Genome wide association analysis identifies candidate genes for fruit quality and yield in Actinidia eriantha

Quality and yield are the primary concerns in kiwifruit breeding,but research on the genetic mechanisms of fruit size,shape,and ascorbic acid(ASA)content is currently very limited,which restricts the development of kiwifruit molecular *** this study,we obtained a total of 8.88 million highly reliable single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)markers from 140 individuals from the natural hybrid offspring of Actinidia eriantha cv.‘White’using whole genome resequencing technology.A genome-wide association study was conducted on eight key agronomic traits,including single fruit weight,fruit shape,ASA content,and the number of inflorescences per branch.A total of 59 genetic loci containing potential functional genes were located,and candidate genes related to single fruit weight,fruit length,ASA content,number of inflorescences per branch and other traits were identified within the candidate interval,such as AeWUSCHEL,AeCDK1(cell cycle dependent kinase),AeAO1(ascorbic oxidase)and AeCO1(CONSTANS-like 4).After constructing an RNAi vector for AeAO1 and injecting it into the fruit of cv.‘Midao 31’to interfere with the expression of the AeAO1 gene,the results showed that the activity of ascorbic oxidase in the fruit of‘Midao 31’significantly decreased,while the content of ASA significantly *** study provides valuable insights into the genetic basis of variation in *** fruit traits,which may benefit molecular marker-assisted breeding efforts.

Comparative Evaluation of Geological Heritage Landscapes in dali-Cangshan Global Geopark

Cangshan Glacier is one of the southernmost mountains in the Northern Hemisphere(Asian Continent) during the last Quaternary glaciation, and is a standard area with well-preserved and abundant traces of Quaternary dali glaciation. In this study, the geological heritage resources of Cangshan Mountain are evaluated in terms of condition indicator and value indicator. Through the determination of quantitative evaluation indicators and evaluation factor weights of geological heritage landscapes, the geological heritage resources of Cangshan Mountain are identified and classified. The results show that there are two world-class geological heritage landscapes,14 national geological heritage landscapes, 54 provincial geological heritage landscapes and55 geological relic landscapes below the provincial level in the park. Cangshan Mountain’s geological heritage resources are compared with glacial heritage resources, Quaternary glaciation resources and tectonic geomorphic heritage resources both at home and abroad, so as to form a complete evaluation of the geological heritage landscape resources of Cangshan Mountain.

The WRKY transcription factors play important roles in plant growth and resistance,but only a few members have been identified in *** we identified a WRKY transcription factor,FvWRKY50,in diploid strawberry which played essential roles in strawberry vegetative growth,and reproductive *** out FvWRKY50 by genome editing accelerated flowering time and leaf senescence but delayed anthocyanin accumulation in *** analysis showed that FvWRKY50 acted as a transcriptional repressor to negatively regulate the expression of flowering-and leaf senescence-related genes,including FvFT2,FvCO,FvFT3,and ***,FvWRKY50 directly upregulated the expression of FvCHI and FvDFR by binding their promoter under normal conditions,but at low temperature FvWRKY50 was phosphorylated by FvMAPK3 and then induced protein degradation by ubiquitination,delaying anthocyanin *** addition,the homozygous mutant of FvWRKY50 was smaller while the biallelic mutant showed normal *** new findings provide important clues for us to further reveal the regulatory mechanisms of strawberry growth and fruit ripening.

The Effect of Bamboo Charcoal Application on Soil Nutrients and Heavy Metals in Rice

Soil heavy metal pollution is becoming more and more *** charcoal application can play an important role in alleviating the toxicity of heavy metals in *** with other biochar,bamboo charcoal has more unique properties and may have a unique effect on heavy metal *** Province of Southeastern China is rich in bamboo ***,few studies related to bamboo charcoal application for heavy metal remediation in farmland were *** this study,four treatments with different amounts of bamboo charcoal application were set up through a field experiment,namely BC0(no bamboo charcoal application),BC1(2500 kg⋅ha^(−1)),BC2(5000 kg⋅ha^(−1)),and BC3(10000 kg⋅ha^(−1)),and each treatment was replicated three *** results showed that(1)The application of bamboo charcoal significantly increased the soil pH and organic matter *** with BC0,the pH and organic content of BC3 increased by 7.4%and 17.4%(P0.05).(3)With the increase of bamboo charcoal application,the Cd content in rice gradually decreased,the BC3 treatment significantly decreased by 39.0%(P0.05),compared with BC0.(4)Soil pH,organic matter and Cd in rice seeds were significantly negatively correlated(P<0.01).The heavy metal content in rice does not change with the change of heavy metal content with HCl-extractable state in *** means bamboo charcoal does not reduce heavy metal content in rice by simply declining the heavy metal content with HCl-extractable *** mechanism of action is relatively complicated,and further study is needed.

