In radiology,magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)is an essential diagnostic tool that provides detailed images of a patient’s anatomical and physiological *** is particularly effective for detecting soft tissue ***,radiologists manually interpret these images,which can be labor-intensive and time-consuming due to the vast amount of *** address this challenge,machine learning,and deep learning approaches can be utilized to improve the accuracy and efficiency of anomaly detection in MRI *** manuscript presents the use of the Deep AlexNet50 model for MRI classification with discriminative learning *** are three stages for learning;in the first stage,the whole dataset is used to learn the *** the second stage,some layers of AlexNet50 are frozen with an augmented dataset,and in the third stage,AlexNet50 with an augmented dataset with the augmented *** method used three publicly available MRI classification datasets:Harvard whole brain atlas(HWBA-dataset),the School of Biomedical Engineering of Southern Medical University(SMU-dataset),and The National Institute of Neuroscience and Hospitals brain MRI dataset(NINS-dataset)for *** hyperparameter optimizers like Adam,stochastic gradient descent(SGD),Root mean square propagation(RMS prop),Adamax,and AdamW have been used to compare the performance of the learning ***-dataset registers maximum classification *** evaluated the performance of the proposed classification model using several quantitative metrics,achieving an average accuracy of 98%.

In this paper, the configuration characteristic of the safe parameter measurement and alarm system in new type mine was first simply introduced, which is made up of topological structure and combines wire communication with radio communication, then introduced respectively the hardware and software construction and the working principle and the method of design, which is composed of detecting instrument as the core of enhanced single chip microcomputer AT89S8252 and relay station and CPU which consists of IPC. The three class computer communication system that integrates with measurement and alarm and management works reliably and uses conveniently, especially to thesystem of parameter detecting and alarm in mine, which is adapted to measure dispersedly and manage intensively.

This paper presents recent progress on the velocity measurement of pulverised coal in pneumatic pipelines using electrostatic sensors in combination with correlation signal processing techniques.A comparative study of electrostatic sensors with circular and probe electrodes was conducted on a 94 mm bore horizontal pipeline in a 4 MW *** advantages and limitations of both sensors are *** results demonstrate that both sensors are capable of providing pulverised coal velocity measurement with excellent repeatability and dynamic response.

The organometal halide perovskite materials have a blend of surprising optoelectronic properties, for example high value of absorption coefficient and abrupt optical retention edge, lifetime, long charge carrier diffusion length and many more. Brought in conjunction with the capacity for manufacturing at low temperature, likewise from the solution, devices based on perovskite, particularly solar cells have been contemplated seriously with striking advancements in performance, in the course of recent years. The amalgamation of minimal effort, high efficiency and extra applications gives incredible potential to commercialization of these cells. The applications and performance of perovskite cells frequently relate with the structures of the device. Numerous creative structures of the devices were produced, targeting for vast scale manufacture, diminishing creation cost, upgrading the PCE and subsequently expanding the prospective for future applications. This paper outlines the various advanced structures of PSC, challenges confronted by these PSCs and their future perspectives. The commercial applications of PSC are additionally talked about in this paper.

A generalized threshold voltage model based on two-dimensional Poisson analysis has been developed for SOI/SON *** short channel field effects,such as fringing fields,junction-induced lateral fields and substrate fields,are carefully investigated,and the related drain-induced barrier-lowering effects are incorporated in the analytical threshold voltage *** analytical model-based simulation,the threshold voltage roll-off and subthreshold slope for both structures are compared for different operational and structural parameter *** of analytical simulation are compared with the results of the ATLAS 2D physics-based simulator for verification of the analytical *** performance of an SON MOSFET is found to be significantly different from a conventional SOI *** short channel effects are found to be reduced in an SON,thereby resulting in a lower threshold voltage roll-off and a smaller subthreshold *** type of analysis is quite useful to figure out the performance improvement of SON over SOI structures for next generation short channel MOS devices.

This paper presents the basic principles of particle size measurement and latest industrial results recorded using an innovative optical instrumentation system designed to measure the size distribution of particles in a pneumatic *** system is non-intrusive and cost-effective.A low-cost CCD camera is used to capture images of the particulate flow field,which is illuminated by a low-cost pulsed laser sheet *** particle size distribution is then determined by processing the particle images through the use of novel processing *** results obtained in the past on a small scale particle flow test rig have demonstrated that the system is capable of measuring the size distribution of pneumatically conveyed particles with an accuracy of a few *** the present paper results obtained when testing the system at a 4 MW industrial test facility are *** are made with both off-line reference data achieved through sieving and on-line laser diffraction data recorded using an intrusive,extractive,Malvern Instruments *** general there is good agreement between results when considering the characteristics and limitations of the individual *** novel imaging system shows itself to be rugged,practical and useful under genuine industrial conditions.

Influence of Lanthanum on Fluorescence Properties of Ag-BaO Thin Films

Ag BaO thin films doped with lanthanum were prepared by vacuum deposition. Compared with the normal Ag BaO thin film, there is almost no change with the shape and the peak site of the fluorescence spectrum; however, fluorescence emission strength of the whole observation band(325～600 nm)increases about 40%, and the increase of short wavelength range is more remarkable than that of long wavelength range, which we named “blue stronger” phenomenon. Analytic results show that, with the forming of intermetallic compounds between silver and lanthanum, the 4f state energy levels lie just below the Fermi level within 5 eV. It is the energy exchange between the 4f energy levels and the conduction band that causes the increase effect of fluorescence emission, and it is the optical absorption cross section of 4f electron, which increases with the increase of energy of incidence photon, that gives rise to the “blue stronger” phenomenon.

A novel timing jitter reduction system over a round trip 20-km urban fiber link is reported. The phase difference of the ninth harmonic of a high-repetition-rate mode-locked laser between the local and the returned signals is obtained. Based on the phase difference, the system uses an optical delay line （ODL） to compensate the optical fiber link. The root-mean-square （RMS） timing jitter is reduced from 50 to 8.9 ps in 80 min.
