Regulating rheological properties of water-based drilling fluids has always been a hot *** paper proposed a new method for regulating rheological properties of water-based drilling fluids by ultrasonic *** experimental results showed that the ultrasound increased the viscosity and yield point of bentonite suspension by reducing the particle size of clay,destroying the network structure between clay particles,increasing the mud yield and the cation exchange capacity of bentonite,and promoting the hydration dispersion of *** change of rheological property showed a memory effect at room temperature and high ***,the ultrasonic energy affected the network structure between clays and polymer chains,thus regulating the rheological properties of the bentonite-polymer *** two types of drilling fluids investigated,the rheology of the poly-sulfonate drilling fluid was regulated by damaging the grid structure between additives and clays by low-power ultrasound and reducing the clay particle size by high-power ultrasound,while the rheology of the deep-water drilling fluid was mainly regulated by disentangling the spatial grid structure between ***,ultrasound showed no effect on the lubricity,inhibition and stability of drilling fluids,which proved the feasibility of ultrasound to regulate rheological properties of water-based drilling fluids.

The Newly Discovered Yanchang Gas field in the Ordos Basin, Central China

The Yanchang gas field is located in the Ordos Basin of central China to the southeast of the Yishan Slope, covers an exploration area of 2.6× 10~4 km^2 and has approximately 3.5× 10^（11） m^3 of gas reserves. The gas field is dominated by lithologic gas reservoirs but also has a few structural gas reservoirs. Sand bodies were deposited in the Carboniferous Benxi Formation around offshore barrier islands and in distributary channel fillings in the delta front of the P_1s_2 and P_1s_1 divisions of the Permian Shanxi Formation. The P_2h_8 division of the Shihezi Formation contains the main reservoirs. The depths of the reservoirs are between 1 970 and 3 500 m. The Yanchang gas field can be classified as a typical tight sandstone gas reservoir filed because its porosity is lower than 10% and permeability lower than 1 mD. The discovery and development of the Yanchang gas field has led to a great increase in total natural gas reserves in the Ordos Basin. Its exploration has improved methods of locating large gas fields in deep-water depositional environments in the south part of the basin.

continental shale oil is widely distributed in the Cretaceous Qingshankou Formation of the Songliao Basin in Northeast *** the Qijia-Gulong sag and the Changling sag in the Songliao Basin,breakthroughs of shale oil exploration and development have been made in the first and second members of the Qingshankou Formation,and several wells represented byWell GYYP1 have achieved high and stable shale oil ***,some horizontal wells in shale oil development pilot test(Well groups A and D)were characterized by low shale oil production,high flowback rate and rapid production ***,controlling factors of the shale oil production were *** results show that shale oil enrichment area and optimal sweet spots are fundamental for high shale oil production,improving horizontal length and drilling ratio of sweet spots is a technical guarantee for enhancing shale oil production of single well,and artificial fracture network(***,complexity,and coupling with preexisting geological bodies)created by fracturing is a direct factor for controlling the shale oil *** subsequent exploration and development of the shale oil,the heterogeneity of sweet spot distribution should be carefully considered,the shale oil enrichment areas and optimal sweet spots also need be optimized,and the wellbore trajectory control and fine geological modeling techniques should be figured ***,the fracturing techniques suitable for the shale with high clay mineral content and weak brittleness should be developed,and the personalized and differentiated staged fracturing also needs to be performed,to effectively enhance single-well shale oil production and estimated ultimate recovery.

Heterojunction composites were prepared by silane coupling agent grafting from synthesized graphitic carbon nitride(g-C_(3)N_(4))and commercially available zirconia(ZrO_(2)).The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR)spectroscopy,UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(DRS),photoluminescence(PL)spectroscopy,and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The photocatalytic activity of the composites was evaluated by the degradation of methylene blue(MB)under visible light *** results showed that heterojunction composites of g-C_(3)N_(4) and ZrO_(2) could be successfully prepared by coupling agent *** optimal mass ratio of g-C_(3)N_(4) and ZrO_(2) was 2:1,with an activity that was 3.8 times higher than g-C_(3)N_(4) and 15.3 times higher than ZrO_(2).This was ascribed to the stronger light absorption,faster interfacial charge transfer,and lower photogenerated carrier recombination of the heterojunction composites.

