Supplier management is one of the most important parts in supply chain management that is increasingly recognized as a critical decision in the globalization *** of firms have been spending considerable amount of their revenues on *** supplier selection is one of the most important functions of purchasing *** aim of this research is to introduce an integrated model for supplier’s selection and order allocation in an automotive *** the research was performed in two sections and four *** first section in order to select the best suppliers we used an integrated AHPTOPSIS ***,after library studies and interview with experts,managers and specialists in supply chain management filed,decision criterion were identified through Delphi contains of main criteria and sub criteria for suppliers selection *** in the second section for order allocation to every selected suppliers in first section;we used a multi-objective linear programming *** objectives and subjective of suppliers and Automotive Company were identified in this *** show that applying a two phase AHP-TOPSIS methodology causes to select the best *** Automotive Company’s total costs will be minimized with using a MOLP model.

近年来,在社会科学的协作配合下,渔业治理取得了长足进步。而"参与治理"和强调管理责任由政府和通常位于基层层面的用户群共同承担的"共同管理制度"在渔业治理工作中尤其受到关注。随着两部借鉴了同一国际项目的著作——一部学术专著和一部应用者指南的出版,我们对渔业治理复杂性的认识向前迈进了一大步。我们需要认清三个彼此独立又相互联系的治理层面:一是日常管理事务的处理;二是制度安排;三是制定可持续发展渔业政策所需的概念、价值、原则和标准的构建。本文笔者的论点是决策制定者将太多精力放在政策过程的最终阶段,而忽视了原则改善,而这些原则恰恰是在面对通常情况下都十分困难的选择时能够做出科学决策的基础。这一领域的许多进步都得益于社会科学遵从的多学科研究方法。

以北极研究为中心,基于CNKI和Web of Sciences Core Collection数据库2000—2017数据,采用CiteSpace,系统展示了中国和国际(含中国)在北极科研领域的发展趋势、前沿、热点和机构合作特征。研究表明,国内的北极研究经历了由气候海冰—航运—北极治理的研究过程,发文量以北极航运为主导。国际针对北极的研究经历了三个逐步加速阶段:1990、2000和2005,北极八国和德、英、法是北极研究的主力军。北极科技合作仍主要以国家内部合作为主,但科研机构合作频率高度爆发且出现一批以“Helmholtz Centrefor Polar and Marine Research(德国)、The Arctic University of Norway(挪威)、Aarhus University(丹麦)和KoreaPolar Research Institute(韩国)”为代表的北极研究合作爆发单位;北极研究领域多样,呈现出以“arcticocean”、“climate”、“arctic temperature”、“variability”、“sea ice”、“model”等为重点的关键词,表明近年国际北极研究主要热点在气候变化、海冰、洋流等领域,这些领域相互交叉。通过对国内外北极通航经济性的系统综述分析得出:国内外学者均认为与北极海冰有关因素是制约北极通航的关键;国内学者对北极通航的经济效益较为乐观,而国外学者则较为辨证且谨慎。这与研究所考虑的角度有关,国内学者较多考虑北极通航的技术管理、人力资源、能耗、时间和政治等因素,而国外学者在这些因素的基础上,还侧重于贸易需求、通航意愿性和通航对气候的影响等因素。

Node of international Flows or the Other Face of El Eulma

El Eulma has become an important node of transnational informal trade. It maintains strong relationships with international market places since the period where the "Trabendo" have seen a wide development in Algeria. On the national and regional level, the city of El Eulma is the main element of the network of informal merchant areas known by "Douba?" markets. The most important areas are located in the central and eastern of Algeria. This dual membership was conferred to it because of the strong presence of import companies and the existence of discrete and dynamic networks well-organized, formed of false importers. This article focuses on commercial trajectories, the forms of networks and their developments and tries to know the logic. From these trajectories, how the merchant places could be formed in Algeria, as was the case for El Eulma.

Modeling the Impacts of EU Bioenergy Demand on the Forest Sector of the Southeast U.S.

The wood-pellet trade between the U. S. (United States) and the EU (European Union) has increased substantially recently. This research analyzes the effects of EU biomass imports from the Southeast U. S. on Southeast U. S. timber prices, inventories and production and on EU imports of feedstock. The SRTS (sub-regional timber supply model) was used to simulate market responses to changes in woody biomass consumption in the U. S. and the EU between 2008 and 2038. Results indicate that the price of imported wood pellets in the EU is sensitive to future U. S. renewable energy policies, the developments of which are so far uncertain. The analysis indicates that with bioenergy demands, prices increase for U. S. softwood roundwood from 25% to 125% by 2038 depending largely on U. S. domestic policy. Demand increases led to supply responses and increased carbon storage in Southeastern U. S. over time.
