Cluster Analysis of the Roma-BZCAT Blazars

Based on the collected multiwavelength data, namely in the radio(NVSS, FIRST, RATAN-600), IR(WISE),optical(Pan-STARRS), UV(GALEX), and X-ray(ROSAT, Swift-XRT) ranges, we have performed a cluster analysis for the blazars of the Roma-BZCAT catalog. Using two machine learning methods, namely a combination of PCA with k-means clustering and Kohonen's self-organizing maps(SOMs), we have constructed an independent classification of the blazars(five classes) and compared the classes with the known Roma-BZCAT classification(FSRQs, BL Lacs, galaxy-dominated BL Lacs, and blazars of an uncertain type) as well as with the high synchrotron peaked(HSP) blazars from the 3HSP catalog and blazars from the TeVCat catalog. The obtained groups demonstrate concordance with the BL Lac/FSRQ classification along with a continuous character of the change in the properties. The group of HSP blazars stands out against the overall distribution. We examine the characteristics of the five groups and demonstrate distinctions in their spectral energy distribution shapes. The effectiveness of the clustering technique for objective analysis of multiparametric arrays of experimental data is demonstrated.

Enhancing the security of the wireless communication is necessary to guarantee the reliable of the data transmission, due to the broadcast nature of wireless channels. In this paper, we provide a novel technology referred to as doubly multiple parameters weighted fractional Fourier transform(DMWFRFT), which can strengthen the physical layer security of wireless communication. This paper introduces the concept of DM-WFRFT based on multiple parameters WFRFT(MP-WFRFT), and then presents its four properties. Based on these properties, the parameters decryption probability is analyzed in terms of the number of parameters. The number of parameters for DM-WFRFT is more than that of the MP-WFRFT,which indicates that the proposed scheme can further strengthen the the physical layer security. Lastly, some numerical simulations are carried out to illustrate that the efficiency of proposed DM-WFRFT is related to preventing eavesdropping, and the effect of parameters variety on the system performance is associated with the bit error ratio(BER).

Purpose:This meta-analytical study aimed to explore the effects of resistance training(RT) volume on body adiposity,metabolic risk,and inflammation in postmenopausal and older ***:A systematic search was performed for randomized controlled trials in PubMed,Scopus,Web of Science,and *** controlled trials with postmenopausal and older females that compared RT effects on body adiposity,metabolic risk,and inflammation with a control group(CG) were *** reviewers selected the studies,extracted the data,and performed the risk of bias and certainty of the evidence(Grading of Recommendations,Assessment,Development,and Evaluation(GRADE)) *** body and abdominal adiposity,blood lipids,glucose,and C-reactive protein were included for meta-analysis.A random-effects model,standardized mean difference(Hedges’ g),and 95% confidence interval(95%CI) were used for ***:Twenty randomized controlled trials(overall risk of bias:some concerns;GRADE:low to very low) with overweight/obese postmenopausal and older females were *** groups were divided into low-volume RT(LVRT,~44 sets/week) and high-volume RT(HVRT,~77 sets/week).Both RT groups presented improved body adiposity,metabolic risk,and inflammation when compared to ***,HVRT demonstrated higher effect sizes than LVRT for glucose(HVRT=-1.19;95%CI:-1.63 to-0.74;LVRT=-0.78;95%CI:-1.15 to-0.41) and C-reactive protein(HVRT=-1.00;95%CI:-1.32 to-0.67;LVRT=-0.34;95%CI,-0.63 to-0.04)) when compared to ***:Compared to CG,HVRT protocols elicit greater improvements in metabolic risk and inflammation outcomes than LVRT in overweight/obese postmenopausal and older females.

In smart classrooms, conducting multi-face expression recognition based on existing hardware devices to assessstudents’ group emotions can provide educators with more comprehensive and intuitive classroom effect analysis,thereby continuouslypromotingthe improvementof teaching ***,most existingmulti-face expressionrecognition methods adopt a multi-stage approach, with an overall complex process, poor real-time performance,and insufficient generalization ability. In addition, the existing facial expression datasets are mostly single faceimages, which are of low quality and lack specificity, also restricting the development of this research. This paperaims to propose an end-to-end high-performance multi-face expression recognition algorithm model suitable forsmart classrooms, construct a high-quality multi-face expression dataset to support algorithm research, and applythe model to group emotion assessment to expand its application value. To this end, we propose an end-to-endmulti-face expression recognition algorithm model for smart classrooms (E2E-MFERC). In order to provide highqualityand highly targeted data support for model research, we constructed a multi-face expression dataset inreal classrooms (MFED), containing 2,385 images and a total of 18,712 expression labels, collected from smartclassrooms. In constructing E2E-MFERC, by introducing Re-parameterization visual geometry group (RepVGG)block and symmetric positive definite convolution (SPD-Conv) modules to enhance representational capability;combined with the cross stage partial network fusion module optimized by attention mechanism (C2f_Attention),it strengthens the ability to extract key information;adopts asymptotic feature pyramid network (AFPN) featurefusion tailored to classroomscenes and optimizes the head prediction output size;achieves high-performance endto-end multi-face expression detection. Basin-type insulator often has small cracks due to stress *** current method cannot accurately reflect the stress condition of the insulator to find the stress concentration *** solve these problems,a method for detecting two-dimensional plane stress(δ_(1) andδ_(2))within different depth ranges in a basin-type insulator is proposed based on critically refracted longitudinal(LCR)***,the acoustoelastic equation characterising the relationship between the variation of LCR wave propagation time and the plane stress was ***,the propagation characteristics of LCR wave in epoxy resin samples were ***,the stress distribution within different depth ranges of the insulator subjected to hydraulic load was measured using the proposed method,including direction(θ),δ_(1) andδ_(2).The results show that the magnitude of the stress alone cannot accurately characterise the stress *** with equal distances to the centre have similar stress magnitudes,but their directions are not the *** increasing depth,θremains essentially unchanged at the same location,whileδ1 andδ2 decrease,and the rate of decrease varies at different *** the measured and simulated data,the results showed that they were in good agreement,and the maximum errors of stress value andθwere 0.69 MPa and 2.97°,respectively,which confirmed the feasibility and accuracy of the stress detection in the proposed method.

Dyes are pervasive contaminants in wastewater,posing significant health risks to both humans and *** the various methods employed for effective dye removal,adsorption has emerged as a highly promising approach due to its notable advantages,including high efficiency,cost-effectiveness,low energy consumption,and operational simplicity compared to alternative *** comprehensive review focuses on investigating adsorbents derived from biowastes and biomass,specifically carbon-based and non-conventional adsorbents,for the removal of malachite green,a widely used dye known for its toxic and carcinogenic ***-based adsorbents encompass two main types:activated carbon and biochar,while non-conventional adsorbents refer to powder sorbents without carbonaceous *** studies have reported remarkable findings,with achieved maximum removal percentages exceeding 98%and capacities reaching 250 mg/*** results highlight the exceptional efficacy of the reviewed adsorbents in eliminating malachite green from *** exploring the potential of bio-based adsorbents,this review sheds light on sustainable and environmentally friendly solutions for mitigating dye pollution.
