins,and improved the viability of various cellular components of neurovascular units under conditions of oxygen/glucose ***,this nanofiber membrane decreased the expression of Janus kinase-2/signal transducer and activator of transcription-3(JAK2/STAT3),Bax/Bcl-2,and cleaved ***,this nanofiber membrane exhibits a neuroprotective effect on oxygen/glucose-deprived neurovascular units by inhibiting the JAK2/STAT3 pathway.
