Poly（trimethyleneterephthalate）（PTT）/styrene-ethylene-buthylene-styrene（SEBS）composites were prepared by melt *** opticalmicroscopy was used to observe the spherulitic morphology and the crystalstructure of PTT and PTT/SEBS *** electron microscopy was used to determine the dispersion and the compatibility of fracture surfaces of PTT and *** curves of thermalgravimetric analysis illustrated that the thermo stability decreased with increasing SEBS *** calorimetry was used to investigate the crystallization behavior;and the result showed that the glass transition temperature of the compound increased with the SEBS *** Avramiequation described the isothermalcrystallization ***-strain curves for PTT and PTT/SEBS composites showed that the elongation at break was enhanced with increasing SEBS content.

In order to improve the thermal properties of polylactic acid（PLA） filament,nano-SiO_2 was applied to mix with PLA,then they were spun as composite filament by *** dispersion of nano SiO_2 and the fracture surfaces of filaments were studied by scanning electron microscopy（SEM）.The properties of composite filament,such as orientation degree,mechanical properties,and surface friction properties,were *** thermal performances of composite filament were analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry（DSC） and thermo gravimetric analysis（TGA）.The results showed that the nano-SiO_2 modified by 5% KH-550 could disperse evenly and loosely in nano-scale,and 1 wt% and 3 wt% nano-SiO_2 dispersed throughout PLA *** the quantity of nano-SiO_2 increased,the properties of composite filament,such as orientation degree,friction coefficient,thermal decomposition temperature,and glass transition temperature,increased more or *** breaking tenacity increased when 1 wt% SiO_2 was added in PLA,but declined when 3 wt% SiO_2 was added.

The utilization of decision support systems which are flexible enough to handle information about cooperative behavior and stakeholder attitudes are useful for analyzing complex social conflicts. One such conflict which arose from the redevelopment of a private brownfield property in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada is examined using such a decision support tool. Specifically, a formal model referred to as COAT which allows for the examination of conflicts with both coalition and attitude properties is rigorously defined and then implemented within the framework of the Graph Model for Conflict Resolution in order that insights may be gained on how the decision makers can reach win-win resolutions.

Today is the golden age of fashion. fashion garments and apparels have been used everywhere to cope with the fashion era. These fashion garments and apparels are made of the fabrics of various structures and components through various processes. Among them gabardine is one of the most remarkable type of fabric and apparel dyeing is the latest process used for fashion apparel. From this research, the seam strength variations between dyed and un-dyed gabardine apparels after conceding the garment dyeing process can be known. It is a comparative research work which will deliver very effective knowledge about various types of seam, seam strength and seam performance. For comparative study, many dummy apparels body have been produced as samples which are dyed in Hams washing and dyeing limited. After that all samples have tested in Thermax woven dyeing laboratory. Since Bangladesh is a very potential fashion market and the fashion garments are being manufactured more and more. Hence the fashion trend is rapidly going to garments dyeing from conventional fabric/yarn dyeing processes. Gradually garments dyeing order are increasing higher to higher.

Prediction of Vibration Characteristics in Beam Structure Using Sub-Scale Modeling with Experimental Validation

Geometric or sub-scale modeling techniques are used for the evaluation of large and complex dynamic structures to ensure accurate reproduction of load path and thus leading to true dynamic characteristics of such structures. The sub-scale modeling technique is very effective in the prediction of vibration characteristics of original large structure when the experimental testing is not feasible due to the absence of a large testing facility. Previous researches were more focused on free and harmonic vibration case with little or no consideration for readily encountered random vibration. A sub-scale modeling technique is proposed for estimating the vibration characteristics of any large scale structure such as Launch vehicles, Mega structures, etc., under various vibration load cases by utilizing precise scaled-down model of that dynamic structure. In order to establish an analytical correlation between the original structure and its scaled models, different scale models of isotropic cantilever beam are selected and analyzed under various vibration conditions（ i.e. free, harmonic and random） using finite element package ANSYS. The developed correlations are also validated through experimental testing The prediction made from the vibratory response of the scaled-down beam through the established sets of correlation are found similar to the response measured from the testing of original beam structure. The established correlations are equally applicable in the prediction of dynamic characteristics of any complex structure through its scaled-down models. This paper presents modified sub-scale modeling technique that enables accurate prediction of vibration characteristics of large and complex structure under not only sinusoidal but also for random vibrations.

The Ready-Made Garments (RMG) industry is a major contributor to the economy of Bangladesh, accounting for over 80% of the country’s total exports. In recent years, the industry has faced challenges due to changing global fashion trends and increasing competition from other manufacturing countries. One of the latest trends in the fashion industry is micro seasonal fashion, which has significant impacts on the RMG industry of Bangladesh. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of micro seasonal fashion on the RMG industry of Bangladesh. It will examine the changes in buyer and consumer behavior and demand patterns, the implications for manufacturers and suppliers, and the strategies adopted by industry players to adapt to this trend. The emergence of micro seasonal fashion has disorderly the traditional seasonal cycle of the fashion industry. Consumers are no longer satisfied with the two-season model of spring/summer and fall/winter, but instead demand new styles and trends every few weeks. This trend has created opportunities for the RMG industry of Bangladesh to cater to the fast-changing demands of consumers. Micro Seasonal fashion also poses significant challenges for the industry. Manufacturers and suppliers must be able to produce and deliver garments quickly and efficiently, while ensuring high quality and sustainability standards. This requires investments in technology, supply chain management, and training of workers. To address these challenges, industry players in Bangladesh have adopted several strategies, such as diversifying product offerings, investing in technology and innovation, and enhancing sustainability practices. These strategies have helped the industry to remain competitive and meet the demands of fast-changing consumer preferences.
