Background:Asthma is a major non-communicable disease affecting both children and adult populations,characterized by inflammation and narrowing of *** is a naturopathy treatment modality effectively used to manage bronchial *** case series presents the immediate effect of one such hydrotherapy treatment hot fomentation on pulmonary function in bronchial *** presentation:Three women who had chief complaints of wheezing,sneeze and breathlessness due to chronic bronchial *** fomentation over the inter-scapular region was given to the patient for a duration of 20 *** function test was performed using Recorders&Medicine Systems Pvt *** 401 before and immediately after the intervention to assess the efficacy of hot ***:When compared to baseline,the pulmonary function’s parameters,such as forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in the first second,forced expiratory volume in the first second/forced vital capacity ratio,forced expiratory flow(25–75%)and peak expiratory flow showed significant improvement immediately after the ***:After 20 minutes of hot fomentation,significant improvement in pulmonary function was *** fomentation over the interscapular region,could thus be used to improve clinical outcomes in the management of bronchial asthma by improving pulmonary function and relieving acute symptoms.

Objective To determine the effect of needling at Sanyinjiao(SP6)on random blood glucose(RBG)levels and cardiovascular function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods In this randomized placebo-controlled study,T2DM patients(aged 35-65 years)were recruited from the Government yoga and Naturopathy Medical College and Hospital,Chennai,India,between January 5,2022 and March 15,*** were randomly as-signed to either acupuncture group or sham acupuncture *** acupuncture group re-ceived bilateral needling at Sanyinjiao(SP6)while sham acupuncture group received needling at a non-acupuncture point[1.5 cun lateral to Sanyinjiao(SP6)]for 30 *** outcome was RBG,and secondary outcomes included systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),pulse rate(PR),pulse pressure(PP),mean arterial pressure(MAP),rate pressure product(RPP),and double product(Do-P).All parameters were assessed imme-diately before and after *** A total of 100 patients with T2DM were enrolled in the study,and blinded to acupuncture group(n=50)and sham acupuncture group(n=50).Intergroup analysis showed that significant reductions in RBG(P<0.001),SBP(P=0.035),DBP(P=0.008),and MAP(P=0.009)were found in acupuncture group compared with sham acupuncture ***-group analysis showed significant reductions in RBG(P<0.001),SBP(P<0.001),DBP(P=0.008),PP(P=0.023),MAP(P<0.001),RPP(P<0.001),and Do-P(P=0.002)in acupunc-ture group,whereas sham acupuncture group showed a significant decrease in PR(P=0.023)only in the post-test assessment compared with pre-test *** A period of 30 min of needling at the Sanyinjiao(SP6)acupuncture point re-duces RBG and promotes cardiovascular function in patients with T2DM as compared with needling at non-acupuncture ***(SP6)acupuncture may offer an immediate,non-pharmacological intervention to strengthen glycemic control management and cardio-vascular health in T2DM patients.

In experiments with physical noise generators based on electronic or photonic quantum events, significant deviations from random distributions have been repeatedly observed. To explain these effects, intention-based interactions between consciousness and mind with physical random processes have been suggested, either being caused by individual minds or by a proposed global mind. As these explanations involve physically undefined objects such as “mind” and “consciousness”, an explanatory model based on the concept of an information field is given herein, based on the concept of generalized quantum entanglement, including the entanglement of physical noise processes with information fields and an analogy to quantum teleportation. In addition, the non-random hypothesis of using such a physical noise generator in capturing qualitative characteristics of individuals is tested in a randomized controlled study with 100 participants.

Inspired by Roger Nelson’s Global Consciousness Project (GCP), the Global Earth Healing Project (GEHP) uses a network of several hundred physical noise generators to amplify the combined intentions of their users in order to infuse positive affirmations into the global consciousness. As mentioned in the original study design, it was intended to use the GCP as a reference for the effectiveness of its activities. The data of the GEHP consisting of 21 events from 2013 to 2020 is analyzed and statistically compared to the data of the GCP. An astonishing synchronicity was observed, which suggests an interaction between the brain states of the observers and the physical noise generators of the GCP.

Purpose The purpose of this study was to monitor the Indian national rowing team’s training regime and the changes that occur in the rowers’body composition,muscle cell damage,and training load markers during the phases of preparation for an international *** Ten male and 9 female elite rowers from the national team underwent anthropometric assessment and blood tests during 17 weeks of training,at the end of general preparation(W4),preparation(W10),and pre-competition(W17)*** fat%and somatotype were determined by Siri’s equation and Heath-Carter manual,*** of blood biomarkers included measures of creatine phosphokinase(CPK),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),urea,uric acid,testosterone,and cortisol *** Changes in variables were estimated by repeated-measures *** fat%(P<0.001;male:d=−2.03;female:d=−2.89)and endomorph(P<0.05;male:d=−2.05;female:d=−0.68)decreased significantly at pre-competition,whereas weight,mesomorph,and ectomorph remained unchanged throughout ***(male:d=−1.47;female:d=−1.46)and uric acid(male:d=−0.74;female:d=−1.71)showed a significant decrease at pre-competition phase in both *** concentration significantly(P<0.05)decreased at preparation(d=−1.05)and increased during pre-competition(d=−1.28)in male *** showed significant increase(P<0.01)at preparation(male:d=1.17;female:d=2.02)and pre-competition(male:d=1.28;female:d=2.09)than base ***,no significant changes were observed in cortisol,testosterone,or T/C ratio in subsequent *** correlation(P<0.05)was found between LDH and T/C ratio with rowing timing in male *** 2000 m rowing timing also showed a significant improvement at W17 compared to W4(male:d=−1.25;female:d=−0.94).Conclusion In conclusion,our results showed that rowers encounter more muscle damage and less protein catabolism during training ***,it is evidenced that rowing performance improved and bio
