Currently,talent training in Chinese universities for landscape architecture is mainly divided into three directions:“landscape planning and design,”“landscape construction management,”and“landscape plant planting and maintenance.”However,with the background of the slowing urbanization process and the widespread demand for composite talents in society,it remains to be verified whether the traditional three major talent training directions in landscape architecture align with the job demands in the current construction *** on a survey and analysis of over 300 industry practitioners,this study found a clear trend of merging the three major employment directions into“landscape design and construction”and“landscape plant planting and maintenance.”This presents new requirements and directions for the skill training of landscape architecture majors in universities and provides insights into the alignment between talent training and employment demands in other industries.

In recent years,with the rapid development of our economic and enlarge our city,the demands of culture are improving,more people take more focus on the development of our urban public *** an improtant part in urban contruction,public art has its own positive effect,it will keep connection with works,designer,people and city *** communication in these four parts is also the main form expression of interaction about public *** system of urban construction,the interaction of public art has different meanings in defferent *** paper will show these differents from business district,tourist attractions and *** indicate the expressions of city public art in these different areas.

This paper advances a new concept of textile-meltglue cloth, and introduces the readers to the basic principle of melt-glue cloth. On the basis of melt spinning, the spinneret can be replaced by a spinning device that consists of an outer spinneret (a loop)and an inner spinneret ( a round plate), and between them there is an interval circle on which the centers of the holes are evenly distributed. When the machine is running, the outer spinneret (or the inner one) is fixed, the inner spinneret (or the outer one)is spinning, and a columnar net will be *** it will be excided with the help of a cutter in transporting it. Finally the once-forming melt-glue cloth will be produced. Compared with the traditional woven fabric, melt-glue cloth has a lot of special features and a bright future of application.

Pattern design is very important for knitting industry. Fractal theory is adopted to create image automatically, which is applied to design knitted sweaters. Based on Mandelbrot set(M-set), image could be generated automatically by visual basic (VB) program. Plenty of wonderful patterns are created by the following methods: selecting any parts of the image and magnifying, extending generalized M-set, editing the selected images with photoshop. The edited pattern is used to set on any parts of clothes to show fashion effect. Actual knitted structure is simulated by knitting CAD software. The results show that the fractal theory has greater potential applications in knitted pattern design, and it deserves further research.

The dynamic behavior,rapid mobility,abrupt changes in network topology,and numerous other flying constraints in unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)networks make the design of a routing protocol a challenging *** data routing for communication between UAVs faces numerous challenges,such as low link quality,data loss,and routing path *** work proposes greedy perimeter stateless routing(GPSR)based design and implementation of a new adaptive communication routing protocol technique for UAVs,allowing multiple UAVs to communicate more effectively with each other in a *** imitation of the real environment is accomplished by considering UAVs’three-dimensional(3D)mobility in the *** performance of the proposed intelligent greedy perimeter stateless routing(IGPSR)scheme has been evaluated based on end-to-end(E2E)delay,network throughput,and data loss *** adapted scheme displayed on average 40%better *** scenario has been implemented holistically on the network simulator software NS-3.

In order to improve the accuracy of using visual methods to detect the quality of fluff fabrics,based on the previous research,this paper proposes a method of rapid classification detection using support vector machine(SVM).The fabric image is acquired by the principle of light-cut imaging,and the region of interest is extracted by the method of grayscale horizontal *** obtained coordinates of the upper edge of the fabric are decomposed into high frequency information and low frequency information by wavelet transform,and the high frequency information is used as a data set for *** experimental comparison and analysis,the detection rate of the SVM method proposed in this paper is higher than the previously proposed back propagation(BP)neural network and particle swarm optimization BP(PSO-BP)neural network detection methods,and the accuracy rate can reach 99.41%,which can meet the needs of industrial testing.

Kaba is considered to be a kind of traditional apparel worn by the women in Ghana. Though, it’s worn to accentuate female modesty, chastity and elegance among the women folks. The modern day woman faces a lot of physical and emotional challenges when it comes to breastfeeding. There is a need to redesign and improve upon the kaba apparel for breastfeeding purposes. This study, therefore, sought to redesign functional kaba apparel for breastfeeding mothers. Based on the apparel design framework of Lamb and Kallal, design requirements were identified from breastfeeding mothers and incorporated into the designed apparel. Five prototype designs were made and tested by three selected mothers towards effective breastfeeding. Findings revealed that the prototype apparels made of fasteners and openings in the horizontal, diagonal and vertical directions with zippers and buttons were said to be suitable, comfortable to use and hence acceptable for implementation. This added functional part of the apparel boosted the comfort and confidence of the mother without compromising on their expressive values.

Festivals are intrinsic aspects of the culture of a group of people and allow displaying interesting crafts and elements such as fabrics, symbols, folktales, and paraphernalia. The dynamism in the culture is vast but unexplored as inspiration for the creation of products. This created the need to explore the possibility of designing contemporary print and products from these crafts and elements from two festivals (Aboakyir and Gologo) using Adobe Photoshop in the design process. This phenomenon necessitated the consideration of this project which was undertaken by employing the design-based practice coupled with observation as an instrument. Elements related to the festivals were identified and using the design process, print designs were developed and further simulated on different products. This practice seeks to promote the cultural heritage of the people to a wider populace and the world at large. It is recommended that the Traditional Council should have a museum or gallery for keeping the artworks used in their festivals for archival purposes.
