article is dedicated to the trade cooperation of United States with regional economic integration – European Union at the present *** authors analyzed trade cooperation,its dynamic,specialization,directions,and implement the term "economic anamorphosis".The authors came to conclusion that correlation of United States’ foreign trade indicators with European Union showed an unequal evaluation of each Union’ member and determined the disproportion of understanding and examination of regional integration not as the complex subject of the global economy but as the set of different and independent subjects.

This research article aims to examine the problem of comprehending Chinese diplomatic *** argue that China's diplomatic discourse is a multilevel and complicated system underpinned by figurative and symbolic semantics,divergent translations into foreign languages,multidimensionality of the cognitive sphere and versatility of *** discussions of well-known Chinese scholars on the issue of comprehension of China’s diplomatic discourse are highlighted in the *** also analyze the concept of a“shared future for humankind,”which is the systemic core of China's diplomatic discourse today and represents a brand of a global worldview promoted by Chinese *** examine this concept using sociolinguistic,cognitive and pragmatic approaches.

This article is devoted to analyzing scientific and educational cooperation between the People's Republic of China and the Commonwealth of Independent States. The authors consider the importance of such cooperation because education is one of the most effective ways of improving mutual understanding between nations, developing bilateral relations between countries. The CIS countries have a favorable geographical position, large reserves of natural resources and China has a huge economic and investment potential. The cooperation between them is mutually beneficial, and education could promote this cooperation.

This article is devoted to analyzing cultural and humanitarian cooperation between the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and the countries of Central Asia. The authors consider the importance of such cooperation because solving the Afghan problem by military methods is considered unpromising. The historical, ethnic and cultural roots of the Afghan people have much in common with the peoples of neighboring countries, and this should certainly be used to resolve the Afghan problem. Cultural and humanitarian cooperation between Afghanistan and the countries of Central Asia has good prospects for further development, in which all of these countries are interested.

This article focuses on the Sino-russian security cooperation within the SCO. The authors consider the security cooperation as the one of the most important parts of bilateral relationships of the People's Republic of China and the russian Federation. The Shanghai Cooperation Organization is a platform which was founded for Central Asia regional safety. Both China and russia have an interest in preserving stability of Central Asia, which makes the SCO a unique and promising platform for Sino-russian security cooperation. The authors come to conclusion that, although these states have different senses of the SCO future prospects, as the unofficial leaders they can morph it into more effective mechanism for their own cooperation by the way of combining their interests with mutual concessions and interaction with another regional organizations.

Education is one of the keys for future development. The 21 st century is characterized by increasing attention to education as a sphere of broadening influence, developing "soft power" and increasing economic potential. In case of Singapore, education is the most important thing to ensure economic development through improving workforce skills. The article highlights the main directions of Singapore's higher-education development. According to the authors, it includes individual approach, attracting talent, international standards, lifelong learning. Authors focus their attention on Singapore's three initiatives – Smart Nation Singapore, SkillsFuture. Authors conclude that Singapore's higher-education development can make useful example of attraction of foreign talent for economic growth of the state. The article introduces the higher-education system in Singapore since its independence. Authors focus their attention on educational development, main features of higher-education system.

Education cooperation within the framework of the China's President Xi Jinping "the Belt and Road" initiative is perceived as a key element of boosting comprehensive partnership between China and other developing countries. The initiative was announced in 2013 and has been placed among the top priorities of China's foreign policy. The article highlights Chinese vision, principles, and priorities of cooperation within the framework of OBOR initiative. In particular, the article highlights the importance of the project to China and the countries involved. The author of the article affirms that such cooperation plays an indispensable role in collaboration between the states and represents a new model of multilateral relations. The author calls upon China and other countries to broaden cooperation.

There are many similarities between the national growth of Brazil and *** countries are rich in natural resources,play a vital role in the establishment of regional blocs,are members of G-20 and adhere to the principles of preventive *** objective of this article is to show the role of the concept of strategic partnerships in the foreign policy of Brazil,whose international influence in the UN and other global structures is actively growing,and also to identify the characteristics of such partnership with *** Asia is becoming extremely important for the international economic system,and Indonesia,located on 17,000 islands,has an important geostrategic position,since all major sea routes in the Indian and Pacific Ocean pass through *** is currently distinguished thanks to its steady economic growth,political stability,integration into the global economy,and increased activity on international ***,it is no surprise that Brazilian-Indonesian strategic partnership has started to manifest itself not only in the development of comprehensive ties,but also in the cooperation in upholding the ideas of sustainable development,disarmament,as well as the peaceful resolution of conflicts on the global *** authors utilized a problematic-chronological method that allowed to analyze the areas of contacts between Brazil and Indonesia in the global arena,to find the problems and promising areas of partnership—including the oil and gas sector,the exchange of technologies,the creation of favorable investment climate,the coordination of activity in international organizations,and willingness to take into consideration mutual interests.
