目的:通过调整非常精细的颗粒,四方晶氧化锆多晶(TZP)在室温下保持稳态四方相,并且具有优异的塑性。然而,当材料变形时,我们必须对超塑性陶瓷在机械应力分布和断裂机制方面有更多的理解。创新点:1.通过材料弹塑性模型;2.使用胡克定律、塑性应变硬化及von Mises降伏准则;3.结合等向性硬化规则及相关联的流动规则。方法:1.开发一个高温超塑性材料在不同应变率拉伸条件下具备不同应力-应变关系的组成律模型及有限元分析模型;2.通过有限元法仿真模拟与实验结果比对;3.验证所提方法的可行性和精确性。结论:1.有限元仿真模拟的应力-应变关系与实验数据吻合较好,对于所研究的四种组合物,最大应力和应变的误差均小于1%。2.有限元仿真模拟的最终变形形状(宽度和厚度)与拉伸试验的结果一致;这些验证证实了所提有限元分析模型的可靠性。

The relationship between land use and water quality status is complex and likely to be site-specific,and more work is needed for it to be clearly *** national cheng kung university,No 1 university Road,Tainan 701ore,the main objective of this paper was thus to identify and investigate status of waterbodies(lakes and rivers)by using appropriate predictive index assessment tool coupled with the offered Adaptive Co-Management(ACM)methodology towards sustainability of water quality and ecology in *** then present a comprehensive assessment as baseline information to describe the existing condition of waterbody status in study *** results indicated that the basic requirements of predictive index assessment tool,expressed as indicator:criteria and attributes,are use-specific or targeted to the protection of the watershed and waterbodies uses among a number of land use *** some situations,even stricter requirements and policies are necessary to achieve sustainability of water quality and ecology in Indonesia.

Autologous chondrocytes(C cells)are effective sources of cell therapy for engineering cartilage tissue to repair chondral defects,such as degenerative *** expansion of cells with C cell characteristics has become a major challenge due to inadequate donor sites and poor proliferation of mature C *** perichondrial progenitor cells(P cells)from the cambium layer of the perichondrium possessed significantly higher mesenchymal stem cell markers than C *** the transwell co-culture system,P cells increased the passaging capacity of C cells from P6 to P9,and the cell number increased 128 *** system increased the percentage of Alcian blue-positive C cells from 40%in P6 to 62%in P9,contributing about 198 times more Alcian blue-positive C cells than the control group.C cells co-cultured with P cells also exhibited higher proliferation than C cells cultured with P cellconditioned *** results were obtained in nude mice that were subcutaneously implanted with C cells,P cells or a mixture of the two cell types,in which the presence of both cells enhanced neocartilage formation in ***,P cells enhanced the proliferation of C cells in a dose–dependent manner and prolonged the longevity of mature C cells for clinical applications.

Inter-Cluster Routing Authentication for Ad Hoc Networks by a Hierarchical Key Scheme

Dissimilar to traditional networks, the features of mobile wireless devices that can actively form a network without any infrastructure mean that mobile ad hoc networks frequently display partition due to node mobility or link failures. These indicate that an ad hoc network is difficult to provide ou-llne access to a trusted authority server. Therefore, applying traditional Public Key Infrastructure （PKI） security framework to mobile ad hoc networks will cause insecurities. This study proposes a scalable and elastic key management scheme integrated into Cluster Based Secure Routing Protocol （CBSRP） to enhance security and non-repudiation of routing authentication, and introduces an ID-Based internal routing authentication scheme to enhance the routing performance in an internal cluster. Additionally, a method of performing routing authentication between internal and external clusters, as well as inter-cluster routing authentication, is developed. The proposed cluster-based key management scheme distributes trust to an aggregation of cluster heads using a threshold scheme faculty, provides Certificate Authority （CA） with a fault tolerance mechanism to prevent a single point of compromise or failure, and saves CA large repositories from maintaining member certificates, making ad hoc networks robust to malicious behaviors and suitable for numerous mobile devices.

