AIM: To evaluate the ophthalmic and anesthesiologic management of cataract surgery in children with Lowe syndrome receiving lens removal, the development and management of secondary ***: This retrospective case series included 12 eyes of 6 children with genetically verified Lowe syndrome receiving cataract removal. information regarding the type and duration of surgery and total anesthesia time were recorded. Additionally, intra-and postoperative complications were noted as well as clinical examinations such as visual acuity and funduscopy. RESULTS: All children received simultaneous bilateral cataract surgery at the mean age of 8.98±3.58 wk. Lensectomy combined with posterior capsulotomy and anterior vitrectomy was performed in all children. The mean time for cataract surgery per eye was 35.83±8.86 min, whereas the total time of surgery was 153.33±22.11 min. The mean extubation time and duration at recovery room was 42.33±22.60 min and 130.00±64.37 min, respectively. During surgery, a decrease of oxygen saturation below 93% was found in only one child. During the postoperative followup, nystagmus(6 children) and strabismus(5 children) was commonly found in contrast to no case of visual axis opacification. Secondary glaucoma developed in five eyes of three children, which was treated with topical eye drops in only one child. A trabeculectomy was performed in both eyes of one child, whereas removal of syechia and an iridectomy in one eye of one child. CONCLUSION: Bilateral simultaneous cataract surgery under general anesthesia is a safe surgical procedure in Lowe syndrome children. The glaucoma screening with intraocular pressure measurements is crucial in the postoperative management of Lowe syndrome patients to avoid additional visual impairment.

This research was conducted to evaluate the sustainability of rice production using fuzzy logic in Mazandaran province,*** untapped use of modern agricultural technology,such as agricultural machinery,has become a global dilemma,which has forced governments and environmentalists to take a serious stand against the dangers of massive non-standard agricultural practices in the *** types of mechanization,socioeconomic,and economic modeling were used to determine the sustainability and their values were collected through interview method using a 320-item questionnaire from 2016 to *** evaluation was carried out using soil and climate characteristics,so that about 27.4%of the area was in the perfectly suitable range(S1),35.2%in the appropriate range(S2),19.5%in the critical range(S3),and 17.9%in the inappropriate range(N)for rice *** were selected from two regions(R1 and R2)by the GIS on two lower levels and more than one hectare(A1,A2)according to agricultural methods(mechanical and traditional).The results showed that the highest and lowest means of the product were 4314.44 and 3501.95 kg ha1,*** sustainability of production was within the range of“sustainability”and“almost sustainable”in terms of mechanistic and economic factors in the fuzzy range of“moderate sustainability”and also with respect to social factors that are in a better position than mechanistic and economic *** of final sustainability model showed that the average of the lasting sustainability index was in the range of“almost unsustainable”and“moderate sustainability”.

Objective To understand the prevalence, consequences and risk factors of falls among urban community-dwelling elderly in Beijing. Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted in Longtan Community, Beijing. A total of 1512 individuals aged 60 years or over were selected by stratified cluster sampling. Data regarding the frequency of falls in the previous year, as well as circumstances, consequence and related factors of falls were collected from the elderly through face-to-face interviews with questionnaires in their home. Results The prevalence of falls was 18.0% on the average among 1512 participants, higher in women （20.1%） than in men （14.9%）（P=0.006）, and increased with age （Х^2 for trend=10.37, P=0.001）. The total rate of falls-induced injuries among the fallers was 37.7%. Falls usually resulted in soft-tissues bruises （58.7%）, fear of repeated episodes of falls （58.8%）, loss of independence and confidence in movement （35.7%） and even in hip fracture. In addition to the burden of medical care, falls also generated a big economic burden. Occurrence of falls was significantly associated with both intrinsic and extrinsic factors. The related factors of falls in the elderly included age≥60-70 years, femininity, less physical activities, fear of future falls, living alone, severely impaired vision, health problem-impacted activities of daily living, chronic diseases （diabetes, hypertension, postural hypotension, stroke sequela, cataract, arthritis, dementia and depression）, medications （psychoactive, anti-diabetic）, gait imbalance, high bed and faintly-lighted stairway. Conclusion The prevalence of falls among urban community-dwelling elderly in Beijing is closely associated with significant associated with intrinsic and extrinsic factors. Efforts to prevent falls in the elderly should be made at community level.

