Homogenous and heterogeneous production of hydrogen via photo-dissociation of water has been achieved with visible range solar radiation without any external potential at room temperature. Potassium ferrocyanide as a solvated-electron supplier and electron exchanger in basic buffers was used as a homogenous media for hydrogen production. Aqueous colloidal solutions of p-type Fe2O3 doped with MgO （Fe1.8Mg0.2O3） or with ZnO （Fe1.9Zn0.1O3） suspensions in ferrocyanide solutions were used as heterogeneous media for hydrogen generation by reduction of ferricyanide. The effects of the hole-scavengers such as oxo-anions and solvated-electron- suppliers were investigated. Results showed that Fe2O3 doped with ZnO was more efficient than that doped with MgO. The studies also showed that the aqueous nano-systems we used retained their stability as indicated by the reproducibility of their photocatalytic activities. Solar radiated assemblies of doped Fe2O3/[Fe（CN）6]4^- sustained cyclic systems for continuous hydrogen production.

The cationic ring-opening polymerization of 1-azabicyclo[4.2.0]octane, commonly called conidine （1） was studied with some chiral tricyclic amino acid esters （6a-6f） as acylation agents to obtain optically active biopolymers （Sa-8f） of the different masses. The structures of the new compounds were confirmed by FT-IR, UV and NMR, and the distribution index of the molecular weights of the polymers was determined from SEC measurements.

Background Evaluation of psychiatric disorders in children is essential in timely *** individual studies,there is no information on the exact status of psychiatric disorders in *** present study was conducted to determine the prevalence of depression among children with type 1 and type 2 *** This meta-analysis is registered with PROSPERO(CRD42021231491).Several databases(Web of Science,Scopus,and PubMed)were searched from January 1,2000 to December 15,*** key words included:depression,anxiety,children,and *** steps of search,comprising screening,risk of bias,and extraction of study data,were performed separately by two *** It was found that a total of 109 studies had been conducted involving 52,493 children with type 1 and type 2 *** studies were included in the present review *** prevalence of depression,anxiety among children with type 1 diabetes were 22.2%[95%confidence interval(CI)19.2–25.2],and 17.7%(95%CI 15.2–20.1),*** prevalence of depression was higher among girls(29.7%)than boys(19.7%).The prevalence of depression was higher in lower-middle-income countries at 29.3%(95%CI 18.6–40.0).The prevalence of depression among children with type 2 diabetes was 22.7%(95%CI 17.3–28.0).Conclusion The results of the present study indicate the importance of paying attention to extensive periodic screening and appropriate activities to reduce pediatric depression.

The approximate solution of the magneto-hydrodynamic(MHD) boundary layer flow over a nonlinear stretching sheet is obtained by combining the Lie symmetry method with the homotopy perturbation *** approximate solution is tabulated,plotted for the values of various parameters and compared with the known *** is found that the approximate solution agrees very well with the known numerical solutions,showing the reliability and validity of the present work.

Objective:To determine biofilm and hydrophobicity formation ratios in extended spectrum beta lactamases(ESBL) synthesizing Escherichia coli isolates which were isolated from feces samples of 150 cage bird species randomly taken from pet shops in Hatay province,***:In vitro biofilm production of 4 ESBL positive isolates were performed by Congo Red Agar(CRA),Standard Tube(ST) and Microtitre Plate(MP) methods while their hydrophobicity were examined by bacterial adhesion to hydrocarbon(BATH) ***:In the examined isolates,while biofilm production was found to be negative by CRA method,highest biofilm producing strain,among 4 bacteria was determined to be A42 by ST and MP *** Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM) also displayed these confirmed *** hydrophobicity values of strains were determined to be between 22.45%and 26.42%.Conclusions:As a result,biofilm formation in cage bird feces originated ESBL positive Escherichia coli isolates was performed for the first time in *** order to present the relation between pathogenicity and biofilm production in animal originated ESBL positive isolates,further studies are required.

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the add-on effect of Qinbei Qingfei Yiqi(QBQFYQ) granules for ventilator-associated pneumonia(VAP) in non-infectious critically ill ***:In this randomized controlled trial, 80non-infectious critically ill patients undergoing mechanical ventilation in the intensive care unit(ICU)were randomly divided into two groups:those receiving QBQFYQ granules plus usual treatment(experimental group, n = 50) and those receiving only the usual treatment(control group, n = 30).The main outcome measures were VAP rate, time of VAP occurrence, duration of mechanical ventilation,and length of ICU ***-6(IL-6), C-reactive protein(CRP), and T-lymphocyte(CD4+, CD8+,and CD4+/CD8+ ratio) serum levels were also evaluated before and after ***:Compared with the control group treatment, QBQFYQ administration significantly reduced the duration of mechanical ventilation [(9.58± 3.14) vs(12.52 ± 4.33) days] and length of ICU stay [(14.57 ± 3.72) vs(17.82 ± 5.24) days] and delayed VAP occurrence [(4.31 ± 0.86) vs(2.43 ± 0.27)days].Additionally, CRP and IL-6 serum levels and CD4+/CD8+ ratio were significantly lower in the experimental group(P < 0.05) than in the control ***, there were no significant differences in hospital mortality rate(30.0% vs 33.3%) and adverse events(4.0% vs 6.7%).CONCLUSION:QBQFYQ delays the time of VAP occurrence and shortens the duration of mechanical ventilation in non-infectious critically ill patients,possibly through anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory mechanisms.
