Cancer is a leading cause of death worldwide, with breast cancer being the most common (2.26 million new cases and 685,000 deaths). In Saudi Arabia, breast cancer ranked the first among females in 2014, accounting for 15.9% of all cancers reported among Saudi nationals and 28.7% of all cancers reported among females of all ages. Early detection of breast cancer could decrease the risks, have a better prognosis, and have better outcomes/more successful treatments. Prevalence of breast cancer reached more than 25% of all diagnosed cancer in the kingdom among women. Aim: This study aims to assess the knowledge and performance of women attending primary care centers about breast self-examination and mammogram screening for prevention and early detection of breast cancer in Abha city primary healthcare centers, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Research Method: cross sectional design was conducted by using questionnaire, which was distributed to primary care center nurses. The collected data was statistically analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences, version 25. Results: The study found that participants had poor awareness and knowledge about breast self-examination, risk factors for breast cancer, and trends and practices in early diagnosis of breast cancer. Conclusion and Recommendations: It recommends increasing awareness campaigns and providing educational programs to improve knowledge and practices.

It has been generally unclear over the mechanism of inhibitory influence of silicate on structural rearrangement or solely physical adsorption onto manganese dioxide （MnO2） about the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide （H2O2）. Consequently, several experiments were carried out by using MnO2 as a catalyst for the decomposition of H2O2 in a concentration series under certain concentrations of silicates. The silicates were analyzed by using a molybdenum blue colorimetric method. The results showed that the determination of silicates was inhibited by H2O2, whose inhibitory effect was greatly increased by increasing its concentration, but not limited by pH. SEM-EDX （scanning electron microscopy-energy dispersive x-ray spectrometry） results showed that the adsorption of silicates onto the surface of MnO2 was not purely via a structural rearrangement, with increasing Mn atoms protruding on the outer surface by covering oxygen and silicon atoms. XRD （X-ray diffraction） and FTIR （Fourier transform infrared） spectra results further revealed no significant total crystal structural changes in MnO2 after the adsorption of silicates, but only a small shift of 0.21° at 2e from 56.36° to 56.15° , and a FTIR vibration showed at around 1 050 cm-1. The results, therefore, showed that silicate adsorption onto MnO2 took place via both surface adsorption and structural rearrangement by interfacial reaction.

This paper focuses on overall and sub-process supply chain efficiency evaluation using a network slacks-based measure model and an undesirable directional distance model. Based on a case analysis of a leading Chinese B2 C firm W, a two-stage supply chain structure covering procurementstock and inventory-sale management is constructed. The research shows overall supply chain inefficiency is attributable to procurement-stock conversion inefficiency. From a view of operations model,the third-party platform model is more efficient than a "shop in shop" self-operated model. However,the self-operated mode performs better in product categories such as computer & Office & digital, food& drink and healthy products due to these products' delivery characteristics and consumers' shopping habits. In the logistics selection, most e-retail players are inclined to choose the hybrid model of 3 PL and self-operated logistics with the product category extension from vertical model to all-category model. These findings may help managers improve supplier-buyer relationship and strengthen supply chain management. This research offers a new explanation regarding the failure of e-retail supply chain.

Acoustic classification systems and the Sediment Trend Analysis method were used to identify and map the bed diversity in a very shallow(<3.0m),coastal lagoon,Pappas lagoon,Western Greece. Analogue acoustic data,collected by means of a 100 kHz side scan sonar system,were digitized and classified into six acoustic classes using recently developed acoustic classification systems (SonarClass,TargAn).By comparing the acoustic classes to ground truth data consisting of sediment grain size and visual inspection of the lagoon-bed,it is demonstrated that the six acoustic classes correlate well with the predominant surface sediment types and *** the spatial distribution of the classes can be considered to represent the spatial pattern of the sedimentary assemblages of the *** grain size trend analysis identified three dominant sediment pathways and directional trends which could be related to the predominant wind direction,the sediment influx through the inlets and the sediment supply from a small stream in the southern part of the *** integration of acoustic and sedimentological data together with advanced data processing systems leads to a better understanding of the sedimentary,morphological and biological processes in a shallow lagoon in different spatial and temporal scales and will therefore be beneficial to both sedimentological and biotic-diversity studies.

During big events, non-local private car travelers can be divided into two types which were returning in one day and in several days. It was demonstrated that those two kinds of travelers have distinct behavior on park and ride （P＆R）, due to their different travel demand and behavior attributes. In this paper focusing on the travelers returning in several days, the travel attributes and requirements for P＆R were analyzed with stated preference survey. A P＆R choice behavior disaggregated logit model was established and calibrated based on random utility theory. The model concludes three variables, which were travel time, parking fee and comprehensive attractiveness index for suburban satellite towns comparing to urban district. The results revealed that for travelers returning in several days the primary key point is increasing the attractiveness of suburban satellite towns.
