This study investigated and defined the optimal processing parameters for the electrospinning of polysulfone polymer solutions with N,*** of parameters such as solute concentration,electrical voltage,and working distance were correlated with the quality of the obtained nanofibers using morphological characterization via scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Carbonyl iron additive was dispersed in the polymer solutions,using ultrasonic tip,and the material processed via electrospinning with aforementioned parameters *** with the property of interaction with electromagnetic waves were *** dispersion of different concentrations of the additive and electromagnetic characterizations in the X-band of microwaves(8.2 and 12.4 GHz),using vector network analyzer(VNA)and rectangular waveguide,allowed the identification of the materials electromagnetic *** parameters allowed the calculation of reflected and transmitted energy by the material.

recent literature in empirical finance is surveyed in its relation to underlying behavioral principles, principles which come primarily from psychology, sociology and anthropology. In this study I investigated the role of behavioral finance and investor psychology in investment decision-making at the Tehran Stock Exchange with special reference to institutional investors. Using a sample of 23 institutional investors, the Behavioral factors discussed are: representativeness, overconfidence, anchoring, gambler’s fallacy, loss aversion, regret aversion and mental accounting affected the decisions of the institutional investors operating at the TSE.

This paper introduces Vietnam's climate condition,main rice production regions and analyses the expansion of rice planting area,rice cropping system during the last *** result from the change of rice production,planting area,yield,and rice trade indicates that the economic reforms in Vietnam from 1986 have contributed to a spectacular rise in rice production and ***,there are still problems and opportunities for rice production and export in *** paper suggests that Vietnam should make the most use of the advanced international rice cultivars and technology to improve irrigation and water conservancy facilities to benefit rice farmer and consolidate Vietnam to be the major exporter of rice in the world market.

The article reviews various theories about the possibility or impossibility of the simultaneously of implementing policies of economic growth and income distribution with emphasis on Iran’s *** in economic growth and income distribution are different *** groups conceive that there exist incompatibility and conflict between economic growth and equitable distribution of income,and unfair income distribution in the early stages of economic growth of any country is considered necessary,believing that income distribution has precedence over economic *** contrast,others believe that increasing inequality is an obstacle to the economic growth,and economic growth is prior to income *** are still other groups who say economic growth and income distribution have no priority over one *** paper reviews theoretically the analysis of the three groups,as mentioned,and considers Iran’s experience in this regard,concluding that in Iran income inequality has had no effect on the increase of economic growth rate,and economic development objectives and equitable distribution of income have been consistent and *** it is possible to simultaneously achieve them.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the Basic Student Entrepreneurial Program（BSEP） among the local university graduates who has undergone the training program in agroentrepreneurship *** thousand and five（1005） respondents who have participated in BSEP were interviewed with a structural questionnaire to gather information on their attitudes toward the effectiveness of BSEP and intention to become an *** results show that participants agreed on the effectiveness of BSEP in developing graduates intention to becoming an *** logit model was used to estimate and determine the relationship between certain variables namely;presence of entrepreneurs in the individual’s family（an entrepreneurial role model）,gender,area of origin,educational background and state of origin（East Coast and West Coast） and the perception on effectiveness of *** results of Logit test of independence shows that the four（4） tested variables are significant at 0.1 significant *** variables are;presence of entrepreneurs in the individual’s family（an entrepreneurial role model）,educational background,state of origin（East Coast and West Coast）.

Industrial city is an important concept in urban *** paper discusses the connotation,origination,quantity,scale,type,distribution,achievements,and planning characteristics of industrial cities in the Middle East Arab countries through literature,statistical,and comparative *** identifies the problems and challenges industrial cities in the Middle East Arab countries are facing and proposes relevant countermeasures for their transformation under the new situation of the Belt and Road *** present,the research shows that there are about 100 industrial cities planned and constructed in Saudi Arabia,Syria,Qatar,and other Middle East Arab *** of free trade zones,industrial parks,and handicraft zones,a multi-levelled carrier system is formed for regional industrialization,helping to optimize the urban and economic geography pattern and to promote the integration of industrialization and urbanization of the *** become a systematic upgrade and comprehensive transcendence of free trade zones and industrial zones,forming a comprehensive platform for the Middle East Arab countries to promote resource development and integration,industry upgrading and transformation,and industry-city integration and *** paper proposes that China and the Middle East Arab countries should learn from each other regarding the planning and development of industrial cities and manage to achieve the coordinated development between China’s Overseas international Cooperation Parks and the Middle East Arab countries’industrial cities.

Short-wavelength infrared(SWIR)sensors have attracted keen attention due to the increasing necessity in a variety of scientific and industrial applications,including biomedical and information technology *** conventional SWIR sensors are made of inorganic materials with rigid and brittle characteristics,organic materials with a discrete SWIR absorption are required for flexible SWIR sensors in the flexible electronics ***,we demonstrate that a polytriarylamine,poly[N,N′-bis(4-butylphenyl)-N,N′-bis(phenyl)benzidine](PolyTPD),can absorb almost full range of SWIR wavelength(λ=1000–3200 nm)after 48 h doping with tris(pentafluorophenyl)borane(BCF).The spectroscopic characterization disclosed that an electron transfer from PolyTPD to BCF created a new low energy level(gap)state leading to the SWIR absorption in the BCF-doped PolyTPD *** phototransistors(OPTRs)with the BCF-doped PolyTPD films as a gate-sensing layer could detect the SWIR light with a reasonable photoresponsivity of~538 mAW^(−1)(λ=1500 nm),~541 mAW^(−1)(λ=2000 nm),and~222 mAW^(−1)(λ=3000 nm).The present breakthrough SWIR-OPTR technology can pave a way for further advances in SWIR-absorbing organic materials and flexible SWIR sensors.

Assignment of a diagnosis of migraine has been formalized in diagnostic criteria proposed by the international Headache Society. The objective of the present study is to determine the reproductibility of the formal diagnosis of migraine in a cohort of headache sufferers over a one- year period. The study was performed in a community cohort taking part in a long- term prospective health survey, the GAZEL study. Two thousand five hundred individuals reporting headache in the GAZEL cohort were sent two postal questionnaires concerning headache symptoms and features at 12- monthly intervals. Replies to the questions allowed a migraine diagnosis to be attributed retrospectively using an algorithm based on the IHS classification scheme. The response rate was 82% for the first questionnaire and 69% for both questionnaires. Of the 1733 subjects providing information at both time- points, the agreement rate for the diagnosis of strict migraine (IHS categories 1.1 or 1.2) was 77.7% (kappa = 0.48), with 62.2% of the patients with this diagnosis (IHS categories 1.1 or 1.2) at Month 0 retaining the same diagnosis at Month 12. When diagnostic criteria were widened to include IHS category 1.7 (migrainous disorder), the agreement rate of the diagnosis was similar at 77.6% (kappa = 0.52), but 82% of the patients with this diagnosis (IHS categories 1.1 or 1.2 or 1.7) at Month 0 now retained the same diagnosis at Month 12. In conclusion, the one- year reproducibility of reporting of migraine headache symptoms is only moderate, varies between symptoms, and leads to instability in the formal assignment of a migraine headache diagnosis and to diagnostic drift between headache types. This finding is compatible with the continuum model of headache, where headache attacks can vary along a severity continuum from episodic tension- type headaches to full- blown migraine attacks.
