By using the ^(3)P_(0) pair creation model,we provide a detailed derivation of the transition matrix for a baryon decaying into a meson-baryon *** analysis was successfully conducted for a meson in[***,***,and ***,***.B 715,322(2012),and we extend the same formalism to the baryon sector,focusing on the △(1232)→πN strong decay width because all hadrons involved in the reaction are very well established,the two hadrons in the final state are stable and require no further analysis,all quarks are light and thus equivalent,and the decay width of the process is relatively well *** a very common Rayleigh-Ritz variational method to solve the 2-and 3-body Schodinger bound-state equation in which the hadron's radial wave functions are expanded in terms of a Gaussian basis,we can relate the expression of the invariant matrix element with the mean-square radii of hadrons involved in the *** use their experimental measures in such a way that only the strength of the quark-antiquark pair creation from the vacuum is a free *** is then taken from our previous study on strong decay widths in the meson sector[***,***,and ***,***.B 715,322(2012),and the obtained results are compatible with the experimental results for the calculated △(1232)→πN decay *** requiring the calculation of additional baryon strong decays,a feasible avenue towards a unified description of both baryon and meson strong decay widths within a single constituent quark model framework may be ***,this research has been developed to lay the foundation for a novel raft of applications to exotic hadrons,i.e.,the description of the baryon's coupling to meson-baryon thresholds,one of the mechanisms that is considered to be responsible for providing either a large renormalization to naive states or genuine dynamicallygenerated meson-baryon molecules.

Urban environments have challenging characteristics for bird acoustic *** levels of anthropogenic noise,as well as vegetation structure(e.g.,in urban parks),can potentially affect the song frequency characteristics of several bird *** additional factor such as the abundance of conspecific and heterospecific vocalizing birds may play an important role in determining the structure of bird *** this study,we analyzed whether noise levels,vegetation percentage,and abundance of conspecifics and heterospecifics influence the song characteristics of three syntopic songbird species:House Finch(Haemorhous mexicanus),Rufouscollared Sparrow(Zonotrichia capensis),and House Sparrow(Passer domesticus)living in urban *** recorded songs of these species and measured the peak frequency and entropy of their songs at 14 sites in the city of San Cristobal de Las Casas,Chiapas,*** found that the song peak frequency of House Finch and House Sparrow's songs was negatively related to the *** peak frequency of neither of the three species correlated with the average noise ***,the abundances of conspecific and heterospecific were related to the peak frequency of the three species'*** entropy of the House Finch and House Sparrow songs was positively and negatively related,respectively,to noise *** Sparrow song entropy was negatively related to the percentage of *** entropy of House Finches was negatively associated to conspecific and House Sparrow *** entropy of Rufous-collared Sparrows was positively related to conspecific *** conclusion,the song peak frequency and song entropy of the three songbird species were differentially related to urban noise,vegetation,and conspecific and heterospecific abundance,suggesting these factors influence bird song characteristics.

Olfactory ensheathing glia promote axonal regeneration in the mammalian central nervous system,including retinal ganglion cell axonal growth through the injured optic ***,it is unknown whether olfactory ensheathing glia also have neuroprotective *** ensheathing glia express brain-derived neurotrophic factor,one of the best neuroprotectants for axotomized retinal ganglion ***,we aimed to investigate the neuroprotective capacity of olfactory ensheating glia after optic nerve *** ensheathing glia cells from an established rat immortalized clonal cell line,TeG3,were intravitreally injected in intact and axotomized retinas in syngeneic and allogeneic mode with or without microglial inhibition or immunosuppressive *** and gene expression analyses were *** bulb-derived primary olfactory ensheathing glia and TeG3 express major histocompatibility complex classⅡ*** and syngenically transplanted TeG3 cells survived in the vitreous for up to 21 days,forming an *** axotomized retinas,only the allogeneic TeG3 transplant rescued retinal ganglion cells at 7 days but not at 21 *** these retinas,microglial anatomical activation was higher than after optic nerve crush *** intact retinas,both transplants activated microglial cells and caused retinal ganglion cell death at 21 days,a loss that was higher after allotransplantation,triggered by pyroptosis and partially rescued by microglial inhibition or ***,neuroprotection of axotomized retinal ganglion cells did not improve with these *** different neuroprotective properties,different toxic effects,and different responses to microglial inhibitory treatments of olfactory ensheathing glia in the retina depending on the type of transplant highlight the importance of thorough preclinical studies to explore these variables.