Based on the perspective of heritage tourism,this paper selected dali Ancient City,one of the first group of national historic and cultural cities,located in Yunnan Province,China,as case study to analyze the motivation,satisfaction,and loyalty of tourists to national historic and cultural cities with concentrations of ethnic *** the questionnaire survey on the experience of tourists during their stay in dali Ancient City,the study identified two motivations related to their visit:cultural motivation and multi-factor motivation,such as delicious food,enjoying *** identifying and understanding the type,motivation,behavior,perception,and experience of tourists in national historic and cultural cities,it was hoped to provide reference for destination management and formulation of corresponding *** addition,this study also discussed how tourist motivation analysis contributed to higher satisfaction and loyalty of tourists to a destination.

在综合分析相关评价模型的基础上,本论文探讨了地质公园阐释系统的评价体系和评价模型。主要步骤如下:(1)构建指标体系。综合运用理论方法、频率法和专家咨询法,本论文构建了地质公园阐释系统评价指标体系。评价指标体系包括3个一级指标、8个二级指标和30个三级指标。(2)确定指标权重和评分标准。本论文采用层次分析法确定评价指标体系中各指标的权重,明确了各指标的测量方法和评分标准。(3)建立评价模型和评价等级。本论文构建了阐释系统开发评价模型,并根据评价结果划分了四个评价等级。(4)实证研究。利用评价指标体系和评价模型,本论文对苍山世界地质公园阐释系统的各项指标进行了测量和调查,然后研究计算每个指标的得分和整个阐释系统的最终得分。评价结果表明,各层次指标得分差异显著。阐释系统总分为7.8854分,表明苍山世界地质公园阐释系统的评价水平较高。针对得分较低的指标,本论文提出了相应的改进对策。

Dynamics of major air pollutants from crop residue burning in China's Mainland,2000–2014

Based on satellite image data and China＇s Statistical Yearbooks（2000 to 2014）, we estimated the total mass of crop residue burned, and the proportion of residue burned in the field *** as domestic fuel. The total emissions of various pollutants from the burning of crop residue were estimated for 2000-2014 using the emission factor method. The results indicate that the total amount of crop residue and average burned mass were 8690.9 Tg and4914.6 Tg, respectively. The total amount of emitted pollutants including CO2, CO, NOx,VOCs, PM（2.5）, OC（organic carbon）, EC（element carbon） and TC（total carbon） were 4212.4–8440.9 Tg, 192.8–579.4 Tg, 4.8–19.4 Tg, 18.6–61.3 Tg, 18.8–49.7 Tg, 6.7–31.3 Tg, 2.3–4.7 Tg, and8.5–34.1 Tg, respectively. The emissions of pollutants released from crop residue burning were found to be spatially variable, with the burning of crop residue mainly occurring in Northeast, North and South China. In addition, pollutant emissions per unit area（10 km ×10 km） were mostly concentrated in the central and eastern regions of China. Emissions of CO2, NOx, VOCs, OC and TC were mainly from rice straw burning, while burning of corn and wheat residues contributed most to emissions of CO, PM（2.5） and EC. The increased ratio of PM（2.5） emissions from crop residue burning to the total emitted from industry during the study period is attributed to the implementation of strict emissions management policies in Chinese industry. This study also provides baseline data for assessment of the regional atmospheric environment.

The Research of Sunshine Sports to Psychologically Healthy to Shanghai University Students

This article used self-reporting inventory, self-test questionnaire, and other methods, chose four vocational schools in Shanghai for comparing experimental study of mental health, conducted experiments on experimental group and control group, and analyzed the current mental health of young students in Shanghai. It shows that the sunshine sports could significantly improve the students" mental health. The conclusion is that carrying out sunshine sports in vocational school extensively plays an important role in promoting mental health of young people in school. But some of the vocational schools in Shanghai in carrying out sunshine sports need to be improved.

Autophagy is responsible for maintaining fundamental cellular homeostasis and is,therefore,essential for diverse development *** study reported that PoElp3,the putative catalytic subunit of Elongator complex,is involved in the maintenance of autophagy homeostasis to facilitate asexual development and pathogenicity in the rice blast fungus Pyricularia *** was found that the ΔPoelp3 strains were defective in vegetative growth,conidiation,stress response,and *** mutants exhibited hyper-activated autophagy in the vegetative hyphae under both nutrient-rich and nutrient-deficient *** hyper-activation of autophagy possibly suppressed the production of vegetative hyphae in the ΔPoelp3 ***,the ΔPoelp3 strains were found to be more sensitive to rapamycin during vegetative-and invasive-hyphal growth but have no effect on Target-of-Rapamycin(TOR)signaling *** together,these results demonstrated that PoElp3 is involved in asexual development and pathogenicity by regulating autophagy in the rice blast fungus.
