A Review and Critique of Discourse Mode of Public Administration Slogans——Based on the Study of Postmodern Public Administration Discourse Theory

Public administration slogans include oral and written slogans which made by governments at all levels according to the policy or administration under the propagation tasks. T he purpose is to enhance propaganda effects by repeating the same concepts and objectives. While the democratic awareness in public discourses is keep growing,there are some surveys on the quality of public administration slogans. In order to improve the quality of public administration slogans,governments in Anhui Province should organize professionals and pay closely attention to the guidance of policy before they sort,edit,produce and release public administration slogans.

Accurate knowledge of mesospheric winds and waves is essential for studying the dynamics and climate in the mesosphere and lower thermosphere(MLT)*** this study,we conduct a comparative analysis of the mesosphere tidal results obtained from two adjacent meteor radars at low latitudes in Kunming,China,from November 2013 to December *** two radars operate at different frequencies of 37.5 MHz and 53.1 MHz,***,overall good agreement is observed between the two radars in terms of horizontal winds and tide *** results show that the dominant tidal waves of the zonal and meridional winds are diurnal and semidiurnal ***,we conduct an exhaustive statistical analysis to compare the tidal amplitudes and vertical wavelengths recorded by the dual radar systems,which reveals a high degree of alignment in tidal *** investigation includes variances and covariances of tidal amplitudes,which demonstrate remarkable consistency across measurements from both *** finding highlights clear uniformity in the mesospheric tidal patterns observed at low latitudes by the two neighboring meteor *** of the comparative analysis specifically underscore the significant correlation in vertical wavelength measurements,validating the robustness of radar observations for tidal research.

Both the fu(narrative)writers and novelists in the Han and Wei periods excelled in observing and selecting“situations”and forming intertextuality in text *** common structure shared by Han and Wei fu and novels features a question-and-answer format that contributes to the“fictionality”and narrative development and a“particularly brilliant ending”that is instrumental in providing wise advice and expressing *** works,through their classic themes,story arrangements,and plot settings in telling the tales of individuals or the supernatural,inspired novel creation in the Wei and Jin ***,fu works may contain novelistic allusions,while novels may quote fu works and contain stories involving fu *** are“similar in style and same in structure,”contributing to the prosperity of early chinese literature through fictionality and exaggeration,with paradigmatic significance in the construction of“situations”in chinese narrative literature.

The writers of the"red literary classics"replace the Confucian tradition of the blood relation with the modern"class struggle theory",so the class attribute becomes the one and only standard for value evaluation,under which the modern "class revolution"is quite different from the traditional blood revenge,taking on the expansion of the revenge object,the simplification of the revenge method,ennobling of the revenge motivation and the legalization of the revenge means and so on.

The phonation of Noh, a traditional Japanese style of singing, was investigated using electroglot- tographic and acoustical analyses. The dynamics of the laryngeal vibratory behaviors were analyzed for the singing voice of the Noh play compared with natural speech based on the Electroglottography （EGG） pa- rameters, EGG waveform, spectrum, and spectrogram. The result shows that Noh singing is characterized by low open quotient and high speed quotient. Three types of phonations are used in the singing with pressed, Vocal-Ventricular Mode （WM）, and growl voices. It was hypothesized that the period doubling ob- served in the EGG signal was reflective of WM, which was caused by the phase difference in the vocal and ventricular fold oscillations, while the damped peak amplitude in every other cycle in the EGG signal was the result of the oscillations of the aryepiglottic folds at a frequency of half of the fundamental frequency. Sub- harmonics generated by the supraglottal oscillations add unique timbre to the sounds. The results suggest that the combination of phonation types is the key factor in generating their peculiar voice qualities.

