In order to realize infrared target tracking accurately under motion platform,and make up for the shortcoming of the nuclear density estimation based on gradation feature,an adaptive kalman-mean shift algorithm based on multi-feature fusion is *** target model based on edge-gradation feature fusion is applied in the mean shift *** starting position at present of an infrared target is predicted by a kalman filter,and then a scale updating item of tracking window is appended based on the relationship between mutual information and the object *** the moving object,especially the object with a variable scale,is adaptively tracked under motion *** results demonstrate that the adaptability of mean shift algorithm is enhanced by the improved scheme,which can be applied in the process of long time tracking for the object with a variable scale.

A novel multi-observer passive localization algorithm based on the weighted restricted total least square （WRTLS） is proposed to solve the bearings-only localization problem in the presence of observer position errors. Firstly, the unknown matrix perturbation information is utilized to form the WRTLS problem. Then, the corresponding constrained optimization problem is transformed into an unconstrained one, which is a generalized Rayleigh quotient minimization problem. Thus, the solution can be got through the generalized eigenvalue decomposition and requires no initial state guess process. Simulation results indicate that the proposed algorithm can approach the Cramer-Rao lower bound （CRLB）, and the localization solution is asymptotically unbiased.

In imaging on moving target, it is easy to get space- variant blurred image. In order to recover the image and gain recognizable target, an approach to recover the space-variant blurred image is presented based on image segmentation. Be- cause of motion blur＇s convolution process, the pixels of observed image＇s target and background will be displaced and piled up to produce two superposition regions. As a result, the neighbor- ing pixels in the superposition regions will have similar grey level change. According to the pixel＇s motion-blur character, the target＇s blurred edge of superposition region could be detected. Canny operator can be recurred to detect the target edge which parallels the motion blur direction. Then in the segmentation process, the whole target image which has the character of integral convolution between motion blur and real target image can be obtained. At last, the target image is restored by deconvolution algorithms with adding zeros. The restoration result indicates that the approach can effectively solve the kind of problem of space-variant motion blurred image restoration.

According to the characteristic of cruise missiles,navigation point setting is simplified,and the principle of route planning for saturation attack and a concept of reference route are put *** the help of the shortest-tangent idea in route-planning and the algorithm of back reasoning from targets,a reference route algorithm is built on the shortest range and threat *** a route-flight-time algorithm is built on navigation *** on the conditions of multi-direction saturation attack,a route planning algorithm of multi-direction saturation attack is built on reference route,route-flight-time,and impact *** results show that the algorithm can realize missiles fired in a salvo launch reaching the target simultaneously from different directions while avoiding threat.

In order to improve the survivability of the aircraft,conceptual design and radar cross section（RCS） performance research are done. The CATIA software is used to design the 3D digital model of the shipborne early warning aircraft, and some measures are taken to reduce the RCS characteristics of the early warning aircraft at the same time. Based on the physical optics method and the equivalent electromagnetic flow method,the aircraft＇s RCS characteristics and strength distribution characteristics are simulated numerically, and compared with the foreign advanced shipborne early warning aircraft. The simulation results show that under the X radar band, when the incident wave pitching angle is 0？, compared with the foreign advanced shipborne early warning aircraft, the forward RCS average value of the conceptual shipborne early warning aircraft is reduced to 24.49%, the lateral RCS average value is reduced to 5.04%, and the backward RCS average value is reduced to 39.26%. The research results of this paper are expected to provide theoretical basis and technical support for the conceptual design and the stealth design of the shipborne early warning aircraft.

Under the condition of strong clutter and finite training samples,a novel CFAR detector based on the proposed adaptive pulse compression-Capon filter (APC-Capon filter) is presented for MIMO array radar which transmits intrapulse coded *** theoretical analysis and numerical simulations show that the proposed APC-Capon filter can utilize the non-reiterative adaptive pulse compression technique to alleviate both range sidelobes and mutual interference;at the same time it also can borrows ideas from the coherent signals cancellation of adaptive beamforming to perform clutter *** detection performance simulations show that,with the same size parameters (including code length and the numbers of transmitter elements,receiver elements as well as pulses),the proposed CFAR detector is inferior to the adaptive matched filter (AMF) *** as the size parameters increase,the proposed CFAR detector will gradually outperform the AMF detector with smaller size parameters,and more importantly,unlike the AMF detector which has a lot of difficulties in performing due to the inordinate demands for the computational complexity and training sample size,this demands of the proposed CFAR detector will not significantly *** simulations also show that,the correlation properties of these intrapulse coded waveforms have certain effect on the APC-Capon filter and its corresponding CFAR *** fortunately,the effect will decrease as the number of intrapulse coded waveforms increases.

This paper studies the radar cross section （RCS） of carrier electronic warfare airplanes. Under the typical naval operations section, the mathematical model of the radar wave＇s pitch angle incidence range analysis is established. Based on the CATIA software, considering dynamic deflec- tions of duck wing leading edge flaps, flaperons, horizontal tail, and rudder, as well as aircraft with air-to-air missile, anti-radiation missile, electronic jamming pod, and other weapons, the 3D models of carrier electronic warfare airplanes Model A and Model B with weapons were established. Based on the physical optics method and the equivalent electromagnetic flow method, by the use of the RCSAnsys software, the characteristics of carrier electronic warfare airplanes＇ RCS under steady and dynamic flights were simulated under the UHF, X, and S radar bands. This paper researches the detection probability of aircraft by radars under the condition of electronic warfare, and com- pletes the mathematical statistical analysis of the simulation results. The results show that： The Model A of carrier electronic warfare airplane is better than Model B on stealth performance and on discover probability by radar detection effectively.

Interoperability plays an important role in the joint command, control, communication, computer, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance(C4 ISR) operations. Coordinating and integrating operational processes to fulfill a common mission are challenged by the ever-changing battlefield and hence requires a cross-organizational process management that produces an autonomous, flexible and adaptable architecture for collaborative process evolution. The traditional business process collaboration pattern is based on the predefined "public-view" perspective and cannot meet the requirement of the joint task operations. This paper proposes a flexible visibility control mechanism and a dynamic collaboration framework for modeling and generating collaborative processes. The mechanism allows collaborators to define a set of visibility rules to generate different views of the private processes for different collaborations, which gives a great flexibility for the collaboration initiator to decide on an appropriate collaboration pattern. The framework supports collaborators to dynamically and recursively add a new process or even a new organization to an existing collaboration. Moreover, a formal representation of the processes and a set of generation algorithms are provided to consolidate the proposed theory.

When a pico satellite is under normal operational condi- tions, whether it is extended or unscented, a conventional Kalman filter gives sufficiently good estimation results. However, if the measurements are not reliable because of any kind of malfunc- tions in the estimation system, the Kalman filter gives inaccurate results and diverges by time. This study compares two different robust Kalman filtering algorithms, robust extended Kalman filter （REKF） and robust unscented Kalman filter （RUKF）, for the case of measurement malfunctions. In both filters, by the use of de- fined variables named as the measurement noise scale factor, the faulty measurements are taken into the consideration with a small weight, and the estimations are corrected without affecting the characteristic of the accurate ones. The proposed robust Kalman filters are applied for the attitude estimation process of a pico satel- lite, and the results are compared.
