Fetal distress is one of the main factors to cesarean section in obstetrics and gynecology. If the fetus lack of oxygen in uterus, threat to the fetal health and fetal death could happen. Cardiotocography (CTG) is the most widely used technique to monitor the fetal health and fetal heart rate (FHR) is an important index to identify occurs of fetal distress. This study is to propose discriminant analysis (DA), decision tree (DT), and artificial neural network (ANN) to evaluate fetal distress. The results show that the accuracies of DA, DT and ANN are 82.1%, 86.36% and 97.78%, respectively.

Global competition is an unpreventable fact and customer demands are diversified in today's business *** result is progressively increased costs and sharply decreased *** consequence,supplier selection has become one of the critical tasks to ensure the profitability and survival of a *** supplier selection problem is multi-criteria in nature,and a multicriteria decision making method is necessary to solve such as *** this paper,a supplier performance evaluation model based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) and data envelopment analysis (DEA) is *** is applied first to evaluate quantitative factors,and the results are transformed into pairwise comparison values for FAHP *** the consultation with the experts,qualitative factors are evaluated through FAHP analysis,so are the relative importance of factors.A final ranking of suppliers can be obtained by combining the quantitative and qualitative *** priorities of the factors and the ranking of the suppliers can be a recommendation or reference for decision makers in making a supplier evaluation and selection decision.

Process Capability Analysis (PCA) is a powerful too l to assess the ability of a process for manufacturing product that meets specific ations. The larger process capability index implies the higher process yield, a nd the larger process capability index also indicates the lower process expected loss. Chen et al. (2001) has applied indices C pu, C pl, and C pk for evaluating the process capability for a multi-process product wi th smaller-the-better, larger-the-better, and nominal-the-best specificati ons respectively. However, C pk cannot reasonably reflect the process expected loss. In this paper, index C pn is selected to replace C pk. Indices C pu, C pl, and C pn are used to evalu ate the entire process capability for a multi-process product with smaller-the -better, larger-the-better, and nominal-the-best specifications respectivel y. An integrated process capability index for a multi-process product is propo sed. The relationship between process capability index and the process yield is introduced. A multi-process capability analysis chart (MPCAC), reasonably rev ealing the status of process capability for the entire product, is constructed f or practical application. An evaluating procedure of the process capability for the entire product is also provided.

BACKGROUND： Previous studies have analyzed cerebral activation and lateralization of cognitive functions, as well as cerebellar function with reference to high-level cognitive processing. However, there has been very little research on systematization and diversification. In particular, there are no reports on cerebellar lateralization, although reliable results have been reported on cerebral lateralization. OBJECTIVE： This study analyzed cerebellar activation and lateralization in relation to verbal and visuospatial tasks using functional magnetic resonance imaging （fMRI）. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING： A block design for fMRI observation was performed at the fMRI Laboratory, Brain Science Research Center, Korea Advanced Institute of Science and technology from May 2006 to September 2008. PARTICIPANTS： Sixteen healthy, male, college students, aged （23.3 ± 0.5） years, and 16 healthy, male, college students, aged （21.5 ± 2.3） years, participated in the study, respectively. METHODS： Verbal and visuospatial tasks were presented while functional brain images were acquired using a 3T fMRI system. Verbal analogy testing required the subject to select the word with the same relationship as one of the given words. Verbal antonym testing required the subject to select the word with a different meaning among four words. Visuospatial tasks involved selecting a shape that corresponded to a given figure with four examples, as well as selecting a development figure of a diagram. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES： Changes in cerebellar activation and lateralization between two cognition tasks. RESULTS： Bilateral hemisphere Iobules VI and IX, right hemisphere Iobule VIII, bilateral hemisphere Iobules Crus I, and vermis Iobule IV, V, and Vl were closely related to verbal tasks in comparison to visuospatial tasks. Conversely, bilateral hemisphere Iobules IV and V, as well as the right hemisphere Iobule VI, were closely related to visuospatial tasks compared to verbal tasks. There was no great differe

