Objective:To assess the quality of expressed MSP-2 and also to confirm the immune response against different domains of these ***:Mice were immunized with a schizont extract to stimulate the immune system to make antibodies against different antigens of the late stage parasite including production of antibodies against different domains of Plasmodium falciparum(***)MSP-2.B lymphocytes of immunized mice were extracted from the spleen and the fusion was performed using NS-1 myeloma cells and the hybridoma cells were assayed by ELISA either with a schizont extract or different domains of MSP-2 and/or by IFAT with whole schizont *** of NS-1 and spleen cells was *** positive hybrids were cloned and ELISA was applied against different *** positive clones were transferred to a small tissue culture flask and after developing they were assayed against schizont extract and the different MSP-2 *** positive clones were expanded to large(75 cm^2)flask and cultured under the same conditions,checking them using both ELISA and IFAT and the positive cells were frozen as soon as ***:A total number of 7 fusions including 26 plates(2496 wells)were performed,of which 1336 hybrids were produced and the overall efficiency(1336/24%×100)was about 53%.ELISA was performed to detect the positive hybrids against crude schizont extract by which the highest frequency to crude schizont extract was found for the supernatant of the hybrids produced in fusion number 3(66 out of 315 hybrids).The supernatant of both B5 and Ft hybridoma cells were more positive against domain 2 of the MSP-2 recombinant protein in Western blotting *** blotting results also showed that different domains of the MSP-2 recombinant protein and also the MSP-2 of the *** parasite were recognized by some of the positive clones and also immune ***:Bringing together all the results of this study it has been confirmed that s

Three coordination polymers, namely, {[Zn（cmba）（bpp）]×H2O}n（1）, {[Zn（cmba）（bpa）1.5]×2.25H2O}n（2） and {[Cd（cmba）（bpa）（H2O）]×H2O}n（3）（H2cmba = 3-（carboxymethyl）benzonic acid, bpp = 1,3-bis（4-pyridyl）propane and bpa = 1,2-bi（4-pyridyl）ethane）, were synthesized under solvothermal conditions and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis（TGA）, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 features a 2D（4,4） grid layer with a side length of 9.827（10）/12.176（13） A. Complex 2 shows a 2D → 2D 2-fold interpenetrating layer structure through the flexible bpa coligands. Compound 3 presents a 2D layer formed from the metal-carboxylate chains further extending through bpa pairs. Furthermore, the solid state luminescent properties of complexes 1~3 were investigated at room temperature.

A cobalt coordination polymer, {[Co2（tdc）2（bimm）2]·（3 DMF）}n, was synthesized based on 2,5-thiophenedicarboxylic acid（H2 tdc） and bis（imidazol-1-yl）methane（bimm） mixed ligands. The asymmetric unit of the complex contains two Co2＋） cations, two tdc2-dianions, two neutral bimm ligands, and three free DMF molecules. In the complex, deprotonated tdc2-dianions alternately bridge the adjacent Co2＋ cations to generate chains, which are further connected by the flexible bimm ligands to form a 3 D structure containing adamantanoid-like subunits. In topology, the structure of 1 represents a 4-connected uninodal two-fold interpenetrated dia（66） topology. Moreover, the solid UV-Vis absorption spectra of the complex have also been investigated.

Lactic acid bacteria （LAB） are widely used in food industries. Correct identification and safety evaluation of these bacteria at the species even strain level should take considerations into account. In this study, the LAB were recovered from yoghurt and characterized phenotypically and genetically. Fifty-two isolates of LAB from 31 yoghurt samples were cultured and grouped into 6 species including Luctobucillus bulguricus （24 isolates）, Streptococcus thermophilus （15 isolates）, L. ucidophilus （7 isolates）, L. porucusei/cusei （3 isolates）, L. delbrueckii （2 isolates）, and L. fermentum （1 isolate）, based on their Gram-staining, colony morphology and biochemical properties.

Application of liquid pre-column capillary electrophoresis technique to the study of interaction between drug enantiomers and human serum albumin

Based on the chiral separation of several basic drugs, dimetindene, tetryzoline, theodrenaline and verapamil, the liquid pre-column capillary electrophoresis (LPC-CE) technique was established. It was used to determine free concentrations of dmg enantiomers in mixed solutions with human serum albumin (HSA). To prevent HSA entering the CE chiral srparation zone, the mobility differences between HSA and drugs under a specific pH condition were employed in thr LPC. Thus, the detection confusion caused by protein was totally avoided. Further study of binding constants determination and protein binding competitions was carried out. The study proves that the LPC technique could be used for complex mrdia, particularly the matrix of protein coexisting with a variety of dmgs.

The aim of this experiment was to investigate the ameliorative effect and molecular mechanism of tilapia head glycolipid(TH-GL)on indomethacin(IDM)-induced gastric ulcer in male Sprague Dawley(SD)*** gastric ulcer model was established by oral administration of 30mgkg^(-1) IDM after 7 days of TH-GL or omeprazole(OME)administration in *** the macroscopic gastric injury symptoms,gastric mucosa protective factor cyclooxygenase 1(COX-1),cyclooxygenase 2(COX-2),prostaglandin E_(2)(PGE_(2)),the levels of oxidative stress,and inflammatory cytokine expression levels in the rats were *** experimental results showed that multiple ulcers appeared on the gastric surface of the rats in the model *** to the model group,TH-GL significantly alleviated gastric ulcers and reduced the gastric damage index in *** addition,TH-GL significantly promoted the expression of constitutive enzyme COX-1 while inhibited the expression of inducible enzyme COX-2,and make PGE2 maintain at normal ***-GL also inhibited oxidative stress and inflammatory responses,increased superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity and glutathione(GSH)content,decreased the level of malondialdehyde(MDA)and the content of pro-inflammatory *** conclusion,these results suggested that TH-GL could maintain the expression levels of COX-1 and PGE2 while inhibit the expression of COX-2 in the gastric of rat and then prevent IDM-induced gastric ulcer,which may be related to the regulation of oxidative stress and inflammatory ***,TH-GL might be a new option for the prevention of gastric diseases induced by IDM.

There is no study on food-derived peptide with both anticoagulant and angiotensin I-converting enzyme inhibitory (ACEI) activities yet. In this work, the anticoagulant and ACEI activities of the casein hydrolysates released by pepsin digestion were evaluated for the first time to the best of our knowledge. Results indicated that the casein hydrolysate exhibited potent anticoagulant activity by prolonging the thrombin time (TT) and the activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT). Compared with control samples, at 10 mg/mL, the TT and APTT of casein hydrolysate were 186.0 % ± 6.6 % and 163.5 % ± 7.4 %, respectively. The casein hydrolysate also showed a strong ACEI activity with an IC50 value of 1.775 mg/mL. The components of the bioactive casein hydrolysate were analyzed by nanoscale liquid chromatography quadrupole time-of-flight tandem mass spectrometry (NanoLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS). Total of 115 peptides were identified, among which 34, 9, 55 and 17 peptides were derived from α_(s1-), α_(s2-), β-, and κ-casein, respectively. The results of PeptideRanker and PepSite 2 analysis showed that 6 peptides (FRQFYQL, NENLLRF, NPWDQVKR, PVVVPPFLQ, PVRGPFPIIV, and ARHPHPHLSF) have both ACEI and anticoagulant activities by binding to the active sites of ACE and thrombin. This study indicated that casein is a potential functional food supplement that can be used for medical purposes.
