Samples of mylonite, ultramylonite and phyllonite were collected from 5 localities in the Anhui part of the Tan-Lu fault zone for 40Ar/39Ar chronological studies. Among them 4 samples from 3 localities on the eastern margin of the Dabie orogenic belt yielded 40Ar/39Ar plateau ages of 128 -132 Ma; and 2 samples from the western margin of the Zhangbalin uplift and eastern margin of the Bengbu uplift gave the same 40Ar/39Ar plateau ages of 120 Ma. Isochron analyses and other lines of evidence suggest that the data are reliable. The data are interpreted as cooling ages of sinistral strike-slip deformation of the Tan-Lu fault zone. The younger ages from the north might be related to slower strike-slip rising. These results indicate that the large-scale left-lateral displacement in the Tan-Lu fault zone took place in the Early Cretaceous, rather than in Late Triassic (Indosinian) as proposed by some geologists. Therefore, this fault zone is an intracontinental wrench fault rather than a transform fault or suture line developed during formation of the Dabie orogenic belt.

Copper phthalocyanine was selected as the photosensitizer to sensitize TiO2 in this experiment with furfural as the target pollutant. The composite catalysts（TiO2/CuPC） obtained showed a great activity under a xenon lamp. By experiments, the optimal preparation conditions of the composite catalysts were set as follows ： the CuPC loading mass fraction was 1.5%, the mass fraction of acetylacetone was 0. 3% , and the stirring time was 10 h. UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectra, XRD, and BET were used to characterize the properties of the composite catalysts, which showed that after loading CuPC on TiO2, the composite catalyst retained the same crystal structure as pure TiO2 and the wavelength range of its absorption spectrum was broadened to 600-700 nm while its surface area was smaller than that of the pure TiO2. Under the optimal conditions, 20 mg/L furfural solution was degraded by nearly 90% and TOC by about 70%. When the catalyst was reused 6 times, the activity of the catalyst was still retained by about 75%.

Contribution of China's carbon budget on global radiative forcing

China is the world's largest carbon dioxide（CO2） emitter and a major trading country. Both anthropogenic and natural factors play a critical role in its carbon budget. However,previous studies mostly focus on evaluating anthropogenic emissions or the natural carbon cycle separately, and few included trade-related（import and export） CO2emissions and its contribution on global warming. Using the CarbonTracker CT2019 assimilation dataset and China trade emissions from the Global Carbon Project, we found that the change trend of global CO2flux had obvious spatial heterogeneity, which is mainly affected by anthropogenic CO2flux. From 2000 to 2018, carbon emissions from fossil fuels in the world and in China all showed an obvious increasing trend, but the magnitude of the increase tended to slow *** 2018, the radiative forcing（RF） caused by China's import and export trade was-0.0038 W m-2, and the RF caused by natural carbon budget was-0.0027 W m-2, offsetting 1.54% and 1.13% of the RF caused by fossil fuels that year, respectively. From 2000 to 2018, the contribution of China's carbon emission from fossil fuels to global RF was 11.32%. Considering China's import and export trade, the contribution of anthropogenic CO2emission to global RF decreased to 9.50%. Furthermore, taking into account the offset of carbon sink from China's terrestrial ecosystems, the net contribution of China to global RF decreased to 7.63%. This study demonstrates that China's terrestrial ecosystem and import and export trade are all mitigating China's impact on global anthropogenic warming, and also confirms that during the research process on climate change, comprehensively considering the carbon budget from anthropogenic and natural carbon budgets is necessary to systematically understand the impacts of regional or national carbon budgets on global warming.

Temporal geographic information system(t_GIS) is a kind of computer information system that can display,process and analyze the micro_format distribution of temporal_spatial information of real *** includes both spatial geographic information and temporal information,and can analyze both the static geographic information and the dynamic geographic information. Three models based on t_GIS for environment dynamics,namely,the mechanism method,the experience method and the mixed method are given. t_GIS based on the environment dynamic model has more new functions than traditional GIS,such as fast I/O,inquiry,static/dynamic display and visible analysis of spatial and temporal sequence information,especially it can display the image of the evolution in the past,current and future environment through the extrapolation method within its defining *** velocity for analogue display can be accelerated by setting up time_varying_area_function for position and attribute. Dynamic environmental information analysis systems based on t_GIS are applicable to almost all the fields related to management,display and analysis of local environmental dynamic *** this reason,some considerations to construct distinct information systems have been enumerated in this paper,such as,the analysis information system for terrain evolution,the analysis information system for the condition of water and fertilizer of farmland,analysis and the evaluation information system for ecological environment,and the analysis information system for distribution changes of population of China,etc.

