The clinical utility of irinotecan is restricted by individual variability in carboxylesterase *** administration of its active metabolite,7-ethyl-10-hydroxycamptothecin(SN38),presents an appealing alternative due to its potent anti-tumor ***,the undesirable properties of SN38,such as poor water solubility and nontarget toxicity,present significant hurdles to its clinical *** nanoassemblies based on modular design strategy show promise in overcoming these challenges by enhancing drug delivery and selective *** modular design,the modification module plays a crucial role in improving the self-assembly capability of *** current studies mainly focus on using straight aliphatic chains for prodrug design,branched aliphatic chains emerge as superior alternatives warranting further *** this study,we selected 2-heptylundecanol(BAlc18)as modification module to construct an SN38 *** exquisite design,SN38-SS-BAlc18 NPs integrated prominent properties in selfassembly capability,specific activation and biocompatibility,resolving the challenges of irinotecan and SN38,ultimately demonstrating excellent anti-tumor *** exploration enriched the design theory of prodrug nanoassemblies that can effectively balance safety and colorectal anti-tumor efficacy.

Previous research that reported the linkage between climate change and plague activity primarily refers to the immediate effect of short-term climatic variation. Yet, decades of discussion about the climate-plague association cannot determine the precise role of climate in shaping plague dynamics. One reason for this discrepancy originates from the narrow selection of spatio-temporal settings for comprehensive analysis of the correlation, leading to a limited consideration of the complexity of possible *** analyzing a 414-year long record of plague outbreak in pre-industrial Europe and the corresponding climatic data in multi-scale,we find little evidence to support climate-plague correlation in(1) both climatic variations and large-scale climatic phenomena,(2)both country scale and continental scale,(3) annual to inter-annual scale, and(4) both linear and non-linear analytic approaches. The null-result should not be viewed as a general rejection of other recent findings related to climate-plague association; nevertheless,it suggests that a wider consideration of scales, sensitivity checks and consideration of contexts should be included in explaining and predicting plague transmission under contemporary global climate conditions.

The local structure and thermophysical behavior of Mg-La liquid alloys were in-depth understood using deep potential molecular dynamic(DPMD) simulation driven via machine learning to promote the development of Mg-La alloys. The robustness of the trained deep potential(DP) model was thoroughly evaluated through several aspects, including root-mean-square errors(RMSEs), energy and force data, and structural information comparison results;the results indicate the carefully trained DP model is reliable. The component and temperature dependence of the local structure in the Mg-La liquid alloy was analyzed. The effect of Mg content in the system on the first coordination shell of the atomic pairs is the same as that of temperature. The pre-peak demonstrated in the structure factor indicates the presence of a medium-range ordered structure in the Mg-La liquid alloy, which is particularly pronounced in the 80at% Mg system and disappears at elevated temperatures. The density, self-diffusion coefficient, and shear viscosity for the Mg-La liquid alloy were predicted via DPMD simulation, the evolution patterns with Mg content and temperature were subsequently discussed, and a database was established accordingly. Finally, the mixing enthalpy and elemental activity of the Mg-La liquid alloy at 1200 K were reliably evaluated,which provides new guidance for related studies.

A two-parameter quantum group is obtained from the usual enveloping algebra by adding two commutative grouplike elements. In this paper, we generalize this procession further by adding commutative grouplike elements b（ik）, c（ik）, g（ik）, h（ik）（i ∈I, k = 1,..., mi） of a Hopf algebra H to the quantized enveloping algebra Uq（G） of a Borcherds superalgebra G defined by a symmetrizable integral Borcherds–Cartan matrix A =（aij）i,j∈I. Therefore, we define an extended Hopf superalgebra HUq（G）. We also discuss the basis and the grouplike elements of HUqG.

In the present paper, the characterization of strong-type modular inequality ∫ 0 ∞φ(Sf (t))w(t)dt≤∫0∞ φ(Cf (t))w(t)dt, f↓ is given, where φ∈Δ' and S is a Hardy operator. Furthermore, the equivalent conditions of modular inequalities and norm inequalities related to weak Orlicz-Lorentz spaces are researched. We also explore the conditions for Orlicz-Lorentz spaces and weak Orlicz-Lorentz spaces to be normable. Finally, the weak boundedness of certain Hardy-type operators on Orlicz-Lorentz spaces is studied.

Automatic image enhancement by learning adaptive patch selection

Today, digital cameras are widely used in taking photos. However, some photos lack detail and need enhancement. Many existing image enhancement algorithms are patch based and the patch size is always fixed throughout the image. Users must tune the patch size to obtain the appropriate enhancement. In this study,we propose an automatic image enhancement method based on adaptive patch selection using both dark and bright channels. The double channels enhance images with various exposure problems. The patch size used for channel extraction is selected automatically by thresholding a contrast feature, which is learned systematically from a set of natural images crawled from the web. Our proposed method can automatically enhance foggy or under-exposed/backlit images without any user interaction. Experimental results demonstrate that our method can provide a significant improvement in existing patch-based image enhancement algorithms.

With the concept of security-spot market or security market with measurable space of agents, which was first given by Zhang （1998, 2000）, we continue to discuss the existence of equilibrium in such large economies. Under common conditions, we have claimed the existence of equilibrium in incomplete security-spot market with a continuum of traders. Because of the development from complete market to incomplete market, we have not only generalized Aumann＇s results in 1966, but also achieved a breakthrough on researching methods.

We numerically study the fidelity of an electron in the one-dimensional Harper model and in the one-dimensional slowly varying potential model. Our results show that many properties of the two models can be well reflected by the fidelity：（i） the mobility edge and metal-insulator transition can be characterized by the static fidelity; （ii） the extended state and localized state can be identified by the dynamic fidelity. Therefore, it may broaden the applied areas of the fidelity.
