OBJECTIVE: To explore the unique ideas, properties, and standards of fracture repositioning with osteopathy in traditional mongolian medicine in ***: Based on the natural life concept of "integration of universe and man," osteopathy in traditional mongolian medicine in China uses the modern principles and methods of physiology, psychol-ogy, and biomechanics. Against this background,we explored the unique ideas, properties, and standards of fracture repositioning in traditional mongolian ***: Fracture treatment with osteopathy in traditional mongolian medicine in China is based on(a) the ideas of natural, sealed, self and dynamic repositioning of fractures;(b) the properties of structural continuity and functional completeness;(c) the standards of "integration of movement and stillness" and "force to force." CONCLUSION: The unique ideas, properties, and standards of fracture repositioning with osteopathy in traditional mongolian medicine in China have resulted in the widespread use of such techniques and represents the future direction of the development of fracture repositioning.

Psychological Distress, Social Support and Medication Adherence in Patients with Ischemic Stroke in the Mainland of China

Stroke research and rehabilitation have traditionally focused on the physical and functional impact of a stroke. Less attention has been given to the psychosocial factors associated with this chronic condition. By the few studies that have specifically focused on psychosocial factors in the context of stroke, poststroke depression is demonstrated to significantly influence stroke outcomes. Associations of stroke with psychological symptoms other than depression have rarely been evaluated. This study was aimed to investigate the changes of psychological stress, social support and medication adherence in patients with ischemic stroke in the mainland of China. In this study, 90 patients with hemiplegia one year after first-ever middle cerebral artery infarction（stroke group） in the Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University from June 2008 to June 2011 were recruited for interview. Ninety age- and sex-matched normal volunteers（control group） were also examined at the same period. The psychological distress was assessed by the Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90）, the social support by the Social Support Rating Scale（SSRS）, and medication adherence by Morisky＇s self-reported inventory, respectively. Group differences were analyzed using unpaired-t test and chi-squared test. The results showed that total mean scores of the SCL-90 in the stroke group were higher than those in the control group（P〈0.01）. Except two dimensions, paranoid ideation and psychoticism, mean scores of the rest dimensions（including somatization, obsession-compulsion, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, and phobic anxiety） of SCL-90 were significantly higher in the stroke group than those in the control group（P〈0.05, or P〈0.01）. The objective support, subjective support, support availability and total social support scores in the stroke group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05, or P〈0.01）. Phlomoides,with 150-170 species,is the second largest and perhaps most taxonomically challenging genus within the subfamily Lamioideae(Lamiaceae).With about 60 species,China is one of three major biodiversity centers of *** some Phlomoides species from China have been included in previous molecular phylogenetic studies,a robust and broad phylogeny of this lineage has yet to be ***,given the myriad new additions to the genus,the existing infrageneric classification needs to be evaluated and ***,we combine molecular and morphological data to investigate relationships within Phlomoides,with a focus on Chinese *** observed that plastid DNA sequences can resolve relationships within Phlomoides better than nuclear ribosomal internal and external transcribed spacer regions(nrITS and nrETS).Molecular phylogenetic analyses confirm the monophyly of Phlomoides,but most previously defined infrageneric groups are not *** addition,morphological analysis demonstrates the significant taxonomic value of eight characters to the *** on our molecular phylogenetic analyses and morphological data,we establish a novel section Notochaete within Phlomoides,and propose three new combinations as well as three new *** study presents the first molecular phylogenetic analyses of Phlomoides in which taxa representative of the entire genus are included,and highlights the phylogenetic and taxonomic value of several morphological characters from species of Phlomoides from *** study suggests that a taxonomic revision and reclassification for the entire genus is necessary in the future.

