According to different forms of synchronized region, complex networks are divided into type Ⅰ （unbounded synchronization region） and type Ⅱ （bounded synchronization region） networks. This paper presents a rewiring algorithm to enhance the synchronizability of type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ networks. By utilizing the algorithm for an unweighted and undirected network, a better synchronizability of network with the same number of nodes and edges can be obtained. Numerical simulations on several different network models are used to support the proposed procedure. The relationship between different topological properties of the networks and the number of rewirings are shown. It finds that the final optimized network is independent of the initial network, and becomes homogeneous. In addition the optimized networks have similar structural properties in the sense of degree, and node and edge betweenness centralities. However, they do not have similar cluster coefficients for type Ⅱ networks. The research may be useful for designing more synchronizable networks and understanding the synchronization behaviour of networks.

This paper studies a prey-predator singular bioeconomic system with time delay and diffusion, which is described by differential-algebraic equations. For this system without diffusion, there exist three bifurcation phenomena： Transcritical bifurcation, singularity induced bifurcation, and Hopf bifurcation. Compared with other biological systems described by differential equations, singularity induced bifurcation only occurs in singular system and usually links with the expansion of population. When the diffusion is present, it is shown that the positive equilibrium point loses its stability at some critical values of diffusion rate and periodic oscillations occur due to the increase of time delay. Furthermore, numerical simulations illustrate the effectiveness of results and the related biological implications are discussed.

This paper studies the global exponential synchronization of uncertain complex delayed dynamical networks. The network model considered is general dynamical delay networks with unknown network structure and unknown coupling functions but bounded. Novel delay-dependent linear controllers are designed via the Lyapunov stability theory. Especially, it is shown that the controlled networks are globally exponentially synchronized with a given convergence rate. An example of typical dynamical network of this class, having the Lorenz system at each node, has been used to demonstrate and verify the novel design proposed. And, the numerical simulation results show the effectiveness of proposed synchronization approaches.

A unitary formulation of cyclic ESPRIT algorithm, with uniform linear array (ULA) configuration, is proposed by constructing the forward backward cyclic autocorrelation matrix by Hermitian mapping. This approach not only substantially reduces the computational complexity via real-valued decomposition, but also outperforms the forward backward spatial smoothing algorithm for uncorrelated or correlated sources. In addition, this method allows to select desired signals and to ignore interferences because of its signal-selective property. The performance analysis shows that for uncorrelated or correlated sources, the Hermitian mapping approach has a lower RMSE and a higher output SNR than the FBSS method. Finally, simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed methods.

With the extensive penetration of distributed renewable energy and self-interested prosumers,the emerging power market tends to enable user autonomy by bottom-up control and distributed *** paper is devoted to solving the specific problems of distributed energy management and autonomous bidding and peer-to-peer(P2P)energy sharing among prosumers.A novel cloud-edge-based We-Market is presented,where the prosumers,as edge nodes with independent control,balance the electricity cost and thermal comfort by formulating a dynamic household energy management system(HEMS).Meanwhile,the autonomous bidding is initiated by prosumers via the modified Stone-Geary utility *** the cloud center,a distributed convergence bidding(CB)algorithm based on consistency criterion is developed,which promotes faster and fairer bidding through the interactive iteration with the edge ***,the proposed scheme is built on top of the commercial cloud platform with sufficiently secure and scalable computing *** results show the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed We-Market,which achieves 15%cost reduction with shorter running *** analysis indicates better scalability,which is more suitable for largerscale We-Market implementation.

Application of Hot Strength and Ductility Test to Optimization of Secondary Cooling System in Billet Continuous Casting Process

By means of Gleeble-1500 dynamic thermomechanical simulator, the continuous casting process for HRB335C steel was simulated using solidifying method and hot ductility and strength of the steel were determined. The test results indicate that there are three temperature regions of brittleness for HRB335C billet in the temperature range from 700 ℃ to solidification point; the first temperature region of brittleness is 1 300 ℃ to solidification point of the billet, the second temperature region of brittleness is 1 200-- 1 000 ℃, and the third temperature region of brittleness is 700-850 ℃ ; the steel is plastic at 850--1 000 ℃. The cracking sensitivity was studied in the different temperature zones of the brittleness for steel HRB335C and the target surface temperature curve for the secondary cooling is determined. With optimized process, the mathematical model of the steady temperature field with two-dimensional heat transfer for 150 mm×150 mm HRB335C steel billet was established to optimize the secondary cooling process. The conic relation of water distribution between secondary cooling water flux and casting speed is regressed. Keeping the surface temperature of billet before the straightening point above 1 000 ℃, the results of billet test indicate that there is free central shrinkage cavity. The billet defect is decreased greatly, and the quality of billet is obviously improved.

With the arrival of the knowledge economy society, the knowledge workforce has become the key resource in business activities replacing capital, equipment, raw material and other traditional resources. Project scheduling problems with multi-skilled workforce constraints （PSPMSWC） has been becoming a hot spot in project management. In this paper, according to the present research development, and the characteristics of the PSPMSWC, we present a two-stage heuristic algorithm, which is based on "work - skills - human" three layers. The goal is to minimize the makespan. The algorithm provides different choices to the same problem, and the computational results show that the algorithm is satisfactory.

In this paper, the speed control of brushless DC motor based on fuzzy Genetic Algorithm is discussed. The paper uses Genetic Algorithm to optimize the control rules, membership function and scaling factors of fuzzy control system. At last, the simulation of optimized fuzzy control system is carried out. The result of simulation indicated that the optimized control system could give a good control performance.

Radio frequency identification （RFID） system is a contactless automatic identification system, which uses small and low cost RFID tags. The primary problem of current security and privacy preserving schemes is that, in order to identify only one single tag, these schemes require a linear computational complexity on the server side. We propose an efficient mutual authentication protocol for passive RFID tags that provides confidentiality, untraceability, mutual authentication, and efficiency. The proposed protocol shifts the heavy burden of asymmetric encryption and decryption operations on the more powerful server side and only leaves lightweight hash operation on tag side. It is also efficient in terms of time complexity, space complexity, and communication cost, which are very important for practical large-scale RFID applications.
