The scalable coherent interface (SCI) is an IEEE standard whose basic topology is ringlet, a kind of buffer insertion ,ring. SCI ring allows more than one message transfer concurrentlywhich brings difficulty on modeling SCI ring analytically. This paper presents an analytic expression on mean transfer delay using M/G/1 queuing model with non-preemptive priority. A preliminary performance study is also presented.;;

The objective of this work is to model the microstructure of asphalt mixture and build virtual test for asphalt mixture by using Particle Flow Code in three dimensions(PFC^(3D))based on three-dimensional discrete element method.A randomly generating algorithm was proposed to capture the three-dimensional irregular shape of coarse *** then,modeling algorithm and method for graded aggregates were *** on the combination of modeling of coarse aggregates,asphalt mastic and air voids,three-dimensional virtual sample of asphalt mixture was modeled by using PFC^(3D).Virtual tests for penetration test of aggregate and uniaxial creep test of asphalt mixture were built and conducted by using PFC^(3D).By comparison of the testing results between virtual tests and actual laboratory tests,the validity of the microstructure modeling and virtual test built in this study was ***,compared with laboratory test,the virtual test is easier to conduct and has less *** is proved that microstructure modeling and virtual test based on three-dimensional discrete element method is a promising way to conduct research of asphalt mixture.

Analysis and Design of Four-Plate Capacitive Wireless Power Transfer System for Undersea Applications

According to the actual demand of deformation monitoring for large buildings, the technology of laser image based on virtual instrument is put forward. The location of laser light spot relative to the reference position and the variation of tilt angle are measured, which can calculate the vertical deformation value of displacement. In the measurement process, it uses the function library of image processing in Lab VIEW to perform the read and processing of image, which has the advantages of convenient operation and accuracy location of measurement spot center In order to satisfy the requirement of on-line monitoring, the measurement data is transmitted to the host computer for operation and display using the way of wireless. The measurement data can be read in real time and can also be saved for the inquiry.

Mouse Dnajc5b and Cymg1 genes are new genes that we cloned specifically in mouse ***5b is a homolog of DNAJ(HSP40),subfamily C,and the second of member 5,so named Dnajc5b,which is located on chromosome 3 of mouse and contains five exons with a total length of 947 *** reading frame is 597 bp and encodes a total of 199 amino ***5b was specifically expressed in mouse testis as shown by multi-tissue ***5b was weakly expressed in the first week and the second week after the mice were born,and the expression was enhanced in the third *** greatest expression was in the eighth week of sexual *** the same time,in situ hybridization results showed that Dnajc5b gene was specifically expressed in mouse spermatogonia,and its expression was positively correlated with testicular ***1(GenBank accession ***600990),which has a full length of 0.78 kb,and contains four exons and three introns,was cloned from a mouse testis cDNA *** gene is located in the 2G3 area of chromosome *** full cDNA encompasses the entire open reading frame,encoding 141 amino acid ***1 has a 44%(48/108)identity with mouse CRES and 30%(42/140)identity with mouse cystatin *** blot analysis showed that the Cymg1 is specifically expressed in adult mouse *** revealed that the CYMG1 protein was expressed in mouse testes spermatogonium,spermatocytes,round spermatids,elongating spermatids and ***-PCR results also showed that Cymg1 was expressed in mouse testes and *** Cymg1 expression level varied in different developmental *** Cymg1 expression level in the testes over different developmental stages correlates with the mouse spermatogenesis and sexual maturation process.

The repassivation behavior of the single crystal of 321 stainless steel in room temperature solution of 3.5% MgC1_2 has been studied by the rapid scratching technique under potentiostatic conditions. The process of the formation of the oxide film on the bare surface of the single crystal has been found in three steps: the formation of an adsorbed layer on fresh surface within～2.5 ms., the transformation of the adsorbed layer into an oxide film within～3 ms, and the growth of the oxide film. The kinetics of the adsorbed layer formation follows approximately the empirical rule: i(ι)=I^0exp(—at) with I^0 and a being constants. The kinetics of the oxide film growth may be expressed by i(ι)=J^0exp(—bt) with J^0 and b being constants. The rate of film growth is controlled by high-field ion conduction: i=Aexp(—BV/X). The current density up to 1100 mA/cm^2 on the bare surface has been observed.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze some features of contaminant flow passing through cracked porous medium,such as the influence of fracture network on the advection and diffusion of contaminant species,the impact of adsorption on the overall transport of contaminant *** order to precisely describe the whole process,we firstly build the mathematical model to simulate this problem *** into consideration of the characteristics of contaminant flow,we employ two partial differential equations to formulate the whole *** is flow equation;the other is reactive transport *** first equation is used to describe the total flow of contaminant wastes,which is based on Darcy *** second one will characterize the adsorption,diffusion and convection behavior of contaminant species,which describes most features of contaminant flow we are interested *** the construction of numerical model,we apply locally conservative and compatible algorithms to solve this mathematical ***,we apply Mixed Finite Element(MFE)method to the flow equation and Discontinuous Galerkin(DG)method for the transport *** has a good convergence rate and numerical accuracy for Darcy *** is more flexible and can be used to deal with irregular meshes,as well as little numerical *** these two numerical means,we investigate the sensitivity analysis of different features of contaminant flow in our model,such as diffusion,permeability and fracture *** particular,we study Kd values which represent the distribution of contaminant wastes between the solid and liquid *** also make omparisons of two different schemes and discuss the advantages of both methods.

The optical properties of three linear conjugated oligomers （F-P, F-P-F, and P-F-P-F-P）, where phenothiazine （P） and fluorene （F） groups arrange alternately, are investigated. With the enhancement of the π-conjugated system, their absorption and emission bands both gradually red shift, and their two-photon properties are also improved. Meanwhile, their fluorescence dynamic traces are analyzed with continuous rate distribution model, exhibiting that their decay rates gradually accelerate and the rate distribution width become narrower. The quantum chemical calculation offers their molecular structures and transition mechanism, showing that the enhancement of π-conjugated system should be responsible for tile improvement of two-photon properties.

Over the past few decades, there has been a revolution in ICT, and this has led to the evolution of wireless sensor networks （WSN）, in particular, wireless body area networks. Such networks comprise a specialized collection of sensor nodes （SNs） that may be deployed randomly in a body area network to collect data from the human body. In a health monitoring system, it may be es-sential to maintain constant environmental conditions within a specific area in the hospital. In this paper, we propose a tempera-ture-monitoring system and describe a case study of a health-monitoring system for patents critically ill with the same disease and in the same environment. We propose Enhanced LEACH Selective Cluster （E-LEACH-SC） routing protocol for monitoring the tem-perature of an area in a hospital. We modified existing Selective Cluster LEACH protocol by using a fixed-distance-based thresh-old to divide the coverage region in two subregions. Direct data transmission and selective cluster-based data transmission ap-proaches were used to provide short-range and long-distance coverage for the collection of data from the body of ill patients. Ex-tensive simulations were run by varying the ratio of node densities of the two subregions in the health-monitoring system. Last Node Alive （LNA）, which is a measure of network lifespan, was the parameter for evaluating the performance of the proposed scheme. The simulation results show that the proposed scheme significantly increases network lifespan compared with traditional LEACH and LEACH-SC protocols, which by themselves improve the overall performance of the health-monitoring system.