BACKGROUND Sulongga-4(SL-4)is a herbal formula used in traditional mongolian medical clinics for the treatment of peptic ulcers and gastroenteritis,even though its pharmacological mechanism has not been well *** To evaluate the protective effect and identify the mechanisms of action of SL-4 on gastroduodenal ulcer induced by pyloric ligation(PL)in *** PL was performed to induce gastric and duodenal ulcers in rats,which were then treated with oral SL-4(1.3,2.6,or 3.9 g/kg per day)for 15 ***-induced gastroduodenal *** effects were characterized by pathological and histological evaluations and inflammatory indicators were analyzed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent *** analyses were conducted to identify gene expression profiles of gastroduodenal tissue in PL rats with or without SL-4 *** candidate target genes were selected and verified by quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR).RESULTS SL-4 decreased histopathological features in the PL-induced ulcerated ***-4 significantly (P < 0.05) decreased expression of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin (IL)-1β, IL-6, endotoxin, platelet-activating factor, and increasedprostaglandin E2 and epidermal growth factor in ulcer tissue. Microarray analysiswas used to identify a panel of candidate target genes for SL-4 acting on PLinducedulceration. Genes included some complement and coagulation cascadeand retinol metabolism pathways that are closely associated with inflammatoryresponses and gastric mucosal protective mechanisms. qRT-PCR showed thataltered expression of the selected genes, such as CYP2b2, UGT2b1, A2m, andMASP1 was consistent with the microarray ***-4 exerts protective effects against PL-induced gastroduodenal ulcers viareducing inflammatory cytokines and elevating expression of gastric acidinhibitory factors. 蒙古牧民家庭通过适应当地植被分布的特点来维持牲畜的健康状况。因此,预测未来植被变化对于稳定的牲畜放牧和可持续的草原利用至关重要。本研究基于前期研究获得的植被数据预测了2081年至2100年间草原植被,尤其是沙漠草原、草原和草甸草原的分布范围。我们首先基于在蒙古(43–50°N,87–119°E)收集的草原植被数据(2012至2016年,278个样地)划分了不同的群落类型。其次,采用最大熵(MaxEnt)模型进行物种分布建模,其中以荒漠草原、草原和草甸草原的分布数据作为目标变量,使用WorldClim的生物气候数据作为解释变量。最后,采用WorldClim提供的CMIP6下缩放的未来气候预测数据进行未来预测。结果发现,荒漠草原、草原和草甸草原模型的曲线下面积值分别为0.850、0.847和0.873。根据所有情景和所有群落的气候变化,适宜栖息地预计将缩小。潜在适宜区域减少的程度在草甸草原群落中最为显著。上述结果表明,未来气候变化情景下草甸草原群落将转变为草原群落。

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the efficacy of Zhonglun'a-decoction-containing serum(ZHONGL-CS)on the in vitro apoptosis of fibroblast-like synoviocytes(FLS) from rats with collagen-induced arthritis(CIA) by investigating the Janus kinase/signal transducer and activator of transcription(JAK/STAT) signaling ***: A CIA rat model was established using bovine type Ⅱ collagen. FLS were isolated, cultured and identified. A cell counting kit-8 was used to detect cell activity. The half maximal inhibitory concentration(IC50) was calculated. Experimental subjects were divided into control, CIA,ZHONGL-CS, JAK2 inhibitor AG490, and ZHONGLCS with AG490 groups. The in vitro cell cycle and apoptosis rate were detected in FLS by flow cytometry. Bcl-2-associated X protein(Bax), B-cell lymphoma 2(Bcl-2), caspase-3, cyclin D1, phosphorylated JAK2, STAT1, and STAT3 protein expressions in FLS were examined by Western blotting. JAK2, STAT1 and STAT3 mRNA levels were examined by quantitative real-time polymerase chain ***: Compared with the CIA group, FLS proliferation was inhibited, the FLS G0/G1 cell cycle was arrested, and the rate of FLS apoptosis was increased in the ZHONGL-CS group. In the ZHONGLCS group, the protein levels of Bcl-2 and cyclin D1 were reduced compared with the CIA group and the levels of Bax and caspase-3 in FLS were increased. In the ZHONGL-CS group, the expressions of JAK2, STAT1, and STAT3 mRNA and the levels of phosphorylated JAK2, STAT1, and STAT3 proteins were ***: ZHONGL-CS may induce FLS apoptosis in CIA rats. Activation of the JAK/STAT signaling pathway was inhibited in FLS in vitro.

Wind power has been developing rapidly as a key measure to mitigate human-driven global *** under-standing of the development and impacts of wind farms on local climate and vegetation is of great importance for their rational use but is still *** this study,we combined remote sensing and on-site investigations to identify wind farm locations in Inner Mongolia and performed landscape pattern analyses using *** explored the impacts of wind farms on land surface temperature(LST)and vegetation net primary productivity(NPP)between 1990 and 2020 by contrasting these metrics in wind farms with those in non-wind farm *** results showed that the area of wind farms increased rapidly from 1.2 km2 in 1990 to 10,755 km2 in ***,wind farms are mainly clustered in three aggregation areas in the ***,wind farms increased nighttime LST,with a mean value of 0.23℃,but had minor impacts on the daytime ***,wind farms caused a decline in NPP,especially over forest areas,with an average reduction of 12.37 GC/m^(2).Given the impact of wind farms on LST and NPP,we suggest that the development of wind farms should fully consider their direct and potential *** study provides scientific guidance on the spatial pattern of future wind farms.
