The present study is devoted to understanding the evolution of the Upper Jurassic Sab'atayn Formation in the Marib-Shabwa Basin,Yemen,through a sequence stratigraphic analysis based on integrating datasets of sedimentology,seismic sections,and well *** Sab'atayn Formation(Tithonian age)is represented by a series of clastic and evaporites that were deposited under fluvio-deltaic to prodeltaic *** is divided into four members including Yah(at the base),upwards to Seen,Alif,and Safir at the *** third-order depositional sequences were determined for the Tithonian succession which were separated by three sequence *** sequences were classified into their systems tracts signifying several sedimentation patterns of progradational,aggradational,and retrogradational parasequence *** first depositional sequence corresponds to the early-middle Tithonian Yah and Seen units that can be classified into lowstand,transgressive,and highstand systems *** second sequence comprises the late Tithonian Alif unit that can be subdivided into transgressive and highstand systems *** sandy deposits of the Alif Member(highstand deposits)represent the most productive hydrocarbon reservoir in the *** Upper Jurassic sediments in the study area were resulted from a combination of eustatic and tectonic effects.

Arbuscular mycorrhizae(AM)fungi form symbiotic associations with plant roots,providing nutritional benefits and promoting plant growth and defenses against various *** changes in the roots during AM fungal colonization are key to understanding the development and maintenance of these ***,we investigated metabolic changes in the roots of peanut(Arachis hypogaea L.)plants during the colonization and development of AM symbiosis,and compared them to uncolonized *** primary changes during the initial stage of AM colonization were in the contents and compositions of phenylpropanoid and flavonoid *** compounds function in signaling pathways that regulate recognition,interactions,and pre-colonization between roots and AM *** compounds decreased by 25%when the symbiosis was fully established compared to the initial colonization *** AM symbiosis was established,general metabolism strongly shifted toward the formation of lipids,amino acids,carboxylic acids,and *** compounds increased by 8.5%from the pre-symbiotic stage to well-established ***-phosphatidylcholines,which are signaling compounds,were only present in AM roots,and decreased in content after the symbiosis was *** the initial stage of AM establishment,the content of salicylic acid increased two-fold,whereas jasmonic acid and abscisic acid decreased compared to uncolonized *** jasmonic acid content decreased in roots after the symbiosis was well *** symbiosis was associated with high levels of calcium,magnesium,and D-(+)-mannose,which stimulated seedling ***,specific metabolites that favor the establishment of AM symbiosis were common in the roots,primarily during early colonization,whereas general metabolism was strongly altered when AM symbiosis was *** conclusion,specialized metabolites function as signaling compounds to establish AM *** compounds are no longe

"Silver Age" as a Sociocultural Phenomenon

The article deals with "Silver Age" concept as a sociocultural phenomenon from the view of russian philosophy, the concept of all-unity and the ideas of symbolism, reflected both by modern philosophers, culturologists, art historians, and figures of the study period under. The complexity of the "Silver Age" socio-cultural phenomenon requires a metasystem methodological approach, combining principles of historical, literary and cultural criticism in the unity of their philosophical foundations. The essential features of the "Silver Age" as a cultural matrix and ideological paradigm are identified. Particular attention is paid to the concept of all-unity and its reflection in the principles of symbolism. It is asserted that the worldview of the symbolists encompasses the main ways of the "Silver Age" philosophy developing.

The article studies the complex and rather equivocal discourse set around the altered states of consciousness and so-called "emerging scientific paradigm" which claims to return to human existence a certain supreme transcendental meaning that could help rebuilding a universal symbolic space, and thus return a man himself to the sacred reality. The psychedelic trend unites concepts and approaches that differ significantly from each other both in their degree of proximity to academic science and in their conclusions regarding the dominant mental paradigm. However, representatives of this trend, despite all the differences, stand together for that the so-called altered states of consciousness are the key to comprehending the cosmic reality of the sacred. The technique for achieving these states varies from the use of semi-legal and illegal psychoactive substances(A. Huxley, T. McKenna, T. Leary) to yogic breathing practices(S. Grof) what makes the studied discourse evidently ambiguous.

The need to rethink the classical European systems that excluded the possibility of the existence(of the idea) of the Other from the ontological order was a key factor in the self-determination of subjects representing a nonWestern type of philosophical discourse. Un-ontological status deprived the Other of the right to be a subject and deprived his words of authenticity. The author of the article analyzes the views of Enrique Dussel, one of the primary figures in the philosophy of Liberation philosophical movement. An attempt to justify the existential status of the Other is made by E. Dussel by addressing European philosophers, whose ideas intended to overcome the anti-anthropological attitude and dehumanization tendencies, once begotten by the discourse of Totality. The content of the concept of the Other is clarified through its correlation with the concept of the Otherness. The explanatory potential of these ideas is revealed for the possibility of bringing the Other out of oblivion.

Neo-Kantianism and Specificity of "Sciences of the Spirit"

The article analyzes the fundamental difference between the "sciences of nature" and the "sciences of the spirit" revealed in Neo-Kantianism both in the subject and in the method. Whereas the "sciences of nature" tend to cognize the truth, the "sciences of the spirit" are meant to comprehend and create values;while the former use mathematics as the universal method of cognition, the latter apply hermeneutics as the art of comprehending other spiritual worlds. The complexity of the sciences of the spirit, their experimental nonverifiability, evaluativity, and moral concern are highlighted. The concept of freedom which appears in social and humanitarian knowledge and the presence of which makes both the behavior of a creative personality and the development of society unpredictable is particularly distinguished.

The author considers the important problem of the Medieval culture relating to the interrelation between human freedom and divine predestination. This theoretical issue is presented throughout the history of Christianity but it was revealed and most actively discussed at the period of Patristics when the Western and the Eastern Church Fathers were elaborating the Christian creed. This paper focuses on the philosophical and theological doctrine of Augustine of Hippo about human's freedom and God's predestination stressing that thereafter the Augustinian viewpoint has been determining the evaluation of Western Christianity. At the same time, it also analyzes Augustine's point of view representing Western Patristics with the corresponding teaching of Eastern Patristics. Special attention is paid to the difference in understanding the role and importance of man in the relationship between personal freedom and the divine predestination.

The article is dedicated to the major issues of the political philosophy of the prominent medieval philosopher of the Muslim East al-Ghazali(1058-1111). It is exactly the consideration of both the historical circumstances and political practice of the state(Caliphate/Imamate) of his days that allowed al-Ghazali to re-examine the traditional Sunni dogma of combining the authority and power, and to take a different look at the nature of the state in his teaching about the Imamate, which differed both from the model found during the reign of the Prophet and the Rashidun Caliphs, and from alGhazali's predecessors and contemporaries among the fuqaha(the Islamic jurists) and ulama(the scholars of Islamic doctrine and law).