Rapid acquisition of information about nitrogen(N)uptake and grain yield is an essential step in making site-specific in-season fertilizer N management *** objective of this study was to quantify and validate the relationships between N uptake and grain yield of wheat using in-season measurements with atLeaf chlorophyll meter and GreenSeeker optical sensor at Feekes 6 growth stage(jointing stage)of *** relationships were developed using data generated from experiments with multi-rate fertilizer N treatments and conducted in two consecutive wheat seasons(2017/2018 and 2018/2019)at two locations in the western Nile Delta of Egypt.A power function based on atLeaf measurement at Feekes 6 stage of wheat could explain 55.3%and 53.3%variations in the N uptake at this stage and grain yield at maturity,*** with GreenSeeker were related with N uptake and yield of wheat through exponential function and could explain 68.5%and 60.6%of the variation in N uptake and grain yield,*** developed models were validated on an independent data set from another field experiment on *** normalized root mean square error for the relation between atLeaf measurements and N uptake and grain yield were fair,whereas the fits were good for measurements with *** study reveals that atLeaf chlorophyll meter and GreenSeeker optical sensor can be successfully used for establishing site-specific N management strategies in wheat.

The major hindrances in the energy system are ecological consciousness, lack of clean and sustainableenergy management, insufficient energy distribution–transmission–optimization, expensive power transfercosts, and increased customer knowledge of energy charges. Thus why, universal access to the grid with highcybersecurity, and reliability is needed to solve all these challenges. The digital twin concept turns a newdimension of technology into the world. Electric Digital Twin grid can perform online analysis of the grid inreal-time and integrates all the past and present data and express the current grid status to the producers andconsumers and also predicts the future grid status. Thus, the power grid transmission loss and location of theoverheated line and power connection missing can be detected in addition decision-making and self-healingcan possible. The future prediction saves the power grid from small to long accidents such as power outagesand even blackout problems. The whole consumers and nation feel relief from these types of accidents andsaves from large economic and business loss. The blockchain-enabled digital twin grid provides high securityfor the grid from cyberattacks. The paper conveys the framework of the electric digital twin grid and theconcept of the DT grid processing and the way of serving the producer, prosumers, consumers even the wholenation in infrastructure, education, research, economic, business, and political development.

A complex Laboratory Developed Test(LDT)is a clinical test developed within a single *** is typically configured from many fea-ture constraints from clinical repositories,which are part of the existing Lab-oratory information management System(LIMS).Although these clinical repositories are automated,support for managing patient information with test results of an LDT is also integrated within the existing ***,the support to configure LDTs design needs to be made available even in standard LIMS *** manual configuration of LDTs is a complex process and can generate configuration inconsistencies because many constraints between features can remain *** is a risky process and can lead patients to undergo unnecessary *** proposed an optimized solution(opt-LDT)based on Genetic Algorithms to automate the configuration and resolve the inconsistencies in ***-LDT encodes LDT configuration as an optimization problem and generates a consistent configuration that satisfies the constraints of the *** tested and validated opt-LDT for a local secondary care hospital in a real healthcare *** results,averaged over ten runs,show that opt-LDT resolves 90%of inconsistencies while taking between 6 and 6.5 s for each ***,positive feedback based on a subjective questionnaire from clinicians regarding the performance,acceptability,and efficiency of opt-LDT motivates us to present our results for regulatory approval.

Blockchain has a profound impact on all areas of society by virtue of its immutability,decentralization and other ***,blockchain faces the problem of data privacy leakage during the application process,and the rapid development of quantum computing also brings the threat of quantum attack to *** this paper,we propose a lattice-based certificateless fully homomorphic encryption(LCFHE)algorithm based on approximate eigenvector *** we use the lattice-based delegate algorithm and preimage sampling algorithm to extract part of the private key based on certificateless scheme,which is composed of the private key together with the secret value selected by the user,thus effectively avoiding the problems of certificate management and key ***,we propose a post-quantum blockchain transaction privacy protection scheme based on LCFHE algorithm,which uses the ciphertext calculation characteristic of homomorphic encryption to encrypt the account balance and transaction amount,effectively protecting the transaction privacy of users and having the ability to resist quantum ***,we analyze the correctness and security of LCFHE algorithm,and the security of the algorithm reduces to the hardness of learning with errors(LWE)hypothesis.
