We choose 8-hydroxyquinoline derivative-metal complexes（Beq,Mgq,and Znq） as the acceptors（A） and 4,4＇,4”-tri-（2-methylphenyl phenylamino） triphenylaine（m-MTDATA） as the donor（D） respectively to study the existing energy transfer process in the organic ultraviolet（UV） photodetector（PD）,which has an important influence on the sensitivity of *** energy transfer process from D to A without exciplex formation is discussed,differing from the working mechanism of previous PDs with Gaq[Zisheng Su,Wenlian Li,Bei Chu,Tianle Li,Jianzhuo Zhu,Guang Zhang,Fei Yan,Xiao Li,Yiren Chen and Chun-Sing Lee 2008 ***.93 103309）]and REq[***,***,***,***,***,***,***,***,***,***,***,***,*** 2010 ***.111301]used as an A *** 365-nm UV irradiation with an intensity of 1.2 mW/cm^2,the m-MTDATA：Beq blend device with a weight ratio of 1：1 shows a response of 192 mAAV with a detectivity of 6.5 × 10^（11） Jones,which exceeds those of PDs based on Mgq（146 mA/W） and Znq（182 mA/W） due to better energy level alignment between m-MTDATA/Beq and lower radiative *** photophysics processes of the PDs involved are discussed in detail.

Time‐varying matrix inversion is an important field of matrix research,and lots of research achievements have been *** the process of solving time‐varying matrix inversion,disturbances inevitably exist,thus,a model that can suppress disturbance while solving the problem is *** this paper,an advanced continuous‐time recurrent neural network(RNN)model based on a double integral RNN design formula is pro-posed for solving continuous time‐varying matrix inversion,which has incomparable disturbance‐suppression *** digital hardware applications,the corresponding advanced discrete‐time RNN model is proposed based on the discretisation *** a result of theoretical analysis,it is demonstrated that the advanced continuous‐time RNN model and the corresponding advanced discrete‐time RNN model have global and exponential convergence performance,and they are excellent for suppressing different ***,inspiring experiments,including two numerical experiments and a practical experiment,are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness and superiority of the advanced discrete‐time RNN model for solving discrete time‐varying matrix inversion with disturbance‐suppression.

This paper proposes an object oriented model scheduling for parallel computing in media MultiProcessors System on Chip(MPSoC).Firstly,the Coarse Grain Data Flow Graph(CGDFG) parallel programming model is used in this ***,this approach has the feature of unified abstraction for software objects implementing in processor and hardware objects implementing in ASICs,easy for mapping CGDFG programming on *** approach cuts down the kernel overhead and reduces the code size *** principle of the oriented object model,the method of scheduling,and how to map a parallel programming through CGDFG to the MPSoC are analyzed in this *** approach also compares the code size and execution cycles with conventional control flow scheduling,and presents respective management overhead for one application in me-dia-SoC.

Spontaneous four wave mixing in nonlinear waveguide is one of the excellent technique for generating photon pairs in well-defined guided modes. Here we present a comprehensive study of the frequency characteristic of correlated photon pairs generated in telecom C-band from a dispersion-engineered silicon wire waveguide. We have demonstrated that the waveguide configuration,shape of pump pulse,two-photon absorption as well as linear losses have significant influences on the biphoton spectral characteristics and the amount of frequency entanglement generated. The superior performance as well as the structural compactness and CMOS compatibility makes the silicon wire waveguide an ideal integrated platform for the implementation of on-chip quantum technologies.

