A NOVEL SVM ENSEMBLE APPROACH USING CLUSTERING ANALYSIS

A novel Support Vector Machine(SVM) ensemble approach using clustering analysis is proposed. Firstly,the positive and negative training examples are clustered through subtractive clus-tering algorithm respectively. Then some representative examples are chosen from each of them to construct SVM components. At last,the outputs of the individual classifiers are fused through ma-jority voting method to obtain the final decision. Comparisons of performance between the proposed method and other popular ensemble approaches,such as Bagging,Adaboost and k.-fold cross valida-tion,are carried out on synthetic and UCI datasets. The experimental results show that our method has higher classification accuracy since the example distribution information is considered during en-semble through clustering analysis. It further indicates that our method needs a much smaller size of training subsets than Bagging and Adaboost to obtain satisfactory classification accuracy.

We analyze the statistical properties of the urban public bus networks of two cities (Beijing and Chengdu) in China. To this end, we present a comprehensive survey of the degree distribution, average path length, and clustering of both networks. It is shown that both networks exhibit small world behavior and are hierarchically organized. We also discuss the differences between the statistical properties displayed by the two networks. In addition, we propose a weight distribution approach to study the passenger flow through the public bus networks we considered. A hierarchical structure is observed here also.

Fertilizers are essential to modern agriculture;their overuse can have harmful effects on plants, crops and soil quality. Thus, the study seeks to investigate, if (actually) the trio of Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium (NPK) contribute to the growth and yield of yellow maize, and to determine at what proportion each of the elements is to be applied for optimum yield. Our findings revealed that Nitrogen and Phosphoric fertilizer contributed significantly to the yield of yellow maize while there was no significant effect of Potassium Further analysis on the mean separation of Nitrogen and Phosphorus using Duncan’s Multiple Range Test—(DMRT) showed Nitrogen at 50 kg/ha as significantly higher than the other levels. For phosphorus, its effect at 20 kg/ha was significantly higher than the other levels. Thus, the derived quadratic model: .

The quantum-relativistic properties of space-time bubbles introduced in the recently proposed multi-Bubbles Universe model have been studied and deepened in the framework of the electromagnetic Bridge theory. In this context, it is shown how the space-time fabric of the emerging universe and the primordial matter contained in it, can be considered the final result of the decay of a pre-universe formed by a BEC of neutral Planck bosons hidden under the space-time horizon, having the characteristics of balancing gravitons associated with the potential energy of the vacuum defined as the field of nothingness. The estimated mass of the Planck boson is compatible with the smallest of the Kaluza-Klein graviton with an energy mass of 2.68 TeV, this value allows to estimate the limit of the Planck energy scale characterized by a lepton particle with a rest mass of 1.27 TeV. It is also shown as an ancient multi-bubble universe obtained by the decay of a pre-universe redshifted nowadays at 2.725 K, provides a Planck blackbody spectrum perfectly in agreement with the cosmic microwave background radiation of our universe measured by the COBE satellite.

Multi-Bubble Universe Model: A Quantum-Relativistic Gravitational Theory of Space-Time

A multi-bubble model of universe is presented, in which gravity is the result of the aging of electromagnetic dipoles produced in quantum fluctuations of the action inside a condensate of a particular type of balancing gravitons. In the model, the exchange of gravitons among the dipoles and the potential of vacuum balances the energy of the fluctuation. The effect is to create bubbles of space-time that by growing they expand the local vacuum. The model suggests that the universe originates from overlapping of bubbles of space-time associated with dipoles. Matter is originated during gravitons decay. The use of the Bridge Theory demonstrates how the attractive force field that emerges in each bubble is in the first approximation in accordance with Newtonian gravity at small, medium and large distances in accordance with the theory of General Relativity by also introducing a variable cosmological term that justifies some observed cosmological anomalies. The model overcomes the current concepts of Dark Energy and Dark Mass in favor of a gravity produced by the curvature of space-time of the bubble. The existence of the balancing gravitons provides an estimate of the actual amounts of Dark Energy, Dark Matter and matter measured in the current universe. The estimated theoretical mass of the balancing gravitons is consistent with the Kaluza-Klein gravitons of 2.68 TeV observed in the ATLAS experiment during Run #1. Moreover, the use of the observational data of the rotation speeds of two samples of galaxies allows to verify the good agreement of the real universe with the model, providing a possible explanation of the variability in the measurement of the Hubble constant.

The realization of a mixed-phase microstructure in strained BiFeO_(3)(BFO)thin films has led to numerous novel effects derived from the coexistence of the tetragonal-like monoclinic phase(T phase)and rhombohedral-like monoclinic phase(R phase).Strong strain and polarization diiferences between the phases should result in a high level of transformation plasticity,which enables the continuous alteration of the relative proportion of R and T states in response to external *** the potential for utilizing such plasticity to control mixed-phase populations under external stimuli is evident,direct experi・mental evidence backed by equilibrium predictions has not yet been fully *** we demonstrate deterministic control of mixed-phase populations in an epitaxially strained BFO thin film through the application of localized stresses and electric fields in a reversible manne匚The results illustrate and rationalize deterministic control of mixed phases in strained BFO films,which could be crucial in tuning their functional *** findings also highlight a new multiparametric technique in the scanning probe lithography toolbox based on tip-assisted electric and strain field manipulation of functional properties that might find application beyond the ferroelectric domain and structural phase lithography.

Background: Long-term survival in acute coronary syndrome has increased steadily in the last decades. Follow-up studies developed in this patient clearly reveal that they are at risk of suffering a new event, placing them in a new stage, secondary prevention. In this field, control of Cholesterol levels, particularly LDL-C, has arisen as a priority objective in patients with coronary arterial disease.
