Fast-charging and low temperature operation are of vital importance for the further development of lithium-ion batteries(LIBs),which is hindered by the utilization of conventional carbonate-based electrolytes due to their slow kinetics,narrow operating temperature and voltage ***,an acetonitrile(AN)-based localized high-concentration electrolyte(LHCE)is proposed to retain liquid state and high ionic conductivity at ultra-low temperatures while possessing high oxidation *** originally reveal the excellent thermal shielding effect of non-solvating diluent to prevent the aggregation of Li^(+) solvates as temperature drops,maintaining the merits of fast Li transport and facile desolvation as at room temperature,which bestows the graphite electrode with remarkable low temperature performance(264 mA h g^(-1) at-20 C).Remarkably,an extremely high capacity retention of 97%is achieved for high-voltage high-energy graphite||NCM batteries after 250 cycles at-20 C,and a high capacity of 110 mA h g^(-1)(71%of its room-temperature capacity)is retained at-30°*** study unveils the key role of the non-solvating diluents and provides instructive guidance in designing electrolytes towards fast-charging and low temperature LIBs.

Both the fu(narrative)writers and novelists in the Han and Wei periods excelled in observing and selecting“situations”and forming intertextuality in text *** common structure shared by Han and Wei fu and novels features a question-and-answer format that contributes to the“fictionality”and narrative development and a“particularly brilliant ending”that is instrumental in providing wise advice and expressing *** works,through their classic themes,story arrangements,and plot settings in telling the tales of individuals or the supernatural,inspired novel creation in the Wei and Jin ***,fu works may contain novelistic allusions,while novels may quote fu works and contain stories involving fu *** are“similar in style and same in structure,”contributing to the prosperity of early Chinese literature through fictionality and exaggeration,with paradigmatic significance in the construction of“situations”in Chinese narrative literature.

“Chanting to express one's qing(emotions)and xing(natural inclination)”holds a central position in a series of lyrical theories in Chinese classical *** on the philosophy of emotions and dispositions,this concept marks the development from the expression of aspirations and emotions in general and collective poetics prevalent in the pre-Qin period to the lyrical theory of individual *** poetry of literati in the Han and Wei dynasties originated from the view of“expressing aspirations”and gave rise to the view of“springing from emotions.”During the Southern and Northern dynasties,poetic thought centered on qing and xing began to be established,and people often associated poetry with“chanting to express one's qing and xing”in addition to the concepts of“expressing aspirations”and“springing from emotions.”The poetics of the Tang Dynasty absorbed the view of“Introduction to Mao's Version of The Book of Odes”on the ballads and court hymns composed in the decline of the Zhou Dynasty and the theory of qing and xing from the Southern and Northern *** fundamental assertion regarding poetry is“chanting to express one's qing and xing,”and it endowed the traditional theory of qing and xing with an emphasis on individuality and a reverence for natural *** advocating the didactic purpose,the poetics of the Tang Dynasty essentially aligned with the ballads composed in the decline of the Zhou Dynasty,“chanting to express one's qing and xing.”In the Song Dynasty,the theory of qing and xing was combined with individual ethical essence,serving as the ideological foundation of the emphasis on reason in Song *** the Ming and Qing dynasties,poets still followed the traditional theory of qing and xing,considering qing and xing as the foundation of *** them,the school of“expressing one's inner self”emphasized the natural expression of individuality and valued inspiration and innovation.

BACKGROUND A cure for Helicobacter pylori(***)remains a problem of global *** prevalence of antimicrobial resistance is widely rising and becoming a challenging issue *** sequential therapy seems to be one of the most attractive strategies in terms of efficacy,tolerability and *** most common sequential therapy consists of a dual therapy[proton-pump inhibitors(PPIs)and amoxicillin]for the first period(5 to 7 d),followed by a triple therapy for the second period(PPI,clarithromycin and metronidazole).PPIs play a key role in maintaining a gastric pH at a level that allows an optimal efficacy of antibiotics,hence the idea of using new generation *** open-label prospective study randomized 328 patients with confirmed *** infection into three groups(1:1:1):The first group received quadruple therapy consisting of twice-daily(bid)omeprazole 20 mg,amoxicillin 1 g,clarith-romycin 500 mg and metronidazole 500 mg for 10 d(QT-10),the second group received a 14 d quadruple therapy following the same regimen(QT-14),and the third group received an optimized sequential therapy consisting of bid rabe-prazole 20 mg plus amoxicillin 1 g for 7 d,followed by bid rabeprazole 20 mg,clarithromycin 500 mg and metronidazole 500 mg for the next 7 d(OST-14).AEs were recorded throughout the study,and the *** eradication rate was determined 4 to 6 wk after the end of treatment,using the 13C urea breath *** In the intention-to-treat and per-protocol analysis,the eradication rate was higher in the OST-14 group compared to the QT-10 group:(93.5%,85.5%P=0.04)and(96.2%,89.5%P=0.03)***,there was no statist-ically significant difference in eradication rates between the OST-14 and QT-14 groups:(93.5%,91.8%P=0.34)and(96.2%,94.4%P=0.35),*** overall incidence of AEs was significantly lower in the OST-14 group(P=0.01).Furthermore,OST-14 was the most cost-effective among the three *** The optimized 14-

Until now, significant healthcare challenges and growing urgent clinical requirements remain incompletely addressed by presently available biomedical materials. This is due to their inadequate mechanical compatibility, suboptimal physical and chemical properties, susceptibility to immune rejection, and concerns about long-term biological safety. As an alternative, liquid metal(LM) opens up a promising class of biomaterials with unique advantages like biocompatibility, flexibility, excellent electrical conductivity,and ease of functionalization. However, despite the unique advantages and successful explorations of LM in biomedical fields, widespread clinical translations and applications of LM-based medical products remain limited. This article summarizes the current status and future prospects of LM biomaterials, interprets their applications in healthcare, medical imaging, bone repair, nerve interface, and tumor therapy, *** to translate LM materials into medicine and obstacles encountered in practices are *** that, we outline a blueprint for LM clinics, emphasizing their potential in making new-generation artificial organs. Last, the core challenges of LM biomaterials in clinical translation, including bio-safety,material stability, and ethical concerns are also discussed. Overall, the current progress, translational medicine bottlenecks, and perspectives of LM biomaterials signify their immense potential to drive future medical breakthroughs and thus open up novel avenues for upcoming clinical practices.

Therapeutic targeting FOxO3A(a forkhead transcription factor)represents a prom-ising strategy to suppress acute myeloid leukemia(AML).However,the effective inhibitors that target FOXO3A are lacking and the adaptive response signaling weakens the cytotoxic effect of FOxO3A depletion on AML ***,we show that FOxO3A deficiency induces a compensa-tory response involved in the reactive activation of mTOR that leads to signaling rebound and adaptive *** metabolism acts downstream of mTOR to provoke activa-tion of JNK/c-JUN via reactive oxygen species(ROS).At the molecular level,FOXO3A directly binds to the promoter of G protein gamma subunit 7(GNG7)and preserves its expression,while GNG7 interacts with mTOR and restricts phosphorylated activation of ***,combinatorial inhibition of FOXO3A and mTOR show a synergistic cytotoxic effect on AML cells and prolongs survival in a mouse model of *** a structure-based virtual screening,we report one potent small-molecule FOxO3A inhibitor(Gardenoside)that exhibits a strong effect of anti-FOXO3A DNA *** synergizes with rapamycin to substantially reduce tumor burden and extend survival in AML patient-derived xenograft *** results demonstrate that mTOR can mediate adaptive resistance to FOxO3A inhibition and validate a combinatorial approach for treating AML.