In this paper,we consider eyes from the human binocular system,that simultaneously gaze on stationary point targets in space,while optimalal skipping from one target to the next,by rotaing their individual gaze *** head is assume fixed on the torso and the rotaing gaze direction of the two eyes are assumed restricted to pass through a point in the visual *** is further assumed that,individullly the rotations of the two eyes satisfy the well known Listing's *** formulate and study acombined optimal gaze rotation for the two eyes,by constructing a single Riemanmian metric,on the asociaced parameter *** goal is to optimally rotate so that the convergent gaze changes between two pre-specified target points in a finite time interval[0,1].The cost function we choose is the total energy,measured by the L2?norm,of the six extenal torques on the binocular *** torque functions are synthesized by solving an associated*two-point boundary value *** paper demonstrates,via simulation,the shape of the optimal gaze trajectory of the focused point of the bin-ocular *** Euclidean distance between the initial and the final point is compared to the arc:length of the optimal *** consumed *** computed for diferent eye movement chores and discussed in the *** simulation we observe that certain eye movement maneuvers are energy fficicnt and demonstrate that the optimal external torque is a linear function in *** also explore and conclude that spitting an arbitry opimal eye movement into optimal vergence and version components is not energy fficient although this is how the human oculomotor control seems to *** gaze tajectories and opimal extermal torque functions reported in this paper is new.

In order to investigate fan performance in fan-ventilated greenhouses(Urbana,USA),the effects of guard screen and loose belts on fan ventilation airflow and power consumption in greenhouse operations were examined with four belt-driven fans as trial *** Fans Assessment Numeration System was used to measure the airflow ***,relative humidity and power consumption were also *** show there were significant differences in the airflow rate between the fans with a cleaned and uncleaned guard screen(P<0.05).Power consumption also differed significantly even with the same cooling effect in *** fan belts were adjusted to the proper tension,the fan speed and airflow rate were 13.1% and 30.1% higher than those of original belts,*** daily average power consumption for the fan with the original loose belts was 20.4% higher than that with the adjusted belts when the pad was not working and 24.2% higher with pad *** ventilation performance of fans with identical specifications showed a variation by up to 13.0% in terms of the ventilating efficiency *** results demonstrated that fans should be cleaned routinely,and belt tension should be checked to ensure that fan performance meets *** can reduce the power consumption in greenhouses for environmental ***,reordering fan staging,so that the most efficient fans are used in areas of greatest demand,can also reduce ventilation energy costs.

In-Situ High Temperature X-Ray Diffraction Study of Structure and Phase Transformation of Nd-FePt Alloys

The structure and disorder-order transformation of NdxFe60.5-x Pt39.5（x = 0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5） alloys were investigated in situ by high temperature X-ray diffraction. The results show that the lattice parameter a of disordered γ phase （FCC, Al structure type） and the lattice parameter ratio c/a of ordered γ1 phase （FCT, L10 structure type） increase linearly with increasing Nd concentration, whereas the c/a ratio decreases with increasing temperature. The transition temperature from ordered FCT to disordered FCC decreases with increasing Nd concentration, but for alloys quenched rapidly from γ phase region into ice-water it increases with increasing Nd.

In this paper, we present DEMC, a deep dual-encoder network to remove Monte Carlo noise efficiently while preserving details. Denoising Monte Carlo rendering is different from natural image denoising since inexpensive by-products (feature buffers) can be extracted in the rendering stage. Most of them are noise-free and can provide sufficient details for image reconstruction. However, these feature buffers also contain redundant information. Hence, the main challenge of this topic is how to extract useful information and reconstruct clean images. To address this problem, we propose a novel network structure, dual-encoder network with a feature fusion sub-network, to fuse feature buffers firstly, then encode the fused feature buffers and a noisy image simultaneously, and finally reconstruct a clean image by a decoder network. Compared with the state-of-the-art methods, our model is more robust on a wide range of scenes, and is able to generate satisfactory results in a significantly faster way.

Based on the principle of virtual equivalent gain,the evolution of self-similar pulses in a normal dispersion-decreasing fiber is *** occurrence of wave breaking during the process under highly nonlinear conditions and the effect of its revealed four-wave mixing on the process are also *** results indicate that the pulse spectrum broadeningin the initial stage is dominated by self-phase modulation while by four-wave mixing in the later *** more intense nonlinearity is,the faster the pulse evolution converges to the self-similarity synchronously in both the time domain and the spectrum domain.
