Most software systems have different stakeholders with a variety of *** process of collecting requirements from a large number of stakeholders is vital but *** propose an efficient,automatic approach to collecting requirements from different stakeholders’responses to a specific *** use natural language processing techniques to get the stakeholder response that represents most other stakeholders’*** study improves existing practices in three ways:Firstly,it reduces the human effort needed to collect the requirements;secondly,it reduces the time required to carry out this task with a large number of stakeholders;thirdly,it underlines the importance of using of data mining techniques in various software engineering *** approach uses tokenization,stop word removal,and word lemmatization to create a list of frequently accruing *** then creates a similarity matrix to calculate the score value for each response and selects the answer with the highest *** experiments show that using this approach significantly reduces the time and effort needed to collect requirements and does so with a sufficient degree of accuracy.

This paper discusses a security-constrained integrated coordination scheduling framework for an integrated electricity-natural gas system(IEGS),in which both tight interdependence between electricity and natural gas transmission networks and their distinct dynamic characteristics at different timescales are fully *** proposed framework includes two linear programming *** first one focuses on hour-based steady-state coordinated economic scheduling on power outputs of electricity generators and mass flow rates of natural gas sources while considering electricity transmission N-1 *** the steady-state mass flow rate solutions of gas sources as the initial value,the second one studies second-based slow gas dynamics and optimizes pressures of gas sources to ensure that inlet gas pressure of gas-fired generator is within the required pressure range at any time between two consecutive steady-state *** proposed framework is validated via an IEGS consisting of an IEEE 24-bus electricity network and a15-node 14-pipeline natural gas network coupled by gasfired *** results illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed framework in coordinating electricity and natural gas systems as well as achieving economic and reliable operation of IEGS.

To detect the improper sitting posture of a person sitting on a chair,a posture detection system using machine learning classification has been proposed in this *** addressed problem correlates to the third Sustainable Development Goal(SDG),ensuring healthy lives and promoting well-being for all ages,as specified by the World Health Organization(WHO).An improper sitting position can be fatal if one sits for a long time in the wrong position,and it can be dangerous for ulcers and lower spine *** novel study includes a practical implementation of a cushion consisting of a grid of 3×3 force-sensitive resistors(FSR)embedded to read the pressure of the person sitting on ***,the Body Mass Index(BMI)has been included to increase the resilience of the system across individual physical variances and to identify the incorrect postures(backward,front,left,and right-leaning)based on the five machine learning algorithms:ensemble boosted trees,ensemble bagged trees,ensemble subspace K-Nearest Neighbors(KNN),ensemble subspace discriminant,and ensemble RUSBoosted *** proposed arrangement is novel as existing works have only provided simulations without practical implementation,whereas we have implemented the proposed design in *** results validate the proposed sensor placements,and the machine learning(ML)model reaches a maximum accuracy of 99.99%,which considerably outperforms the existing *** proposed concept is valuable as it makes it easier for people in workplaces or even at individual household levels to work for long periods without suffering from severe harmful effects from poor posture.

This paper addresses an optimal, cooperative output regulation problem for multi-agent systems with distributed denial of service attacks and unknown system dynamics. Unlike existing studies, the proposed solution is essentially a learning-based control strategy such that one can obtain a distributed control policy with internal models through online data and analyze the resilience of closed-loop systems, both without the precise knowledge of system dynamics in the state-space model. The efficiency of the proposed methodology is validated using computer simulations.

Path profiling records the frequency of each path in an executed *** accomplish profiling,probes are instrumented in the program and executed as the program ***,the number of probes has a significant impact on the efficiency of a profiling *** profiling only the interesting paths,existing techniques try to improve the profiling efficiency by reducing the number of probes and optimize path encodings for efficient ***,they lack accuracy,waste time on running uninteresting paths,and can mainly deal with acyclic *** this article,a novel technique called Profiling Selected Paths(PSP)is introduced to profile selected paths,which enables custom selection for both acyclic and cyclic paths and increases the execution efficiency by early termination on uninteresting *** analysis and experimental evaluation indicate that PSP performs better than existing techniques.

Singular point(SP)extraction is a key component in automatic fingerprint identification system(AFIS).A new method was proposed for fingerprint singular points extraction,based on orientation tensor field and Laurent ***,fingerprint orientation flow field was obtained,using the gradient of fingerprint *** these gradients,fingerprint orientation tensor field was ***,candidate SPs were detected by the cross-correlation energy in multi-scale Gaussian *** energy was calculated between fingerprint orientation tensor field and Laurent polynomial *** a global descriptor,the Laurent polynomial coefficients were allowed for rotational ***,a support vector machine(SVM)classifier was trained to remove spurious SPs,using cross-correlation coefficient as a feature ***,experiments were performed on Singular Point Detection Competition 2010(SPD2010)*** to the winner algorithm of SPD2010 which has best accuracy of 31.90%,the accuracy of proposed algorithm is 45.34%.The results show that the proposed method outperforms the state-of-the-art detection algorithms by large margin,and the detection is invariant to rotational transformations.

The oscillations in a power system can be categorized into free oscillations and forced oscillations. Many algorithms have been developed to estimate the modes of free oscillations in a power system. Recently, forced oscillations have caught many researchers’ *** are proposed to detect forced oscillations and locate their sources. In addition, forced oscillations may have a negative impact on the estimation of mode and mode-shape if they are not properly accounted for. To improve the power system reliability and dynamic properties, it is important to first distinguish forced oscillations from free oscillations and then locate the sources of forced oscillations in a timely manner. The negative impact of forced oscillation can be mitigated when they are detected and located. This paper provides an overview of the analysis technique of forced oscillations in power systems. In addition, some future opportunities are discussed in forced oscillation studies.
