Mobile technology is developing *** phone technologies have been integrated into the healthcare industry to help medical ***,computer vision models focus on image detection and classification ***2 is a computer vision model that performs well on mobile devices,but it requires cloud services to process biometric image information and provide predictions to *** leads to increased *** biometrics image datasets on mobile devices will make the prediction faster,but mobiles are resource-restricted devices in terms of storage,power,and computational ***,a model that is small in size,efficient,and has good prediction quality for biometrics image classification problems is *** pre-trained CNN(PCNN)MobileNetV2 architecture combined with a Support Vector Machine(SVM)compacts the model representation and reduces the computational cost and memory *** proposed novel approach combines quantized pre-trained CNN(PCNN)MobileNetV2 architecture with a Support Vector Machine(SVM)to represent models efficiently with low computational cost and *** contributions include evaluating three CNN models for ocular disease identification in transfer learning and deep feature plus SVM approaches,showing the superiority of deep features from MobileNetV2 and SVM classification models,comparing traditional methods,exploring six ocular diseases and normal classification with 20,111 images postdata augmentation,and reducing the number of trainable *** model is trained on ocular disorder retinal fundus image datasets according to the severity of six age-related macular degeneration(AMD),one of the most common eye illnesses,Cataract,Diabetes,Glaucoma,Hypertension,andMyopia with one class *** the experiment outcomes,it is observed that the suggested MobileNetV2-SVM model size is *** testing accuracy for MobileNetV2-SVM,InceptionV3,and MobileNetV2 is 90.11%,86.88%,a

In today’s rapidly evolving landscape of communication technologies,ensuring the secure delivery of sensitive data has become an essential *** overcome these difficulties,different steganography and data encryption methods have been proposed by researchers to secure *** of the proposed steganography techniques achieve higher embedding capacities without compromising visual imperceptibility using LSB *** this work,we have an approach that utilizes a combinationofMost SignificantBit(MSB)matching andLeast Significant Bit(LSB)*** proposed algorithm divides confidential messages into pairs of bits and connects them with the MSBs of individual pixels using pair matching,enabling the storage of 6 bits in one pixel by modifying a maximum of three *** proposed technique is evaluated using embedding capacity and Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio(PSNR)score,we compared our work with the Zakariya scheme the results showed a significant increase in data concealment *** achieved results of ourwork showthat our algorithmdemonstrates an improvement in hiding capacity from11%to 22%for different data samples while maintaining a minimumPeak Signal-to-Noise Ratio(PSNR)of 37 *** findings highlight the effectiveness and trustworthiness of the proposed algorithm in securing the communication process and maintaining visual integrity.

Data security assurance is crucial due to the increasing prevalence of cloud computing and its widespread use across different industries,especially in light of the growing number of cybersecurity threats.A major and everpresent threat is Ransomware-as-a-Service(RaaS)assaults,which enable even individuals with minimal technical knowledge to conduct ransomware *** study provides a new approach for RaaS attack detection which uses an ensemble of deep learning *** this purpose,the network intrusion detection dataset“UNSWNB15”from the Intelligent Security Group of the university of New South Wales,Australia is *** the initial phase,the rectified linear unit-,scaled exponential linear unit-,and exponential linear unit-based three separate Multi-Layer Perceptron(MLP)models are ***,using the combined predictive power of these three MLPs,the RansoDetect Fusion ensemble model is introduced in the suggested *** proposed ensemble technique outperforms previous studieswith impressive performance metrics results,including 98.79%accuracy and recall,98.85%precision,and 98.80%*** empirical results of this study validate the ensemble model’s ability to improve cybersecurity defenses by showing that it outperforms individual *** expanding the field of cybersecurity strategy,this research highlights the significance of combined deep learning models in strengthening intrusion detection systems against sophisticated cyber threats.

Effective data communication is a crucial aspect of the Social Internet of Things(SIoT)and continues to be a significant research *** paper proposes a data forwarding algorithm based on Multidimensional Social Relations(MSRR)in SIoT to solve this *** proposed algorithm separates message forwarding into intra-and cross-community forwarding by analyzing interest traits and social connections among *** new metrics are defined:the intensity of node social relationships,node activity,and community *** the community,messages are sent by determining which node is most similar to the sender by weighing the strength of social connections and node *** a node performs cross-community forwarding,the message is forwarded to the most reasonable relay community by measuring the node activity and the connection between *** proposed algorithm was compared to three existing routing algorithms in simulation *** indicate that the proposed algorithmsubstantially improves message delivery efficiency while lessening network overhead and enhancing connectivity and coordination in the SIoT context.

A dandelion algorithm(DA) is a recently developed intelligent optimization algorithm for function optimization problems. Many of its parameters need to be set by experience in DA,which might not be appropriate for all optimization problems. A self-adapting and efficient dandelion algorithm is proposed in this work to lower the number of DA's parameters and simplify DA's structure. Only the normal sowing operator is retained;while the other operators are discarded. An adaptive seeding radius strategy is designed for the core dandelion. The results show that the proposed algorithm achieves better performance on the standard test functions with less time consumption than its competitive peers. In addition, the proposed algorithm is applied to feature selection for credit card fraud detection(CCFD), and the results indicate that it can obtain higher classification and detection performance than the-state-of-the-art methods.

We present a novel framework for the multidomain synthesis of artworks from semantic *** of the main limitations of this challenging task is the lack of publicly available segmentation datasets for art *** address this problem,we propose a dataset called ArtSem that contains 40,000 images of artwork from four different domains,with their corresponding semantic label *** first extracted semantic maps from landscape photography and used a conditional generative adversarial network(GAN)-based approach for generating high-quality artwork from semantic maps without requiring paired training ***,we propose an artwork-synthesis model using domain-dependent variational encoders for high-quality multi-domain ***,the model was improved and complemented with a simple but effective normalization method based on jointly normalizing semantics and style,which we call spatially style-adaptive normalization(SSTAN).Compared to the previous methods,which only take semantic layout as the input,our model jointly learns style and semantic information representation,improving the generation quality of artistic *** results indicate that our model learned to separate the domains in the latent ***,we can perform fine-grained control of the synthesized artwork by identifying hyperplanes that separate the different ***,by combining the proposed dataset and approach,we generated user-controllable artworks of higher quality than that of existing approaches,as corroborated by quantitative metrics and a user study.
