A novel prediction network composed of some chaotic operators is proposed to predict the wind speed *** samples are constructed by the theory of phase space *** algorithm is adopted to optimize the control parameters of chaotic operators to change the dynamic characteristic of the network to approach to the predicted *** this way,the dynamic prediction of wind speed series can be *** wind acceleration series can also be predicted by the same *** the prediction results of both series can be fused by Kalman Filter to get the optimal estimation prediction result of the wind speed series,which is superior to the result obtained by each single *** results show that the prediction network has less computation cost than BP neural network,and it has better prediction performance than BP neural network and autoregressive integrated moving average *** Filter can improve the prediction performance further.

The dynamic model for a bidirectional driven float-type wave power generation system design is presented in this *** gravity,buoyancy and drag force acting on the wave energy converter(WEC)are all *** analytical expression of the torque applied on the rotor is given based on a linear model of the switched reluctance generator(SRG).The SRG usually rotates with low velocity in the WEC *** this situation,current chopping control(CCC)is adopted with fixed turn-on angle and turn-off angle control mode to have a quick response for ***,in order to make the float keep in phase with the wave so as to improve the power generation efficiency,the reference current is dynamically adjusted according to the wave motion at all working *** maximum power point tracking(MPPT)of system is achieved.A simulation model is developed in MATLAB for the bidirectional driven float-type wave power generation system with real wave statistical characteristics taken into *** results show that the WEC can output desired torque periodically with high efficiency and good ***,the feasibility of applying a SRG in a WEC is also verified.

Pneumatic actuators and electric actuators have almost been applied to all manufacturing industries. The two kinds of actuators can replace each other in most fields, such as the point to point transmission occasion and some rotating occasions. However, there are very few research results about the advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of actuators under the same working conditions so far. In this paper, a novel comprehensive assessment method, named as overall life cycle comprehensive assessment （OLCCA）, is proposed for comparison and assessment of pneumatic and electric actuators. OLCCA contains mechanical properties evaluation （MPE）, life cycle cost analysis based on users （LCCABOU） and life cycle environmental impact analysis （LCEIA） algorithm in order to solve three difficult problems： mechanical properties assessment, cost analysis and environmental impact assessment about actuators. The mechanical properties evaluation of actuators is a multi-objective optimization problem. The fuzzy data quantification and information entropy methods are combined to establish MPE algorithm of actuators. Two kinds of pneumatic actuators and electric actuators with similar bearing capacity and similar work stroke were taken for example to verify the correctness of MPE algorithm. The case study of MPE algorithm for actuators verified its correctness. LCCABOU for actuators is also set up. Considering cost complex structure of pneumatic actuators, public device cost even method （PDCEM） is firstly presented to solve cost division of public devices such as compressors, aftercooler, receivers, etc. LCCABOU method is also effective and verified by the three groups of pneumatic actuators and electric actuators. Finally, LCEIA model of actuators is established for the environmental impact assessment of actuators. LCEIA data collection method and model establishment procedure for actuators are also put forward. With Simapro 7, LCEIA comparison results of six actuators can be obtaine

As all generators are distributed in different areas among large scale power systems,the cooperative manipulation of the multi-generator system cannot operate well without consideration of the distance information of the generators.A distributed step-by-step finite-time consensus scheme for the heterogeneous battery energy storage system(BESS)is proposed in this paper,where the coordinated consensus can come into reality within a limited time,which is appealing for the electrical engineering *** be concrete,at first,all BESSs are classified into several clusters according to their locations,and in each cluster,there is an active leader in charge of information receiving from ***,in order to coordinate the multi BESSs,five inputs,which are function oriented,were used to achieve energy level balancing,active/reactive power sharing,and the consensus of voltage and frequency of the multi ***,the frequency and voltage restoration to the nominal values of the main grid were made possible by the introduction of a virtual leader,which is actually an external *** with the centralized methods,this control scheme is entirely distributed,and each BESS only utilizes the information of its own and its *** addition,this control is robust to the load perturbation and the plug-and-play of the communication ***,some simulation experiments are executed on the modified IEEE 57-bus system to verify the suggested scheme.

In this paper, a coherent asynchronous optical code division multiple access(OCDMA) system is proposed, whose encoder/decoder is an all-optical generator. This all-optical generator can generate analog and bipolar chaotic sequences satisfying the logistic maps. The formula of bit error rate(BER) is derived, and the relationship of BER and the number of simultaneous transmissions is analyzed. Due to the good property of correlation, this coherent OCDMA system based on these bipolar chaotic sequences can support a large number of simultaneous users, which shows that these chaotic sequences are suitable for asynchronous OCDMA system.

Due to the excellent dynamic performance,the Finite Control Set Model Predictive Control has been widely used in various types of ***,when Finite Control Set Model Predictive Control is adopted,the switching frequency of converters varies significantly with system operating ***,constant-frequency predictive control strategy has been *** active voltage vectors and a zero voltage vector are selected within each sampling *** action time sequence is then *** to the unsymmetrical distribution of current variation rates around zero,the calculated value of the voltage-vector action time will turn up *** to common sense,the voltage-vector action time is greater than or equal to *** action time is normally forced to zero whenever a negative value is predicted,resulting in the control failure and performance *** solve this problem,this paper proposes modified *** modified strategy examines the action time calculated *** negative action time comes out,the modified strategy reselects the active voltage vector accordingly,instead of forcing the action time to be *** action time sequence is further determined by minimizing the cost *** effectiveness of the modified strategy is clearly verified by experimental tests,and analytical remarks are all founded in practical results.

The nozzle ablation process is described as two phases of heat and ablation in the interruption for an SF6 circuit breaker in this paper. Their mathematical models are established with the Fourier heat conduction differential equation respectively. The masses of nozzle ablation with different arc durations and arc currents are calculated through the model of the nozzle abla- tion combined with an MHD （magneto-hydrodynamic） arc model. The time of the temperature rise on the inner surface of the nozzle under a given energy flux and of reaching the pyrolysis temperature under different energy fluxes is respectively analyzed. The relations between the mass of nozzle ablation and breaking current and arc duration are obtained. The result shows that the absorbing energy process before the nozzle ablation can be neglected under the condition of the energy flux entering into nozzle q 〉 10^9 W/m^2. The ablation is the severest during the high-current phase and the ablation mass increases rapidly with the breaking current and with arc duration respectively.
