Elucidating the complex dynamic cellular organization in the hypothalamus is critical for understanding its role in coordinating fundamental body functions. Over the past decade, single-cell and spatial omics technologies have significantly evolved, overcoming initial technical challenges in capturing and analyzing individual cells. These high-throughput omics technologies now offer a remarkable opportunity to comprehend the complex spatiotemporal patterns of transcriptional diversity and cell-type characteristics across the entire hypothalamus. Current single-cell and single-nucleus RNA sequencing methods comprehensively quantify gene expression by exploring distinct phenotypes across various subregions of the hypothalamus. However, single-cell/single-nucleus RNA sequencing requires isolating the cell/nuclei from the tissue, potentially resulting in the loss of spatial information concerning neuronal networks. Spatial transcriptomics methods, by bypassing the cell dissociation, can elucidate the intricate spatial organization of neural networks through their imaging and sequencing technologies. In this review, we highlight the applicative value of single-cell and spatial transcriptomics in exploring the complex molecular-genetic diversity of hypothalamic cell types, driven by recent high-throughput achievements.

Cyber-Physical System （CPS） and Cyber-PhysicaI-Social System （CPSS） computing are now challenging existing research in many realms, including Intelligent Transportation Systems （ITS）. In this survey, we highlight some advances in the coevolution of CPS, CPSS, and ITS, with an emphasis on traffic data. We first explain the hierarchical architecture of CPS-ITS in terms of five layers： perception, communication, computing, control, and application. Then, we analyze the characteristics of traffic data in CPS-ITS, and enumerate some new technologies for data operation and management. Two typical cases of CPS-ITS, vehicular-communication-based traffic control systems and smart parking systems, are illustrated to describe how CPS is changing our lives and influencing the development of future ITS.

The influence of long-term solution treatment for various intervals on the microstructure,mechanical properties,and corrosion resistance of the as-cast Mg–5Zn–1.5Y alloy was *** of secondary phases was studied during solution treatment through thermal analysis test and thermodynamic *** and hardness tests,as well as polarization and immersion tests,were performed to evaluate the mechanical properties and corrosion behavior of the ascast and heat-treated alloy,*** show that solution treatment transforms I-phaseinto W-phaseas well as dissolves it into the a-Mg matrix to some extent;therefore,the amount of W-phase ***,prolonged solution treatment decreases the volume fraction of the *** the first stage of solution treatment for 14 h,the tensile properties significantly increase due to the incomplete phase *** long-term solution treatment sharply decreases the tensile and hardness properties of the alloy,it improves the corrosion resistance due to the transformation of I-phase into *** fact,it decreases corrosion potential and simultaneously dissolves intermetallic compounds into the a-Mg matrix,resulting in the reduction in galvanic microcells between the matrix and *** is found that the optimum time for long-term solution treatment is 14 h,which improves both corrosion behavior and mechanical properties.

The (EC+β^(+)) decay of ^(128)Ce was reinvestigated in the^(116)Sn (l6O, 4n) reaction by using a helium-jet tape transport system. The decay γ rays of ^(128)Ce were unambiguously described from those of ^(129)Ce after taking the comparing experiments of ^(16)O+^(116)Sn and ^(16)O+^(117)Sn. Based on x-γ and γ-γ coincidence measurements, a detailed (EC+β^(+)) decay scheme of ^(128)Ce has been proposed which modifies the previous one, and takes accounts of 100 observed γ-lines.

The river continuum concept represents the most general framework addressing the spatial variation of both structure and function in river ecosystems. In the Mediterranean ecoregion, summer drought events and dams constitute the main sources of local disturbance to the structure and functioning of river ecosystems occurring in the river basin. In this study, we analysed patterns of spatial variation of detritus processing in a 7th order river of the Mediterranean ecoregion(River Tirso, Sardinia-Italy) and in three 4th order sub-basins which were exposed to different summer drought pressures. The study was carried out on Phragmites australis and Alnus glutinosa leaf detritus at 31 field sites in seasonal field experiment Detritus processing rates were higher for Alnus glutinosa than for Phragmites australis plant detritus. Processing rates of Alnus glutinosa leaves varied among seasons and study sites from 0.006 d -1 to 0.189 d -1 and those of Phragmites australis leaves ranged from 0.0008 d -1 to 0.102 d -1, with the lowest values occurring at sites exposed to summer drought. Seasons and sites accounted for a significant proportion of such variability. Alder detritus decay rates generally decreased with increasing stream order, while reed detritus decay rates generally increased on the same spatial gradient. Summer drought events affected these spatial patterns of variation by influencing significantly the decay rates of both plant detritus. The comparisons among and within sub-basins showed strong negative influence of summer drought on detritus processing rates. Similarly, in the entire River Tirso basin decay rates were always lower at disturbed than at undisturbed sites for each stream order; decay rates of reed detritus remained lower at those sites even after the end of the disturbance events, while alder decay rates recovered rapidly from the summer drought perturbations. In this paper, two numerical methods are proposed for solving distributed-order fractional Bagley-Torvik *** equation is used in modeling the motion of a rigid plate immersed in a Newtonian fluid with respect to the nonnegative density function. Using the composite Boole's rule the distributedorder Bagley-Torvik equation is approximated by a multi-term time-fractional equation, which is then solved by the GrunwaldLetnikov method(GLM) and the fractional differential transform method(FDTM). Finally, we compared our results with the exact results of some cases and show the excellent agreement between the approximate result and the exact solution.

We investigate the ground state properties of some superheavy nuclei, which may be synthesized in future experiments. Special emphases are placed on the alpha decay energies and half-lives. The alpha decay energies and half-lives from different theoretical models are compared and discussed comprehensively. Through these calculations and comparisons, the optimal superheavy elements to be synthesized in future experiments are proposed theoretically.

Sweet sorghum has the potential of becoming a useful energy *** early-maturity mutant of sweet sorghum,KFJT-1,was obtained by carbon ions irradiation of KFJT-CK,a wild *** this paper,we evaluate the mutant from the length and fresh weight of radicle and leaves after seed germination,the growth rate at the elongation stage,and the internodal parameters under field trail *** results showed that the seedling growth of KFJT-1 was inhibited by carbon ions irradiation,and the leaf length,the fresh weight of radicle and leaves from KFJT-1 decreased by 15.32%,76.27%,and 27.08%than those of KFJT-CK,***,the growth rate of KFJT-1 on July 12,July 27 and August 1 increased by 16.19%,59.28%and26.87%,respectively,compared with the *** stalk diameter,total biomass yield and sugar content of KFJT-1 was higher than those of KFJT-CK,despite that the plant height of KFJT-1 was significantly less than KFJT-CK(P < 0.05).In addition,KFJT-1 differed from KFJT-CK in the internodal length,weight and sugar *** conclusion,the early-maturity mutant of KFJT-1 will be a promising variety for sweet sorghum industrialization in Gansu province,China.
