IN VITRO ANTI-HEPATOMA EFFECTS OF MONOCYTES AND KUPFFER CELLS ISOLATED FROM HEPATOMA PATIENTS AFTER TREATMENT WITH BIOLOGICAL IMMUNE STIMULANTS

The cytosta-tic and cytotoxic effects of MC and KC on human hepatoma SMMC-7721 (TC) were assayed in vitro and the numbers of T total (Tt) T helper (Th) and T suppressor (Ts) cells were counted using CD monoclonal antibody immunofluorescence. The results were as follows: (1) On the 7th day after the first administration of BIS the cytostatic and cytotoxic effects of MC on TC showed obvious increase over pre-administration. The activity of BIS was 1 ?5 times as high as that in the controls. (2) After 3 administrations the cytostatic effect of MC on TC increased to the normal level (84%) while the controls remained as before (45%). (3) On the 7th day after first administration cytostatic and cytotoxic effects of KC on TC were 0.5 and 1 times higher respectively than those of the controls. (4) The numbers of Tt and Th of patients given BIS increased continuously on the contrary Ts decreased in number. These results indicate that combined use of BCG MBV and IFN can actively enhance the immune anti-hepatoma function of patients suffering from HCC.

全直肠系膜切除已成为直肠癌手术中应用最广泛的全球化规范治疗手段,但结肠癌手术目前尚缺乏规范化手术方式。完整结肠系膜切除作为结肠癌规范化手术的新理念由德国Hohenberger首次提出,该术式以胚胎解剖学为基础,更符合肿瘤学特点,后续研究发现该术式可改善预后,降低局部复发率,并不增加术后并发症发生率。完整结肠系膜切除的手术要点主要包括:锐性分离脏层、壁层筋膜;中央血管根部结扎;确保合理淋巴结清扫范围。结肠系膜完整切除术的提出是结肠癌外科治疗观念的更新,在经多中心前瞻性研究证实后,有可能成为大肠癌手术又一新的手术典范。

Coronary artery anomalies overview: The normal and the abnormal

The aim of this review is to give a comprehensive and concise overview of coronary embryology and normal coronary anatomy, describe common variants of normal and summarize typical patterns of anomalous coronary artery anatomy. Extensive iconography supports the text, with particular attention to images obtained in vivo using non-invasive imaging. We have divided this article into three groups, according to their frequency in the general population: Normal, normal variant and anomaly. Although congenital coronary artery anomalies are relatively uncommon, they are the second most common cause of sudden cardiac death among young athletes and therefore warrant detailed review. Based on the functional relevance of each abnormality, coronary artery anomalies can be classified as anomalies with obligatory ischemia, without ischemia or with exceptional ischemia. The clinical symptoms may include chest pain, dyspnea, palpitations, syncope, cardiomyopathy, arrhythmia, myocardial infarction and sudden cardiac death. Moreover, it is important to also identify variants and anomalies without clinical relevance in their own right as complications during surgery or angioplasty can occur.

The cleft lip nasal deformity accounts for 84% of nasal deformities, which is one of the most common diseases in plastic surgery. The Unilateral cleft lip nasal deformity ,which has a high incidence,had many treatments but not very effective.In this article, we will focus on the repair of unilateral cleft lip nasal deformity, embryology and etiology, anatomy and pathology, classification, preoperative evaluation and repair timing strategies, surgical goals and surgical techniques, postoperative care and effect evaluation . I hope to bring some useful information for clinicians to further guide clinical work.

＜正＞The discovery of fossilised embryos in rocks laid down contemporaneously with the Cambrian explosion has begun to provide unforeseen insights into the role of embryology in the emergence of metazoan phyla, challenging cherished and long-held assumptions, such as the role of life history evolution in early metazoan evolution. Realizing the full potential of these fossils, has however, been limited by traditional analytical techniques. Scanning electron microscopy provides only data on surface features, and while this may be overcome by thin sectioning, it is destructive and provides only a single two-dimensional window onto internal structure that may be difficult to interpret.
