Objective To investigate the impact of CYP2C19 gene polymorphism on clopidogrel reactivity and its association with longterm clinical outcome in patients with coronary heart disease(chd)undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods In total,675 patients were *** on the platelet inhibition rate,patients were categorized into two groups:clopidogrel low responsiveness(CLR)and normal clopidogrel responsiveness(NCR).The CLR group was divided into ticagrelor and clopidogrel group based on the antiplatelet drugs used in the follow-up *** were classified into three groups(normal metabolizer,intermediate metabolizer,and poor metabolizer)based on the CYP2C19 *** aimed to evaluate the impact of CYP2C19 gene polymorphism on clopidogrel *** cumulative rates of 12-month all-cause deaths,major adverse cardiovascular events(MACCEs),and bleeding events were *** CLR was observed in 44.4%of the overall *** differences were observed in the platelet inhibition rate of clopidogrel among the three metabolic genotypes(P0.05).Conclusions Low response to clopidogrel in chd patients is correlated with CYP2C19 gene ***2C19 genotyping combined with platelet reactivity is an independent predictor of 12-months MACCEs in patients with clopidogrel treatment after PCI,which is better than either test alone.

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of Guanxin Danshen Dripping Pill(GXDSDP) in treating anxiety and depression in patients with coronary heart disease(chd). Methods: A total of 1,428 patients diagnosed with chd screened for anxiety, depression, and quality of life(QOL) at baseline received 0.4 g of GXDSDP treatment 3 times per day and returned for monthly reassessment. Patients were recruited after stable treatment for chd and received assessment of General Anxiety Disorder-7(GAD-7), Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9), and Seattle Angina Questionnaire(SAQ) for evaluating anxiety, depression, and *** were followed up 3 times, once every 4 weeks, during outpatient visits for 12 weeks. Results: At the third follow-up(F3), the anxiety symptom of 63.79%(673/1,055) of the patients improved to sub-clinical level, and the GAD-7 score improved significantly(8.11 vs. 3.87, Pchd patients comorbid with anxiety or depression.(Registration No. ChiCTR2100051523)

Background:Transcatheter closure(TCC)has emerged as the preferred treatment for selected congenital heart disease(chd).While TCC offers benefits for patients with postoperative residual shunts,understanding its mid-and long-term efficacy and safety remains ***:This study aims to assess the mid-and long-term safety and efficacy of TCC for patients with residual atrial or ventricular septal shunts following chd ***:In this consecutive retrospective study,we enrolled 35 patients with residual shunt who underwent TCC or surgical repair of chd between June 2011 to October *** candidacy was determined based on established *** and electrocardiogram were conducted during the perioperative period and continued as part of long-term ***:Among the patients,5(14.3%)exhibited interatrial shunt-ing,while 30(85.7%)had interventricular *** was successfully implemented in 33 of 35 patients,with exceptions in two cases of post-ventricular septal defect repair due to anatomical challenges involving the shape and aortic *** resulted in a TCC success rate of 94.3%.Trace residual shunt was detected in two interventricular shunting cases and a mild residual shunt in one interventricular shunting case;all resolved by the three-month follow-up after *** complications included one hematoma at the puncture site and one transient junctional rhythm during the perioperative *** a median follow-up of 73 months,there were no instances of residual shunt,device embolization,occluder displacement,valve insufficiency,malignant arrhythmia,infective endocarditis,death,or other serious ***:TCC is an effective and safe therapy for patients with residual atrial or ventricular septal shunts following chd *** support the consideration of TCC as the preferred treatment option for appropriate patient populations.

Early non-invasive diagnosis of coronary heart disease(chd)is ***,it is challenging to achieve accurate chd diagnosis via detecting *** this work,heterostructured complexes of black phosphorus(BP)and two-dimensional carbide and nitride(MXene)with high gas sensitivity and photo responsiveness were formulated using a self-assembly strategy.A light-activated virtual sensor array(LAVSA)based on BP/Ti_(3)C_(2)Tx was prepared under photomodulation and further assembled into an instant gas sensing platform(IGSP).In addition,a machine learning(ML)algorithm was introduced to help the IGSP detect and recognize the signals of breath samples to diagnose *** to the synergistic effect of BP and Ti_(3)C_(2)Tx as well as photo excitation,the synthesized heterostructured complexes exhibited higher performance than pristine Ti_(3)C_(2)Tx,with a response value 26%higher than that of pristine Ti_(3)C_(2)*** addition,with the help of a pattern recognition algorithm,LAVSA successfully detected and identified 15 odor molecules affiliated with alcohols,ketones,aldehydes,esters,and ***,with the assistance of ML,the IGSP achieved 69.2%accuracy in detecting the breath odor of 45 volunteers from healthy people and chd *** conclusion,an immediate,low-cost,and accurate prototype was designed and fabricated for the noninvasive diagnosis of chd,which provided a generalized solution for diagnosing other diseases and other more complex application scenarios.