Study of the numerical simulation of tight sandstone gas molecular diffusion based on digital core technology

Diffusion is an important mass transfer mode of tight sandstone gas. Since nano-pores are extensively developed in the interior of tight sandstone, a considerable body of research indicates that the type of diffusion is mainly molecular diffusion based on Fick＇s law. However, accurate modeling and understanding the physics of gas transport phenomena in nanoporous media is still a challenge for researchers and traditional investigation（analytical and experimental methods） have many limitations in studying the generic behavior. In this paper, we used Nano-CT to observe the pore structures of samples of the tight sandstone of western of Sichuan. combined with advanced image processing technology, threedimensional distributions of the nanometer-sized pores were reconstructed and a tight sandstone digital core model was built, as well the pore structure parameters were analyzed quantitatively. Based on the digital core model, the diffusion process of methane molecules from a higher concentration area to a lower concentration area was simulated by a finite volume method. Finally, the reservoir＇s concentration evolution was visualized and the intrinsic molecular diffusivity tensor which reflects the diffusion capabilities of this rock was calculated. Through comparisons, we found that our calculated result was in good agreement with other empirical results. This study provides a new research method for tight sandstone digital rock physics. It is a foundation for future tight sandstone gas percolation theory and numerical simulation research.

An analysis of major scientific problems and research paths of Gulong shale oil in daqing oilfield, NE China

After the preliminary basic research on the problems encountered during the production period of Gulong shale oil in the Songliao Basin, NE China, and the scientific exploration, the special characteristics of Gulong shale oil in terms of reservoir space, phase distribution, flow pattern, and mineral evolution are proposed. The main results are as follows :(1) The source of organic matter, mechanism of hydrocarbon generation and expulsion, and key factors affecting shale oil abundance;(2) The types and structural characteristics of the reservoir and their contribution to porosity and permeability;(3) The mineral origin and evolution of minerals and their influence on reservoir availability, sensitivity, and compressibility;(4) The rock mechanical characteristics and fracture propagation law of Gulong shale;(5) The shale oil products, phase change law and main control factors of adsorption and desorption conversion of Gulong shale oil;(6) The mechanism of shale oil-liquid, solid-liquid gas interaction and enhanced oil recovery. Three key research suggestions are proposed to realize the large-scale economic utilization of the Gulong shale oil as follows:(1) Deepen research on the mechanism of oil and gas generation and discharge, storage and transportation, to guide the selection of geological sweet spots of shale oil;(2) Deepen research on the compressibility and fracture initiation mechanism to support the selection of engineering sweet spots and optimization of engineering design;(3) Deepen research on the fluid interaction mechanism under reservoir conditions, os us to guide the optimization of development schemes and the selection of EOR technologies. A successful development of Gulong shale oil requires global experts and scholars to contribute multidisciplinary innovative ideas and technical ideas to solve production problems.

Fracture geometry and breakdown pressure of radial borehole fracturing in multiple layers

Reservoir forming conditions and key exploration technologies of Lingshui 17-2 giant gas field in deepwater area of Qiongdongnan Basin

On September 15,2014,China National Offshore oil co.,ltd announced that a high production of oil and gas flow of 1.6106 m3/d was obtained in Well LS17-2-1 in deepwater area in northern South China Sea,which is the first great oil and gas discovery for self-run deepwater exploration in China sea areas,and a strategic breakthrough was made in natural gas exploration in deepwater area of Lingshui sag in Qiongdongnan *** the combined action of climax of international deepwater exploration,high oil prices,national demands of China,practical needs of exploration,breakthroughs in seismic exploration and testing technologies,innovations in geological cognition and breakthroughs in deepwater operation equipment,Lingshui 17-2 gas field is *** these factors,the innovation in reservoir forming geological cognition directly promotes the *** quality of seismic data in the early time is poor,so key reservoir forming conditions such as effective source rocks,high quality reservoirs and oil-gas migration pathways are unable to be ascertained;with support of new seismic acquisition and processing technology,some researches show that Lingshui sag is a successive large and deep sag with an area of 5000 km2 and the maximum thickness of Cenozoic stratum of 13 *** the Early Oligocene,the Lingshui sag was a semi-closed delta-estuarine environment,where the coalmeasure and marine mudstones in Lower Oligocene Yacheng Formation were *** Lingshui sag is a sag with high temperature,and the bottom temperature of source rocks in Yacheng Formation can exceed 250C,but the simulation experiment of hydrocarbon generation at high temperature indicates that the main part of this set of source rock is still in the gas-generation window,with resources of nearly 1 trillion cubic meters,so the Lingshui sag is a hydrocarbon-rich generation *** the Neogene,the axial canyon channel from the Thu Bon River in Vietnam passed through the Lingshui sag,and five stages