The DNA damaging effects of the carbamate pesticide carbofuran and its four metabolites (carbofuranphenol, 3-ketocarbofuran, 3-hydrocarbofuran and nitrosocarbofuran) on mice were evaluated by single cell gel electrophoresis (SCGE) assay and micronucleus test. KM mice were exposed to test compounds with different doses of 0.1, 0.2 and 0.4mg/kg through intraperitoneal injection two times with an internal of 24 h, and then killed by cervical dislocation 6 h after the second injection. In SCGE assay, isolated mice peripheral blood lymphocytes were employed to determine DNA damaging degree after a 1 h treatment by test compounds and a following electrophoresis. Carbofuran and carbofuranphenol showed negative results in both test and had no obvious toxicity. 3-hydrocarbofuran and nitrosocarbofuran were positive.3-ketocarbofuran could not induce micronucleus formation but caused significant DNA migration in SCGE test. These tests revealed that 3-ketocarbofuran, 3-hydrocarbofuran and nitrosocarbofuran are potential mutagesis and further research is needed.

BACKGROUND Several studies have suggested a close link between depression,overweight,and new-onset diabetes,particularly among middle-aged and older populations;however,the causal associations remain poorly *** To investigate the role of overweight in mediating the association between depression and new-onset diabetes in middle-aged and older *** Data of 9426 individuals aged≥50 years from the 1998-2016 Health and Retirement Study database were *** logistic regression was employed to obtain odds ratios(ORs)and 95%confidence intervals(95%CIs)for depression and new-onset diabetes in the middle-aged and older *** analysis and the Sobel test were used to test the mediating effects of overweight between depression and the risk of new-onset *** New-onset diabetes was identified in 23.6%of the study *** was significantly associated with new-onset diabetes(OR:1.18,95%CI:1.03-1.35,P value:0.014).Further adjustment for overweight attenuated the effect of depression on new-onset diabetes to 1.14(95%CI:1.00-1.30,P=0.053),with a significant mediating effect(P of Sobel test=0.003).The mediation analysis demonstrated that overweight accounted for 61%in depression for the risk of new-onset diabetes,with overweight having a partially mediating role in the depression-to-diabetes *** New-onset diabetes was not necessarily a direct complication of depression;rather,depression led to behaviors that increase the risk of overweight and,consequently,new-onset diabetes.

The photo-aging behavior of microplastics(MPs)in natural environment has become a global *** ultraviolet radiation has enough energy to change the polymer structure and physicalchemical properties of *** attention has focused on the interactions of the photo-aged polar and biodegradable MPs with organic *** work investigated the structural properties of aged polar polyamide(PA)MPs and biodegradable polylactic acid(PLA)MPs exposed to ultraviolet irradiation and their adsorption behavior and mechanism for neonicotinoid insecticide imidacloprid(IMI).The results showed that the MPs had extensive changes in surface morphology and chemical properties after *** C–N bond of PA MPs was disrupted to form more carbonyl *** oxygen-containing functional groups on the surface of aged PLA MPs were broken and generated relatively smaller *** adsorption capacity of IMI on PA MPs decreased by 19.2%,while the adsorption capacity of IMI on PLA MPs increased by 41.2%after *** depended on the natural structure of the MPs and their ability to absorb ultraviolet *** electrostatic interactions,hydrogen bonds,van der Waals interactions,and polar-polar interactions were the main adsorption mechanisms of IMI on *** initial solution pH and low ionic strength favored the adsorption of IMI by altering charge distribution on the MPs *** formation of the humic acid-IMI complexes decreased the concentration of IMI in the water phase and further decreased the adsorption on *** results are enlightening for a scientific comprehension of the environmental behavior of the polar MPs.

Magnetically modified palygorskite composites were synthesized with γ-Fe2O3 dispersing on the external surface of clay mineral. The magnetic clay was characterized with Fourier transform infrared, X-ray diffrac- tion, transmission electron microscopy, and vibrating sample magnetometer. Candida sp. 99-125 lipase was immobilized on magnetic palygorskite composites by physical adsorption with enzyme loading of 41.5 mg· g^-1 support and enzyme activity of 2631.6 U· （g support）^-1. The immobilized lipase exhibit better thermal and broader pH stability and excellent reusabilitV compared with free lipase.