AIM To identify common copy number alterations on gastric cancer cell *** Four gastric cancer cell lines(ACP02, ACP03, AGP01 and PG100) underwent chromosomal comparative genome hybridization and array comparative genome hybridization. We also confirmed the results by fluorescence in situ hybridization analysis using the bacterial artificial chromosome clone and quantitative real time PCR *** The amplification of 9p13.3 was detected in all cell lines by both methodologies. An increase in the copy number of 9p13.3 was also confirmed by fluorescence in situ hybridization analysis. Moreover, the interleukin 11 receptor alpha(IL11RA) and maternal embryonic leucine zipper kinase(MeLK) genes, which are present in the 9p13.3 amplicon, revealed gains of the MeLK gene in all the cell lines studied. Additionally, a gain in the copy number of IL11 RA and MeLK was observed in 19.1%(13/68) and 55.9%(38/68) of primary gastric adenocarcinoma samples, respectively. CONCLUSION The characterization of a small gain region at 9p13.3 in gastric cancer cell lines and primary gastric adenocarcinoma samples has revealed MeLK as a candidate target gene that is possibly related to the development of gastric cancer.

Let I be an interval of positive rational numbers. Then the set S （I） = T ∩ N, where T is the submonoid of （Q0＋, ＋） generated by T, is a numerical semigroup. These numerical semigroups are called proportionally modular and can be characterized as the set of integer solutions of a Diophantine inequality of the form ax rood b 〈 cx. In this paper we are interested in the study of the maximal intervals I subject to the condition that S （I） has a given multiplicity. We also characterize the numerical semigroups associated with these maximal intervals.

Alterations in epigenetic control of gene expression play an important role in many diseases, including gastric cancer. Many studies have identified a large number of upregulated oncogenic mi RNAs and downregulated tumour-suppressor mi RNAs in this type of cancer. In this review, we provide an overview of the role of mi RNAs, pointing to their potential to be useful as diagnostic and/or prognostic biomarkers in gastric cancer. Moreover, we discuss the influence of polymorphisms and epigenetic modifications on mi RNA activity.

Hardy spaces with generalized parameter are introduced following the maximal characterization approach. As particular cases, they include the classical Hp spaces and the Hardy-Lorentz spaces H^p,q. Real interpolation results with function parameter are obtained, Based on them, the behavior of some classical operators is studied in this generalized setting.

Periclinal chimera plants could be synthesized by a very easy grafting method. Thanks to this technique we can transfer useful characters from one genotype to another, we also can produce vigorous plants during a very short period. Recently in cassava, resistance to nematode could be transferred, and could develop vigorous plants by combining two types that have high combining ability. The most striking feature is that we can obtain enormous roots up to five times the common ones. By using this type of chimera we can replace traditional hybridization and no need to recurrent crosses cycles to transfer useful characters, reducing to a very short period developing a new variety and perpetuating it too.

AIM:To evaluate the suitability of reference genes in gastric tissue samples and cell ***:The suitability of genes ACTB,B2M,GAPDH,RPL29,and 18S rRNA was assessed in21 matched pairs of neoplastic and adjacent nonneoplastic gastric tissues from patients with gastric adenocarcinoma,27 normal gastric tissues from patients without cancer,and 4 cell lines using reverse transcription quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(RT-qPCR).The ranking of the best single and combination of reference genes was determined by NormFinder,genorm,BestKeeper,and *** addition,genex software was used to determine the optimal number of reference *** validate the results,the mRNA expression of a target gene,DNMT1,was quantified using the different reference gene combinations suggested by the various software packages for ***:ACTB was the best reference gene for all gastric tissues,cell lines and all gastric tissues plus cell ***+B2M or ACTB+B2M was the best combination of reference genes for all the gastric *** the other hand,ACTB+B2M was the best combination for all the cell lines tested and was also the best combination for analyses involving all the gastric tissues plus cell *** to the genex software,2 or 3 genes were the optimal number of references genes for all the gastric *** relative quantification of DNMT1 showed similar patterns when normalized by each combination of reference *** level of expression of DNMT1 in neoplastic,adjacent non-neoplastic and normal gastric tissues did not differ when these samples were normalized using GAPDH+B2M(P=0.32),ACTB+B2M(P=0.61),or GAPDH+B2M+ACTB(P=0.44).CONCLUSION:GAPDH+B2M or ACTB+B2M is the best combination of reference gene for all the gastric tissues,and ACTB+B2M is the best combination for the cell lines tested.
