Guided by the theoretical processes of mindfulness and psychological well-being,this study examined serenity as a mediator between mindfulness facets and psychological well-being,as indexed by depressive symptoms and life *** were 133 mindfulness practitioners who took part in a 3-day transnational meditation event in Hong *** informed consent,participants completed a self-report *** findings from structural equation modeling showed that serenity mediated the relation between two facets of mindfulness,including describing and nonreacting to inner experience,and life *** also mediated the relation between the mindfulness facet of describing and depressive *** associations were indicated between two mindfulness facets,including observing and nonjudging of inner experience,and depressive *** together,the findings revealed mindfulness facets as major correlates of serenity and psychological outcomes among Chinese meditation *** foster psychological well-being,researchers,educators,and practitioners should pay attention to the role of serenity,describing,and nonreacting to inner experience in mental health.

Newborn hearing screening(NHS) programs are essential to identify hearing loss early in life and to improve outcomes in children. In Saudi Arabia, the national NHS program has been operational since 2016;however, few studies have evaluated its status, and none have covered all provinces across the country. This cross-sectional retrospective study provides an overview of the program's status across all provinces, focusing on screening coverage rates, referral/fail rates, and follow-up procedures. In 2021, 199,034 newborns were screened, with a coverage rate of 92.6% and an overall referral/fail rate of 1.87%. These performance measures provide a foundation for future progress and improvements. This study highlights the importance of ongoing efforts to enhance the program's effectiveness and sustainability.

Artificial immune detection can be used to detect network intrusions in an adaptive approach and proper matching methods can improve the accuracy of immune detection *** paper proposes an artificial immune detection model for network intrusion data based on a quantitative matching *** proposed model defines the detection process by using network data and decimal values to express features and artificial immune mechanisms are simulated to define immune ***,to improve the accuracy of similarity calculation,a quantitative matching method is *** model uses mathematical methods to train and evolve immune elements,increasing the diversity of immune recognition and allowing for the successful detection of unknown *** proposed model’s objective is to accurately identify known intrusions and expand the identification of unknown intrusions through signature detection and immune detection,overcoming the disadvantages of traditional *** experiment results show that the proposed model can detect intrusions *** has a detection rate of more than 99.6%on average and a false alarm rate of 0.0264%.It outperforms existing immune intrusion detection methods in terms of comprehensive detection performance.

language learning materials not only provide language input for learners but also subtly disseminate ideology and influence readers’*** study,based on the framework of ecological discourse analysis,quantitatively analyzes and qualitatively describes the ecological significance of environmental texts in the 21st *** aim is to provide references for the compilation of environmental discourse in language learning materials,promote the construction of more ecologically beneficial discourse,and facilitate the widespread dissemination of the ecological philosophy of“Diversity and Harmony,Interaction and Co-existence”among young *** initial findings of this study are as follows:In the environmental texts of the publication,a large number of relational processes and action processes are used to objectively represent the natural environment;the discourse tends to be ambiguous and beneficial,generally aligning with the ecological philosophy of“Diversity and Harmony,Interaction and Co-existence.”This can guide readers to correctly understand and face environmental issues,which is conducive to the healthy development of natural ecosystems.

In recent years,the usage of social networking sites has considerably increased in the Arab *** has empowered individuals to express their opinions,especially in ***,various organizations that operate in the Arab countries have embraced social media in their day-to-day business activities at different *** is attributed to business owners’understanding of social media’s importance for business ***,the arabic morphology is too complicated to understand due to the availability of nearly 10,000 roots and more than 900 patterns that act as the basis for verbs and *** speech over online social networking sites turns out to be a worldwide issue that reduces the cohesion of civil *** this background,the current study develops a Chaotic Elephant Herd Optimization with Machine Learning for Hate Speech Detection(CEHOML-HSD)model in the context of the arabic *** presented CEHOML-HSD model majorly concentrates on identifying and categorising the arabic text into hate speech and *** attain this,the CEHOML-HSD model follows different sub-processes as discussed *** the initial stage,the CEHOML-HSD model undergoes data pre-processing with the help of the TF-IDF ***,the Support Vector Machine(SVM)model is utilized to detect and classify the hate speech texts made in the arabic ***,the CEHO approach is employed for fine-tuning the parameters involved in *** CEHO approach is developed by combining the chaotic functions with the classical EHO *** design of the CEHO algorithm for parameter tuning shows the novelty of the work.A widespread experimental analysis was executed to validate the enhanced performance of the proposed CEHOML-HSD *** comparative study outcomes established the supremacy of the proposed CEHOML-HSD model over other approaches.

Until now, significant healthcare challenges and growing urgent clinical requirements remain incompletely addressed by presently available biomedical materials. This is due to their inadequate mechanical compatibility, suboptimal physical and chemical properties, susceptibility to immune rejection, and concerns about long-term biological safety. As an alternative, liquid metal(LM) opens up a promising class of biomaterials with unique advantages like biocompatibility, flexibility, excellent electrical conductivity,and ease of functionalization. However, despite the unique advantages and successful explorations of LM in biomedical fields, widespread clinical translations and applications of LM-based medical products remain limited. This article summarizes the current status and future prospects of LM biomaterials, interprets their applications in healthcare, medical imaging, bone repair, nerve interface, and tumor therapy, *** to translate LM materials into medicine and obstacles encountered in practices are *** that, we outline a blueprint for LM clinics, emphasizing their potential in making new-generation artificial organs. Last, the core challenges of LM biomaterials in clinical translation, including bio-safety,material stability, and ethical concerns are also discussed. Overall, the current progress, translational medicine bottlenecks, and perspectives of LM biomaterials signify their immense potential to drive future medical breakthroughs and thus open up novel avenues for upcoming clinical practices.

A multi-feature-based intelligent redundancy elimination scheme for cloud-assisted health systems

Redundancy elimination techniques are extensively investigated to reduce storage overheads for cloud-assisted health *** eliminates the redundancy of duplicate blocks by storing one physical instance referenced by multiple *** compression is usually regarded as a complementary technique to deduplication to further remove the redundancy of similar blocks,but our observations indicate that this is disobedient when data have sparse duplicate *** addition,there are many overlapped deltas in the resemblance detection process of post-deduplication delta compression,which hinders the efficiency of delta compression and the index phase of resemblance detection inquires abundant non-similar blocks,resulting in inefficient system ***,a multi-feature-based redundancy elimination scheme,called MFRE,is proposed to solve these *** similarity feature and temporal locality feature are excavated to assist redundancy elimination where the similarity feature well expresses the duplicate ***,similarity-based dynamic post-deduplication delta compression and temporal locality-based dynamic delta compression discover more similar base blocks to minimise overlapped deltas and improve compression ***,the clustering method based on block-relationship and the feature index strategy based on bloom filters reduce IO overheads and improve system *** demonstrate that the proposed method,compared to the state-of-the-art method,improves the compression ratio and system throughput by 9.68%and 50%,respectively.
