This paper analyzes the status quo and the existing problems of international trade development of agricultural products in Guangxi based on CAFTA framework as follows: the international trade of agricultural products in Guangxi shows a trend of rapid growth, but the structure of export products is simple; the distribution of export market is irrational; the export goods are mainly the resources-intensive goods and labor-intensive goods, with low added value of goods; the brand of agricultural products lacks strong overall international competitiveness. In the context of CAFTA framework, in order to foster the international trade competitive advantage of agricultural products in Guangxi, corresponding suggestions are put forward as follows: the structure of export market should change from the current simple status to diversified trend; the structure of export goods should gradually change from the current factor endowment to the orientation of international market demand; the agricultural production should change from the traditional agricultural products to advantageous complementary characteristic agricultural products; the trade structure should change from the land-intensive agricultural products to labor-intensive and technology-intensive agricultural products; the structure of merchandise trade should change from low-price vicious competition to high added-value competition; the governmental function should change from traditional one-way-direction-oriented function to modern integrated-service-and-supervision-oriented function that meets the requirements of export.

Industrial city is an important concept in urban *** paper discusses the connotation,origination,quantity,scale,type,distribution,achievements,and planning characteristics of industrial cities in the Middle East Arab countries through literature,statistical,and comparative *** identifies the problems and challenges industrial cities in the Middle East Arab countries are facing and proposes relevant countermeasures for their transformation under the new situation of the Belt and Road *** present,the research shows that there are about 100 industrial cities planned and constructed in Saudi Arabia,Syria,Qatar,and other Middle East Arab *** of free trade zones,industrial parks,and handicraft zones,a multi-levelled carrier system is formed for regional industrialization,helping to optimize the urban and economic geography pattern and to promote the integration of industrialization and urbanization of the *** become a systematic upgrade and comprehensive transcendence of free trade zones and industrial zones,forming a comprehensive platform for the Middle East Arab countries to promote resource development and integration,industry upgrading and transformation,and industry-city integration and *** paper proposes that China and the Middle East Arab countries should learn from each other regarding the planning and development of industrial cities and manage to achieve the coordinated development between China’s Overseas international Cooperation Parks and the Middle East Arab countries’industrial cities.

＜正＞ The results are reported of High Pressure - High Temperature （HPHT） treatment experiments for natural diamonds of different origin and with different impurity content. Diamonds are annealed in a temperature range up to 2100℃ at stabilizing pressures up to 70 000 atmospheres. The evolution is studied, as a function of temperature, pressure and time, of different impurities in the diamond crystal lattice. The most common impurities in diamond are subtitutional Nitrogen atoms. These can be present in isolated form, or in aggregates of two, three, four and more atoms, very often in combination with vacancies. According to the dominant Nitrogen aggregate impurity type, diamonds are classified in categories such as type laA, type laB, type laAB, type Ib and type Ha. It is found that the results of the HPHT treatment depend strongly on the diamond type. Moreover it turns out that the presence of additional impurities, mainly related to lattice distortion, can lead to totally different results. The diamonds are characterized using UV-Visible spectrophotometry, Fourier Transform Infrared （FTIR） spectrophotometry and photoluminescence spectrometry, at room temperature as well as at cryogenic temperature. Characteristic optical centers of known composition are studied, such as e.g. N3, H2, H3 and H4. Moreover the spectra show a number of peaks of which the nature is not known. High Pressure - High Temperature treatments of natural gem quality diamonds have become very important recently, because of the colour changes they can induce. These colour changes can lead to tremendous price differences. For the stability of the diamond trade it is very important to develop methods to make the distinction between natural and treated colours. In several cases this distinction can not be made at present. Therefore a systematic study of the influence of HPHT treatment on different diamond types is most necessary.

Based on this, the meaning and characteristics of business English and its role in international trade were elaborated in this study, and the obstacles of business English communication skills in international trade negotiations were deeply studied, then optimization strategies for the current problems were put forward, aiming at providing some theoretical reference for the development of foreign economic and trade in China.

The main purpose of this study is to develop a mathematical model for calculating the probability of money laundering process, by monitoring the behavior of the client using 70 indicators of money laundering. The scientific method used in this study (received from the Modern Criminology) has great investigative power and it is widely applicable. Hopefully the practical application of this study will increase greatly the probability of detection and punishment of the clients who are implicated in the process of money laundering. In particular, this study will be useful for banks, Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) of Albania, department of Economic Crime at the Ministry of Domestic Affairs and Albanian State Intelligence Service (SIS). 随着中国总人口的不断增加以及改革开放以来经济的飞速发展,中国面临来自气候变化的健康威胁也在不断上升.与此同时,中国也处于一个独特的机遇窗口期,如果能够有效应对气候变化带来的健康风险,将造福今后几代人的健康.反之,如果没有及时、充分的应对措施,气候变化对中国居民健康和生命的威胁将与日俱增.为了推动更及时且有利于改善人群健康的气候应对行动,由清华大学牵头建立的柳叶刀倒计时亚洲中心在全球柳叶刀倒计时工作的基础上[1,2],从2020年开始,聚焦气候变化对中国人群健康的影响进行全面且系统的评估[3,4].

Shipping plays a vital role in the world *** 90%of the world's trade is transported by ship in a cost-effective and reliable *** shipping is responsible for 2-3%of the total global CO2 *** addition,shipping accounts for up to 4-9%of all sulphur,and 10-15%of all nitrous oxide *** taking any measures,these emissions would more than double as seaborne trade is expected to further grow from 30 billion tone miles in 2006 to more than 100 billion in *** counter these emissions the international community has developed frameworks for energy efficiency measures,as well as emission reduction targets for SOx and NOx in appointed ECAs(Emission Control Areas).Biofuels satisfy fully or partially the new emission regulations and sulfur limits without compromising the *** goal of this work is to study and evaluate the physicochemical properties of conventional marine distillate fuel and its blends with renewable-alternative fuels(UCOME(Used Cooking Oils Methyl Esters)and HVO(Hydrogenated Vegetable Oils)).
