Uterine artery pseudoaneurysm caused by hysteroscopic surgery: A case report

BACKGROUND We report a case of uterine artery pseudoaneurysm(UAP)occurrence during hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy and its treatment via uterine artery embolization(UAE).CASE SUMMARY A 48-year-old primigravid,primiparous patient was incidentally found to have an endometrial polyp during a health checkup,and underwent a hysteroscopic polypectomy at another *** cervix was dilated with a Laminken-R®*** the Laminken-R®was withdrawn,a large amount of genital bleeding was *** bleeding persisted after the hysteroscopic polypectomy,and,as hemostasis became impossible,the patient was transferred to our hospital by *** arrival,transvaginal ultrasonography revealed a 3-cm hypoechoic mass with a swirling internal pulse on the right side of the uterus,and color Doppler ultrasonography showed feeder vessels penetrating the *** contrast-enhanced computed tomography(CT)confirmed the presence of a mass at this site,and vascular proliferation was observed within the uterine ***,UAP was diagnosed,and UAE was *** patient’s postoperative course was uneventful,and 6 mo post-UAE,no recurrence of blood flow to the UAP was *** When abnormal genital bleeding occurs during hysteroscopic surgery,ultrasonography and contrast-enhanced CT can assist in the detection of early UAPs.

Recently,the experimental measurements of the branching ratios and different polarization asymmetries for processes occurring through flavor-changing-charged current（b→cτvτ）transitions by BABAR,Belle,and LHCb have revealed some significant differences from the corresponding Standard Model（SM） *** has triggered an interest to search for physics beyond the SM in the context of various new physics（NP） models and using the model-independent weak effective Hamiltonian（WEH）.Assuming left-handed neutrinos,we add the dimension-six vector,（pseudo-）scalar,and tensor operators with complex Wilson coefficients（WCs） to the SM *** 60%,3 0%,and 10% constraints resulting from the branching ratio of Bc→τvτ,we reassess the parametric space of these new physics WCs accommodating the current anomalies based on the most recent HFLAV data of Rτ/μ,e（D） and Rτ/μ,e（D*） and Belle data of FL（D*） and Pτ（D*）.We find that the allowed parametric region of lefthanded scalar couplings strongly depends on the constraints of the Bc→τvτbranching ratio,and the maximum pull from the SM predictions results from the <60% branching ratio ***,the parametric region changes significantly if we extend the analysis by adding LHCb data of Rτ/μ（J/ψ） and Rτ/l（Λc）.Furthermore,due to the large uncertainties in the measurements of Rτ/μ（J/ψ） and Rτ/l（Xc）,we derive the sum rules which complement them with Rτ/μ,e（D） and Rτ/μ,e（D*）.Using the best-fit points of the new complex WCs along with the latest measurements of Rτ/μ,e(D（*）),we predict the numerical values of the observable Rτ/l（Λc）,Rτ/μ（J/ψ）,and Rτ/l（Xc） from the sum *** simultaneous dependence of abovementioned physical observables on the NP WCs is established by plotting their correlation with RDand RD*,which are useful to discriminate between various NP *** find that the most significant impact of NP results from the WC CLS=***,we study the impact of these NP couplings on various angular and CP triple product asym

AIM:To investigate the association between juvenile open angle glaucoma(JOAG)and mental health among ***:This study used nationally representative data from the 8th Korea National health and Nutrition Examination Survey(KNHANES)*** diagnosis followed the international Society of Geographical and Epidemiological Ophthalmology criteria based on glaucomatous structural defects,visual field defects,corrected vision,and intraocular *** outcomes,suicidal behaviors,psychiatric counseling,and depression were evaluated through mental health *** ratios(ORs)with 95%confidence intervals(CIs)were estimated using logistic regression models,adjusting for ***:Among 7090 participants,3446 met the inclusion criteria for analysis,and 88(2.6%)were diagnosed with open angle glaucoma(OAG).After adjusting for age,sex,and best-corrected visual acuity(VA),participants with OAG were revealed to have significantly higher odds of suicidal behaviors(i.e.,ideation,planning,or attempts)compared with those without OAG(OR:2.70;95%CI:1.12-6.54;P=0.028).This association remained significant after further adjustments for socioeconomic status,lifestyle factors,and presence of chronic conditions(P=0.031 and 0.035,respectively).However,there was no significant difference for the other two outcomes,psychiatric counseling and *** age-stratified analysis revealed a stronger association between OAG and suicidal behaviors in younger JOAG participants(<40y)than in older OAG participants(≥40y;OR:3.80 vs 2.22;95%CI:0.79-18.22 vs 0.56-8.80,respectively).CONCLUSION:OAG patients show a higher risk of suicidal behaviors than those without glaucoma particularly in JOAG patients.

Some of the problems attributed to traditional laboratory analyses that limit the correct assessment of the nutrient contents in the soil are time requirements and high cost of the soil nutrient *** solve these problems,a study was carried out to evaluate the use of visible,near-infrared,and short-wave infrared(Vis-NIR-SWIR)spectroscopy in the prediction of soil available ions submitted to the application of rock *** study was carried out on an Arenosol in ParanavaíCity/***(rock powders)were arranged within a split-plot system designed in randomized blocks with four *** was cultivated for 14 months after the application of rock ***,96 soil samples were collected for measuring the pH and available ions P,K^(+),Ca^(2+),Mg^(2+),S-SO_(4)^(2-),Si,Cu^(2+),Fe^(2+),Mn^(2+),and Zn^(2+)as well as spectral reading through a Vis-NIR-SWIR spectroradiometer to predict the soil chemical attributes through the partial least square regression(PLS)*** results showed that the elements K^(+),Ca^(2+),Mg^(2+),Cu^(2+),and Fe^(2+)could be predicted with a reasonable rightness degree(R^(2)_(p)>0.50,RPDp>1.40)from spectral ***,for the attributes pH,P,S-SO_(4)^(2-),Si,Mn^(2+),and Zn^(2+),there were no satisfactory models(R^(2)_(p)<0.50,RPDp<1.40).Thus,the application of rock powder changed the spectral curves and,because of that,allows the building of PLS models to predict the elements K^(+),Ca^(2+),Mg^(2+),Cu^(2+),and Fe^(2+).Therefore,Vis-NIR-SWIR spectroscopy is a promising alternative to the routine analyses of soil fertility since it has advantages such as fast analytical speed,low cost,easy to operate,non-destructive,and environmentally friendly,because it does not use harmful chemicals.

In this paper,we investigate local properties in the system of completely integral mapping *** introduce notions of injectivity,local reflexivity,exactness,nuclearity,finite-represent ability and WEP in the system of completely integral mapping *** we obtain that any finite-dimensional operator space is injective in the system of completely integral mapping *** we prove that C is the unique nuclear operator space and the unique exact operator space in this *** also show that C is the unique operator space which is finitely representable in{T_(n)}n∈Nin this *** corollaries,Kirchberg’s conjecture and QWEP conjecture in the system of completely integral mapping spaces are false.
