Anaerobic digestion(AD)of organic fraction of municipal solid waste(OFMSW)is prone to system breakdown under high organic loading rates(OLRs)condition,which subsequently reduces the efficiency of digestion process and results in substantial economic *** this perspective paper,the substances metabolisms,electrons flow,as well as microbial interaction mechanisms within AD process are comprehensively discussed,and the underlying bottleneck that causes inefficient methane production is identified,which is“electrons surplus”.Systems encountering severe electron surplus are at risk of process failure,making it crucial to proactively prevent this phenomenon through appropriate *** this basis,the present perspective proposes three potential electronic regulation strategies to prevent electrons surplus,namely,electron shunt,accelerating electron transfer and regulating methanogenic metabolism pathway,and presents specific methodologies for each ***,the potential solutions to challenges that may occur during the electronic regulation process are also presented in this *** perspective aims to provide innovative approaches to achieve the efficient and stable operation of OFMSW anaerobic digestion,especially under high OLRs condition.

Recommendation Information Systems(RIS)are pivotal in helping users in swiftly locating desired content from the vast amount of information available on the *** Convolution Network(GCN)algorithms have been employed to implement the RIS ***,the GCN algorithm faces limitations in terms of performance enhancement owing to the due to the embedding value-vanishing problem that occurs during the learning *** address this issue,we propose a Weighted Forwarding method using the GCN(WF-GCN)*** proposed method involves multiplying the embedding results with different weights for each hop layer during graph *** applying the WF-GCN algorithm,which adjusts weights for each hop layer before forwarding to the next,nodes with many neighbors achieve higher embedding *** approach facilitates the learning of more hop layers within the GCN *** efficacy of the WF-GCN was demonstrated through its application to various *** the MovieLens dataset,the implementation of WF-GCN in LightGCN resulted in significant performance improvements,with recall and NDCG increasing by up to+163.64%and+132.04%,***,in the *** dataset,LightGCN using WF-GCN enhanced with WF-GCN showed substantial improvements,with the recall and NDCG metrics rising by up to+174.40%and+169.95%,***,the application of WF-GCN to Self-supervised Graph Learning(SGL)and Simple Graph Contrastive Learning(SimGCL)also demonstrated notable enhancements in both recall and NDCG across these datasets.

Handwritten character recognition(HCR)involves identifying characters in images,documents,and various sources such as forms surveys,questionnaires,and signatures,and transforming them into a machine-readable format for subsequent *** recognizing complex and intricately shaped handwritten characters remains a significant *** use of convolutional neural network(CNN)in recent developments has notably advanced HCR,leveraging the ability to extract discriminative features from extensive sets of raw *** of the absence of pre-existing datasets in the Kurdish language,we created a Kurdish handwritten dataset called(KurdSet).The dataset consists of Kurdish characters,digits,texts,and *** dataset consists of 1560 participants and contains 45,240 *** this study,we chose characters only from our *** utilized a Kurdish dataset for handwritten character *** study also utilizes various models,including InceptionV3,Xception,DenseNet121,and a *** show the performance of the KurdSet dataset,we compared it to Arabic handwritten character recognition dataset(AHCD).We applied the models to both datasets to show the performance of our ***,the performance of the models is evaluated using test accuracy,which measures the percentage of correctly classified characters in the evaluation *** models performed well in the training phase,DenseNet121 exhibited the highest accuracy among the models,achieving a high accuracy of 99.80%on the Kurdish *** Xception model achieved 98.66%using the Arabic dataset.

Hydrogen acquisition from solar energy is an effective way to address energy crisis,which makes the development of efficient photocatalysts become the main direction of scientific ***,cobalt phthalocyanine/oxygen-doped g-C_(3)N_(4)(CoPc/OCN) S-scheme heterojunction photocatalyst was designed by coupling multi-step calcination with solvothermal method for enhanced photothermal-assisted photocatalytic H_(2) *** multistep calcined g-C_(3)N_(4) is easier for O-doping formation,and the ethanol solvothermal strategy is utilized to enhance the dispersion of CoPc on OCN nano sheet surface and forms sufficient S-scheme heterojunction through *** addition,the active sites and excellent photothermal properties of CoPc itself further improve the integrated photocatalytic activity of CoPc/OCN S-scheme *** optimal photocatalytic hydrogen evolution rate of CoPc/OCN S-scheme heterojunction photocatalyst reached 9.56 mmol·g^(-1)·h^(-1),which is 2.69 and 1.23 times higher than that of CN and OCN,*** work provides a valuable design idea and scheme for enhancing the multi-factor co-assisted photocatalytic H_(2) evolution performance.

