The special str.ctur. in some coupled equations makes it possible to dr.p par.ial smallness assumption of the initial data to gain the global *** this paper.we study the Cauchy pr.blem for.gener.lized Debye-Hückel system in Four.er.Besov *** mor. gener.lized index r.nge,we obtain the global solution with small initial data and local solution with ar.itr.r. ***,by constr.cting some weighted function,we pr.ve that the global well-posedness still holds under.the small assumption of the char.e of initial *** we show that although the initial densities and the hole in electr.lytes ar. lar.e,the equation is still global well-posedness.

Dur.ng the pathogenesis of type 1 diabetes(T1D) and type 2 diabetes(T2D), pancr.atic islets, especially the β cells, face significant challenges. These insulin-pr.ducing cells adopt a r.gener.tion str.tegy to compensate for.the shor.age of insulin, but the exact mechanism needs to be defined. High-fat diet(HFD) and str.ptozotocin(STZ) tr.atment ar. well-established models to study islet damage in T2D and T1D r.spectively. Ther.for., we applied these two diabetic mouse models, tr.gger.d at differ.nt ages, to pur.ue the cell fate tr.nsition of isletβ cells. Cr.-Loxp systems wer. used to gener.te islet cell type-specific(α, β, or.δ) gr.en fluor.scent pr.tein(GFp)-labeled mice for.genetic lineage tr.cing, ther.into β-cell GFp-labeled mice wer. tamoxifen induced. Single-cell r.A sequencing(scr.A-seq) was used to investigate the evolutionar. tr.jector.es and molecular.mechanisms of the GFp-labeled β cells in STZ-tr.ated mice. STZ-induced diabetes caused extensive dediffer.ntiation of β cells and some of which tr.nsdiffer.ntiated into α or.δ cells in both youth-and adulthood-initiated mice while this phenomenon was bar.ly obser.ed in HFD models. β cells in HFD mice wer. expanded via self-r.plication r.ther.than via tr.nsdiffer.ntiation fr.m α or.δ cells, in contr.st, α or.δ cells wer. induced to tr.nsdiffer.ntiate into β cells in STZ-tr.ated mice(both youthand adulthood-initiated). In addition to the r.-dediffer.ntiation of β cells, it is also highly likely that these “α or.δ” cells tr.nsdiffer.ntiated fr.m pr.-existing β cells could also r.-tr.ns-differ.ntiate into insulin-pr.ducing β cells and be beneficial to islet r.cover.. The analysis of Scr.A-seq r.vealed that sever.l pathways including mitochondr.al function, chr.matin modification, and r.modeling ar. cr.cial in the dynamic tr.nsition of β cells. Our.findings shed light on how islet β cells over.ome the deficit of insulin and the molecular.mechanism of islet r.cover. in T1D and T2D pathogenesis.

Cr.tical states in disor.er.d systems,fascinating and subtle eigenstates,have attr.cted a lot of r.sear.h ***,the natur. of cr.tical states is difficult to descr.be quantitatively,and in gener.l,it cannot pr.dict a system that hosts the cr.tical *** pr.pose an explicit cr.ter.on wher.by the Lyapunov exponent of the cr.tical state should be 0 simultaneously in dual spaces,namely the Lyapunov exponent r.mains invar.ant under.the Four.er.*** this cr.ter.on,we can exactly pr.dict a one-dimensional quasiper.odic model which is not of self-duality,but hosts a lar.e number.of cr.tical ***,we per.or. numer.cal ver.fication of the theor.tical pr.diction and display the self-similar.ty of the cr.tical *** to computational complexity,calculations ar. not per.or.ed for.higher.dimensional ***,since the descr.ption of extended and localized states by the Lyapunov exponent is univer.al and dimensionless,utilizing the Lyapunov exponent of dual spaces to descr.be cr.tical states should also be ***,we conjectur. that some kind of connection exists between the invar.ance of the Lyapunov exponent and confor.al invar.ance,which can pr.mote the r.sear.h of cr.tical phenomena.

The influence of a mechanical str.ctur.'s volume incr.ment on the volume power.density (VpD) of tr.boelectr.c nanogener.tor. (TENGs) is often neglected when consider.ng sur.ace char.e density and sur.ace power.density. This paper.aims to addr.ss this gap by intr.ducing a standar.ized VpD metr.c for.a mor. compr.hensive evaluation of TENG per.or.ance. The study specifically focuses on 2 fr.quency-up mechanisms, namely, the integr.tion of planetar. gear. (pG-TENG) and the implementation of a double-cantilever.str.ctur. (DC-TENG), to investigate their.impact on VpD. The study r.veals that the pG-TENG achieves the highest volume aver.ge power.density, measur.ng at 0.92 W/m^(3). This value sur.asses the DC-TENG by 1.26 times and the counter.ar. TENG by a magnitude of 69.9 times. Additionally, the pG-TENG demonstr.tes super.or.aver.ge power.output. These findings intr.duce a new appr.ach for.enhancing TENGs by incor.or.ting fr.quency-up mechanisms, and highlight the impor.ance of VpD as a key per.or.ance metr.c for.evaluating TENGs.