This paper presents an improved Nearest Neighboring Particle Searching （NNPS） technique for numerical modeling of water waves with the Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics （SPH） method. The proposed technique differs from others by introducing the concept of Inner and Outer Particle Searching （lOPS） and shifting most of advanced CPU operations into simple addition operations. The IOPS method is shown to significantly improve the computational efficiency and reduce the CPU time especially for large number of particles, based on comparisons with other two NNPS methods. This method is implemented in a 2DV numerical wave flume conducted by the SPH method. Three test cases are examined, including generations and propagations of dam-breaking induced waves, solitary wave and irregular wave. Calculated results are in good agreements with experimental data and theoretical solutions with fairly satisfactory CPU time-consuming. The wave motions observed in physical facilities are successfully reproduced by the SPH numerical wave flume, revealing its robust capability of modeling realistic wave propagation and substantial potential for a wide variety of hydrodynamic problems.

A traditional way to estimate the amount of sediment deposition in a reservoir is simply based on the variation in the elevation measurements made at different *** the present study,a physiographic soil erosion-deposition(PSED) model is applied ***-Wen reservoir watershed to compute the discharge and sediment concentration into the reservoir,and the deposition *** PSED model is verified using three storm events and then compared to the historic data recorded at the hydrological stations in the reservoir watershed,which shows close agreement between the simulated and recorded values of the flow discharge into the reservoir and the corresponding sediment yield. The numerical simulation was also conducted for all rainfall events from 1996 to 2001 to estimate the annual sediment deposition volume in the ***,the simulated result was compared to that obtained from the cross-section elevation *** is found that some measured data points had large uncertainty or were *** the contrary,the model results and the measured data that renders the model ***,regardless of the estimation for the flow discharge into the reservoir induced by a single rainfall event,the sediment yield,or the sediment deposition,the PSED model has successfully demonstrated its ability.

This work presents a spoken dialog summariza- tion system with HAPPINESS/SUFFERING factor recognition. The semantic content is compressed and classified by factor categories from spoken dialog. The transcription of au- tomatic speech recognition is then processed through Chinese Knowledge and Information Processing segmentation system. The proposed system also adopts the part-of-speech tags to effectively select and rank the keywords. Finally, the HAPPINESS/SUFFERING factor recognition is done by the proposed point-wise mutual information. Compared with the original method, the performance is improved by applying the significant scores of keywords. The experimental results show that the average precision rate for factor recognition in outside test can reach 73.5% which demonstrates the possi- bility and potential of the proposed system.

Numerical Approach to Film Cooling Effectiveness Over a Plate Surface with Coolant Impingement

The aim of the present study is conducting the numerical approach to a combination of internal jet impingement and external film cooling over a flat plate. A multi-block three-dimensional Navier-Stokes code, CFX 4.4, with k-e turbulence model is used to simulate this complicated thermal-flow structure induced by the interaction of coolant jet and hot cross mainstream. By assuming the adiabatic wall boundary condition on the tested film-cooled plate, both the local and the spanwise-averaged adiabatic film cooling effectiveness are evaluated for comparison of the cooling performance at blowing ratios of Br=0.5, 1.0, and 1.5. Film flow data were obtained from a row of five cylindrical film cooling holes, inclined in angle of 35?and 0?in direction of streamwise and spanwise, respectively. The film cooling hole spacing between adjacent holes is 15 mm for all the holes. Before the coolant flow being injected through individual cooling hole then encountered with the mainstream, an impingement chamber containing an impingement plate with 43 holes is located on the path of coolant flow. Present study also focused on the effect of impingement spacing, 10mm, 20mm, and 30mm. Compare the results, we find the impingement jet has a significant effect on the adiabatic film cooling effectiveness. As the coolant impingement spacing is fixed, results indicated that higher blowing ratio would enhance the local and the spanwise-averaged adiabatic film cooling effectiveness. Moreover, neither uniform nor parabolic distribution of pressure distribution are observed within the coolant hole-pipe.