Whether introduced into a completely novel habitat or slowly expanding their current range,the degree to which animals can effciently explore and navigate new environments can be key to survival,ultimately determining population establishment and colonization *** tested whether spatial orientation and exploratory behavior are associated with non-native spread in free-living bank voles(Myodes glareolus,N=43)from a population accidentally introduced to Ireland a century *** measured spatial orientation and navigation in a radial arm maze,and behaviors associated to exploratory tendencies and risk-taking in repeated open-feld tests,at the expansion edge and in the source *** voles at the expansion edge re-visited unrewarded arms of the maze more,waited longer before leaving it,took longer to start exploring both the radial arm maze and the open feld,and were more risk-averse compared to conspecifcs in the source *** together,results suggest that for this small mammal under heavy predation pressure,a careful and thorough exploration strategy might be favored when expanding into novel environments.

Surface/surface intersection is a fundamental problem in Compute Aided Design and Geometric Modeling since it is essential to solid modeling,numerically controlled machining,feature recognition,computer animation,*** practical applications,quadric surfaces,which are the most basic type of surfaces,are typically bounded surfaces trimmed by a sequence of *** this paper,a robust algorithm is proposed for computing the intersection curve segments of two trimmed quadrics based on the parametric representation of the intersection curves of two *** proposed algorithm guarantees correct topology and ensures that the approximation errors of the end points of the intersection curve segments are less than a given *** error control is based on an effective solution to a set of polynomial inequality system using the root isolation *** examples are presented to validate the robustness and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

The effect of lanthanum on the characteristics of inclusions in the slab of non-oriented electrical steels was investigated through industrial trials and thermodynamic *** number,size,and chemical composition of inclusions in the surface,one-quarter of thickness and the center of slabs with and without lanthanum addition were statistically analyzed using an automatic inclusion analysis *** the lanthanum-free slab,inclusions were predominately ***_(2)O_(3),MgO,and AlN as well as a small number of Al_(2)O_(3)-MgO-CaO and *** number densities of oxide inclusions and AlN decreased from the surface to the center of the slab,which was ascribed to the difference in cooling intensity during the continuous *** the steel with lanthanum addition,inclusions were modified into LaAlO_(3) and La_(2)O_(2)S and gradually transformed into dual-phase MgO-La_(2)S3 with an increasing distance from the slab surface due to the reaction between the lanthanum-containing inclusion and the steel *** uneven distribution of oxide inclusions along the thickness of the slab was eliminated in the lanthanum-bearing slab because the dissolved oxygen was remarkably decreased by ***-bearing inclusions were more likely to agglomerate AlN by inducing the heterogeneous nucleation of AlN on their surface,while small-size ***_(2)O_(3) inclusions hardly showed a coarsening effect on the size of AlN.

The application of Li metal anodes in rechargeable batteries is impeded by safety issues arising from the severe volume changes and formation of dendritic Li ***‐dimensional hollow carbon is receiving increasing attention as a host material capable of accommodating Li metal inside its cavity;however,uncontrollable and nonuniform deposition of Li remains a *** this study,we synthesize metal–organic framework‐derived carbon microcapsules with heteroatom clusters(Zn and Ag)on the capsule walls and it is demonstrated that Ag‐assisted nucleation of Li metal alters the outward‐to‐inward growth in the microcapsule ***‐incorporated microcapsules are prepared via chemical etching of zeolitic imidazole framework‐8 polyhedra and are subsequently decorated with Ag by a galvanic displacement reaction between Ag^(+)and metallic *** introduced Ag significantly reduces the energy barrier and increases the reaction rate for Li nucleation in the microcapsule host upon Li *** combined electrochemical,microstructural,and computational studies,we verify the beneficial role of Ag‐assisted Li nucleation in facilitating inward growth inside the cavity of the microcapsule host and,in turn,enhancing electrochemical *** study provides new insights into the design of reversible host materials for practical Li metal batteries.