This study utilizes fuzzy analytic hierarchy process （FAHP） to analyze decision-making pattems with regard to third-generation wireless communications （3GWC） service adoption, and to provide customized strategic recommendations to suppliers of 3GWC services regarding marketing and resource allocation in the context of the chinese 3GWC market. First of all, a three-layer hierarchy of 3GWC adoption factors is developed by referring to the relevant literature and industry reports. A questionnaire of pairwise comparisons in the fuzzy AHP format is then designed and distributed to experts familiar with the handset market in Shanghai, china. These surveys are then analyzed using fuzzy AHP to establish an understanding of the weights and impacts of the various factors. The results show that the four most important factors for the adoption of 3GWC systems are：（i） handset price and voice and data-transmission fees; （ii） handset aesthetics; （iii） personalization; and （iv） network coverage. These findings suggest that providers of such services should customize and diversify the content/applications they offer and ensure the speed and reliability of network access. In addition, handset designs should be in accordance with consumer demands. If these steps can be achieved, then consumers will adopt 3GWC services more rapidly.

With the growing interdependence between the electricity system and the natural gas system,the operation uncertainties in either subsystem,such as wind fluctuations or component failures,could have a magnified impact on the reliability of the whole system due to energy interactions.A joint reserve scheduling model considering the cross-sectorial impacts of operation uncertainties is essential but still insufficient to guarantee the reliable operation of the integrated electricity and natural gas system(IEGS).Therefore,this paper proposes a day-ahead security-constrained unit commitment(SCUC)model for the IEGS to schedule the operation and reserve simultaneously considering reliability ***,the multi-state models for generating units and gas wells are *** on the multi-state models,the expected unserved energy cost(EUEC)and the expected wind curtailment cost(EWC)criteria are proposed based on probabilistic methods considering wind fluctuation and random failures of components in ***,the EUEC and EWC criteria are incorporated into the day-ahead SCUC model,which is nonconvex and mathematically reformulated into a solvable mixed-integer second-order cone programming(MISOCP)*** proposed model is validated using an IEEE 30-bus system and Belgium 20-node natural gas *** results demonstrate that the proposed model can effectively schedule the energy reserve to guarantee the reliable operation of the IEGS considering the multiple uncertainties in different subsystems and the cross-sectorial failure propagation.

Bacterial cellulose doped with P and Cu was used as a catalyst for a microbial fuel cell(MFC) cathode,which was then used to treat ethanol fermentation stillage from food *** output power,coulombic efficiency(CE),and biological toxicity were *** a series of characterization experiments,the addition of the cathode catalyst was found to improve catalytic activity and accelerate the consumption of the *** resulting maximum output power was 572.16 mW·m^(-2).CE and the removal rate of chemical oxygen demand(COD) in the fermentation stillage by P-Cu-BC reached 26% and 64.5%,*** rate of biotoxicity removal by MFC treatment reached 84.7%.The aim of this study was apply a novel catalyst for MFC and optimize the treatment efficiency of fermentation stillage.

As one of the most promising communication technologies for vehicular networks, LTE-V has the advantages of wide coverage and a high transmission rate. 3 GPP released the technical specification of LTE-V in March 2017, launching a spate of related research and industrialization. In this paper, we propose a communication model based on Markov process to evaluate the reliability of LTE-V. We derived the Packet Delivery Rate(PDR) of LTE-V based on the model. Moreover, we use Poisson process to model the distribution of vehicles on a highway,then combine the communication model with the vehicles’ distribution to derive the PDR under this scenario. To verify the correctness of the proposed model, we established a simulation program on the MATLAB platform. By comparing the simulation results and the mathematical results, we found that simulation results are a very good fit for the model.

Grid security infrastructure （GSI） provides the security in grids by using proxy certificates to delegate the work of authentication. At present, revocation proxy certificate has two kinds of methods, one is using certificate revocation list （CRL） and the other is giving the certificate a short period of validity. However, when a lot of certifications are revoked, CRL will be the burden in the system. If the certificate has a short period of validity, entities should be often updating the certificate. In this paper, we propose a scheme for proxy certificate revocation using hash tree. Our scheme only needs hash value comparisons to achieve the purpose of certificate revocation. Previous two methods have to wait the expiration of the certificate. Therefore, our scheme is more flexible than previous methods.