Baoshui Village,a full-length novel by Qiao Ye,presents to its readers an open,sensitive,holistic,and reflective experiential texture thanks to the writer's years of preparation spent"going into"and"immersing herself in villages,"as well as her rural narrative focusing on the complexity,contemporaneity,and problem of rural *** novel employs dual-narrative technique of recounting emotional and village history to advance its plot,paints pictures of village life with polyphonous scenes of village gossip,and engages in participatory observation through the use of the narrator to construct an open subject consciousnesss that discovers blind spots,surprises,disparities,and paradoxes in the rural *** selectively reconstructing the experiences of three archetypal villages and creating the new literary imageofarural construction expert,"the novel conveys a realistic attitude that values the subjectivity and endogenous power of the *** doing so,this method takes the structure of reality as its core and calls for a pragmatic standpoint that suspends any judgment,so as to"read"the chinese countryside through the texture of reality.

Suzhou River, a 2000 film directed by Lou Ye, explores several tragic love stories set in Shanghai around the transitional period of 1980s and 1990s. Many critics have praised its technical excellence, yet generally they have not paid sufficient attention to its subject matter. This paper departs from previous interpretations of the film, which have tended to be premised on superficial readings of the plotline, and contends that the work constitutes a poignant socio-political critique, which is conveyed through the construction of differing love stories set against a changing socio-cultural landscape. The past and the present incarnations of the cardinal female protagonist--who can be understood as a symbol for the average chinese （woman）--suggest the fact that the society has transformed dramatically across the three disparate eras of the past half a century; accordingly, the identity of the chinese also shifts tremendously. In this way, Lou Ye in effect constructs a diachronic re-presentation of the changing social mores and varied cultural ethos in a synchronic structure, which is subject to be read as an ingenious historical allegory.

Focusing on literary tradition and innovation, this paper examines Lu Xun＇s poetics as represented in his early treatise On the Power of Mara Poetry （Moluo shi li shuo）. As a leading writer and thinker deeply engaged in the dramatic social and cultural transformations taking place in early twentieth- century China, Lu Xun was very concerned about how to build up the New Man and new society via new literature. Advocating Maratic poets who are full of the spirit of revolt and nonconformity, Lu Xun endeavored to disturb and reinvigorate chinese minds by bringing in foreign dynamics and energies based upon modem individualism and humanism. At the same time, Lu Xun insisted that, while moving toward a bright future, people should constantly consider China＇s prosperous past. For Lu Xun, tradition was still of great relevance in creating and nurturing new poetry, new men, and a new society. To simply lump Lu Xun together with pure anti-traditionalists is problematic. Lu Xun is commonly seen as an iconoclastic pioneer in modem China; however, I argue that Lu Xun demonstrated a dialectical reflection on the relationship between tradition and modernity. Actually, Lu Xun envisioned a process by which, galvanized by imported Maratic spirit, selected cultural legacies would undergo modem reconfiguration and revitalization.

“Chanting to express one's qing(emotions)and xing(natural inclination)”holds a central position in a series of lyrical theories in chinese classical *** on the philosophy of emotions and dispositions,this concept marks the development from the expression of aspirations and emotions in general and collective poetics prevalent in the pre-Qin period to the lyrical theory of individual *** poetry of literati in the Han and Wei dynasties originated from the view of“expressing aspirations”and gave rise to the view of“springing from emotions.”During the Southern and Northern dynasties,poetic thought centered on qing and xing began to be established,and people often associated poetry with“chanting to express one's qing and xing”in addition to the concepts of“expressing aspirations”and“springing from emotions.”The poetics of the Tang Dynasty absorbed the view of“Introduction to Mao's Version of The Book of Odes”on the ballads and court hymns composed in the decline of the Zhou Dynasty and the theory of qing and xing from the Southern and Northern *** fundamental assertion regarding poetry is“chanting to express one's qing and xing,”and it endowed the traditional theory of qing and xing with an emphasis on individuality and a reverence for natural *** advocating the didactic purpose,the poetics of the Tang Dynasty essentially aligned with the ballads composed in the decline of the Zhou Dynasty,“chanting to express one's qing and xing.”In the Song Dynasty,the theory of qing and xing was combined with individual ethical essence,serving as the ideological foundation of the emphasis on reason in Song *** the Ming and Qing dynasties,poets still followed the traditional theory of qing and xing,considering qing and xing as the foundation of *** them,the school of“expressing one's inner self”emphasized the natural expression of individuality and valued inspiration and innovation.
