This manuscript explores the case on the occurrence of uterine artery pseudoaneurysm(UAP)during hysteroscopy endometrial polypectomy and the subsequent successful treatment via uterine artery embolization(UAE).Moreover,we focus on the management and treatment options for UAP in patients of advanced maternal age.A pseudoaneurysm is an extraluminal blood collection with a disrupted flow that communicates with the parent vessel via a defect in the arterial *** reported case involved a 48-year-old primiparous woman who developed a UAP after uterine polyp *** study enhances the understanding of UAP,a rare but potentially life-threatening condition,by providing a detailed and well-documented account of the comprehensive case presentation,effective use of medical imaging techniques for diagnosis,successful postoperative patient management following UAE,and practical clinical recommendations for clinicians managing similar ***,this study highlights the importance of considering UAP as a differential diagnosis in patients with abnormal vaginal bleeding following hysteroscopic ***,this manuscript recommends that clinicians with a high index of suspicion for UAP promptly request ultrasonography and computed tomography to facilitate early *** is suggested as a primary treatment due to its effectiveness and safety,particularly in facilities capable of avoiding hysterectomy.

Acral melanoma(AM)is the most common histologic subtype of melanoma in dark-skinned patients and is associated with a worse prognosis and a high mortality rate,largely due to the inconspicuous nature of early-stage lesions,which can lead to late *** of the overlapping clinical and histopathological features of AM with other forms of cutaneous melanomas,early detection of AM requires a multidisciplinary approach that integrates various diagnostic modalities,including clinical examination,dermoscopy,histopathology,molecular testing,radiological imaging,and blood *** surgery is the preferred method of treatment for AM,other therapeutic options may be employed based on the stage and underlying etiology of the *** checkpoint inhibitors,molecular targeted therapy,radiotherapy,chemotherapy,and oncolytic virotherapy represent promising advanced treatment options for *** this review,we provide an overview of the latest advancements in diagnostic and therapeutic methods for AM,highlighting the importance of early detection and the prompt,individualized management of this challenging disease.

Regular physical activity(PA)is known to enhance multifaceted health beneﬁts,including both physical and mental ***,traditional in-person physical activity programs have drawbacks,including time constraints for busy *** evidence suggests positive impacts on mental health through mobile-based physical activity,effects of accumulated short bouts of physical activity using mobile devices are ***,this study aims to investigate these effects,focusing on depression,perceived stress,and negative affectivity among South Korean college ***-six healthy college students were divided into the accumulated group(n=23,female=47.8%)and control group(n=23,female=47.6%).The accumulated group engaged in mobile-based physical activity,following guidelines to accumulate a minimum of two times per day and three times a *** were divided into short bouts,ensuing each bout lasted at least 10 *** control group did not engage in any speciﬁc physical *** data analysis involved comparing the scores of the intervention and control groups using several statistical techniques,such as independent sample t-test,paired sample t-tests,and 2(time)×2(group)repeated measures analysis of *** demographic characteristics at the pre-test showed no statistically signiﬁcant differences between the *** accumulated group had signiﬁcant decreases in depression(t_(40)=2.59,p=0.013,Cohen’s D=0.84)and perceived stress(t_(40)=2.06,p=0.046,Cohen’s D=0.56)from the pre-to *** control group exhibited no statistically signiﬁcant differences in any ***,there were signiﬁcant effects of time on depression scores(F1,36=4.77,p=0.036,η_(p)^(2)=0.12)while signiﬁcant interaction effects were also observed for depression(F_(1,36)=6.59,p=0.015,η_(p)^(2)=0.16).This study offers informative insights into the potential advantages of mobile-based physical activity programs with accumulated periods for enhancing mental health

Esophageal intramural pseudodiverticulosis(EIPD)is a disease of unknown pathogenesis characterized by usually systemic,cystic dilatation of the excretory ducts of esophageal submucosal *** this article,I review the epidemiology,clinical manifestations,endoscopic findings,esophagographic findings,and histopathology of EIPD.I also discuss the etiology and possible pathogenesis of EIPD based on my experiences with this disease and a review of the *** usually presents with dysphagia in middle-aged *** is often complicated with secondary infections,most commonly *** esophagography,EIPD is delineated as small,multiple,flask-shaped outward projections within the esophageal *** recent years,EIPD has been mainly diagnosed by endoscopic findings of multiple,localized,small mucosal *** orifices of the“pseudodiverticula”periodically open and close,and excrete mucus onto the mucosal *** histopathological examination,the luminal surface of dilated ducts in EIPD is covered by multilayered,hyperplastic epithelial cells,but myoepithelial cells in the glandular acini are well *** of EIPD is usually symptomatic therapy,and prevention of the infectious complications is *** etiology and pathogenesis of EIPD are largely unknown,but functional abnormalities of autonomic nerve fibers innervating the esophageal glands likely play an important role,since the structures of the glands are basically preserved in this disease.
