Resulting from harsh hypoxic environmental conditions,central cells in the core of solid tumors are usually more aggressive and malignant with a less stable ***,therapeutic agents with improved penetration for the activation of immunity in tumor centers exhibit promising potential in ***,polydopamine-coated Escherichia coli Nissle 1917(EcN)bearing chlorin e6(Ce6)-loaded and polyethyleneimine(PEI)-coated hollow manganese dioxide(shorted as EP-ChP)are applied for enhanced immunotherapy in deep *** accumulation in tumor center through hypoxia targeting,manganese dioxide is degradated under the tumor microenvironment with released Ce6 and thus generates reactive oxygen species(ROS)upon 660 nm laser irradiation,which can further lower thermalresistance of cancer cells via HSP90α*** to that,heating induced by polydopamine upon 808 nm laser irradiation can achieve effective tumor *** upon dual laser induces enhanced immunogenic cell death,while bacterial infections in tumor tissues also trigger innate *** bacteria-based approach provides enhanced antitumor immune responses in deep tumors with great potential in the reshaping of immunosuppression tumor microenvironment.

Improving friction stir weldability of Al/Mg alloys via ultrasonically diminishing pin adhesion

Formation of intermetallic compounds （IMCs） during friction stir welding （FSW） of alu- minum/magnesium （AI/Mg） alloys easily results in the pin adhesion and then deteriorates joint formation. The severe pin adhesion transformed the tapered-and-screwed pin into a tapered pin at a low welding speed of 30 mm/min. The pin adhesion problem was solved with the help of ultrasonic. The weldability of Al/Mg alloys was significantly improved due to the good material flow induced by mechanical vibration and the fragments of the IMCs on the surface of a rotating pin caused by acoustic streaming, respectively. A sound joint with ultrasonic contained long Al/Mg interface joining length and complex mixture of AI/Mg alloys in the stir zone, thereby achieving perfect metallurgical bonding and mechanical interlocking. The ultrasonic could broaden process window and then improve tensile properties. The tensile strength of the Al/Mg joint with ultrasonic reached 115 MPa.

Artificial-neural-network-based storage method for three-dimensional temperature field data during friction stir welding

In this paper,a new storage method for the three-dimensional temperature field data based on artificial neural network(ANN)was proposed.A multilayer perceptron that takes the coordinate(x,y,z)as inputs and temperature T as output,is used to fit the three-dimension-al welding temperature *** of number of ANN layers and number of neurons on the fitting errors is *** is found that the errors decrease with the number of hidden layers and neural numbers per layers *** the number of hidden layers increases from 1 to 6,the maximum temperature error decreases from 74.74℃to less than 2℃.The three-dimensional temperature field data is obtained by finite element simulation,and the experimental verification is completed by comparing the simulation peak temperatures with the measured *** an example,an ANN with 4 hidden layers and 12 neurons in each layer were applied to test the performance of the proposed method in storage of the three-dimensional temperature field data during friction stir *** is found that the average error between the temperature data stored in ANN and the original simulation data that stored point-by-point is 0.517℃,and the error on the maximum temper-ature is 0.193℃,while the occupied disk space is only 0.27%of that is required in the conventional point-by-point storage.

Cloning,expression in Escherichia coli,and enzymatic properties of laccase from Aeromonas hydrophila WL-11

A strain WL-11 with high laccase activity was isolated from activated sludge collected from the effluent treatment plant of a textile and dyeing industry. It was identified as Aeromonas hydrophila by physiological test and 16S rDNA sequence analysis. A gene encoding of laccase from a newly isolated Aeromonas hydrophila WL-11 was cloned and characterized. Nucleotide sequence analysis showed an open reading frame of 1605 bp encoding a polypeptide comprised of 534 amino acids. The primary structure of the enzyme predicted the structural features characteristic of other laccases, including the conserved regions of four histidine-rich copper-binding sites. The predicted amino acid sequence showed a high homology （more than 60%） with bacterial laccases in the genome and protein databases and the highest degree of similarity （61% identity） was observed with the multicopper oxidase of KlebsieUa sp. 601. When expressed in Escherichia coli, the recombinant enzyme was overproduced in the cytoplasm as soluble and active form. The purified enzyme had an optimum pH of 2.6 and 8.0 for ABTS （2,2＇-azino-bis（3-ethylbenzthiazolinesulfonic acid） and DMP （2,6-dimethoxyphenol）, respectively. The kinetic study on ABTS revealed a higher affinity of this enzyme to this substrate than DMP.

Ultraperformance liquid chromatography/quadrupole-time-of-flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-TOF/MS) and the MetabolynxTM software, combined with mass defect filtering, were applied to identity the metabolites of quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(4→1)-α-L-rhamnoside(QGR) in rats after intravenous administration. MSE was used for simultaneous acquisition of precursor ion information and fragment ion data at high and low collision energy in one analytical run, which facilitated the rapid structural characterization of eight metabolites in rat plasma, urine and bile. The results indicated that methylation and glucuronidation were the major metabolic pathways of QGR in vivo. The present study provided important information about the metabolism of QGR which will be useful for fully understanding the mechanism of action of this compound. Furthermore, this work demonstrated the potential of the UPLC-Q-TOF/MS approach using Metabolynx for rapid and automated research of the metabolites of natural products.

Phytochemical study of Illicium angustisepalum and its biological activities

Sixteen compounds, including two new natural products(1 and 2), were obtained from the twigs of Illicium angustisepalum. The structures were elucidated based on NMR, MS, IR data and optical rotation values. Compounds 4,5,6 and 8 displayed moderate antibacterial activities against clinical isolates; compounds 4,5,8,9 and 15 protected neural cells against oxidative stress; and compounds 10 and 14 exhibited anti-acetylcholinesterase activity.

To improve the operation efficiency of the photovoltaic power station complementary power generation system,an optimal allocation model of the photovoltaic power station complementary power generation capacity based on PSO-BP is *** Swarm Optimization and BP neural network are used to establish the forecasting model,the Markov chain model is used to correct the forecasting error of the model,and the weighted fitting method is used to forecast the annual load curve,to complete the optimal allocation of complementary generating capacity of photovoltaic power *** experimental results show that thismethod reduces the average loss of photovoltaic output prediction,improves the prediction accuracy and recall rate of photovoltaic output prediction,and ensures the effective operation of the power system.

AgIO3 Composited with m-BiVO4 as Enhanced Visible-light Heterojunction Photocatalysts for the Elimination of Aqueous Organic Pollutants

The heterojunction strategy was used to overcome the drawbacks of AgIO3 for its wide band gap and of BiVO4 for its low charge-separation efficiency. The photocatalytic per-formances of the as-prepared AgIO3/BiVO4 were assessed by the photodegradation of rhodamine B（Rh B） and tetracycline hydrochloride antibiotics（TC） under visible-light irradiation. All the as-prepared samples showed remarkable enhanced photocatalytic efficiency than pure AgIO3 and BiVO4. Especially, 40% AgIO3/BiVO4 exhibited optimum photocatalytic activities among all the prepared samples. The improvements may be ascribed to the synergetic effect between AgIO3 and BiVO4 including matching potentials and effective charge separation. Radical trap experiments determined that h＋ radical plays a significant role in the photodegradation of RhB while e-is not the dominating reactive species.
