Scientific Exploration and Practice of Safe Production Management of Non-Ferrous Metal mines under the New Situation—Taking dahongshan copper mine as an Example

Although dahongshan copper mine, a subsidiary of Chinalco Co., Ltd., has a large production scale, it is still a non-ferrous metal underground mine with low mechanization and labor efficiency due to its early production. In recent years, mines have carried out a large number of beneficial scientific explorations and practices on production safety management. According to their own actuality, they have combined production safety with scientific management. They have done meticulously and solidly, ensuring that the safety situation continues to be good. There have been no serious injury accidents, let alone work-related accidents for two consecutive years. The injury rate of thousands of people is in the good results within the control index have also made it a benchmark for safety management in the nonferrous mines of Chinalco. This paper analyzes and discusses the scientific methods and good experiences of the production safety of dahongshan copper mine from six aspects: explosion management, organizational security, infrastructure, safety inspection and quantitative mechanism, safety training, safety science and technology, etc. Finally, it gives suggestions for the next production safety of dahongshan copper mine.

Real-time emergency route generating algorithm in tunnel

As part of the digital mine system, a real time emergency route generating algorithm for a large scale metal mine is studied. The tunnel is abstracted and mathematically described by the center line model. A series of definitions are made and the center lines are regularized. In order to improve the quality of the final routes, a center line dataset preprocessing is done according to the factors including the slope threshold and the tunnel closed state information, etc. While in preprocessing, the mineshaft and shaft with the steep slope are excluded implicitly. The interface is preserved for point-like objects (e.g. blowers), directions (e.g. wind direction of blowers) and so on. The final path finding algorithm is optimized by the filter operation that the calculation is only performed at the endpoints and hub points, which can further reduce computing data amount. In our experiment, 3 368 nodes out of 22 401 nodes are selected as key nodes, therefore, the data processing amount of the algorithm is reduced to 1/7 and the routes can be found in real time. The algorithm is implemented and integrated into the final digital mine system.

Research on the control technology of medium-length hole blasting fragmentation in underground mine

The scalloped medium-length hole blasting mining method used in dahongshan copper mine accounted for more than 61%of the total amount of mining,but the large boulder yield restricted the intensity of ore supply for mines,and the average boulder yield was as high as 22.7%.In order to develop the mine production efficiency,the circular medium-length hole blasting technology was proposed and field tests were carried *** test results showed that circular medium-length hole blasting mining can reduce the average boulder yield to 10.3%.Compared with the traditional scalloped medium-length hole blasting mining,the average boulder yield was decreased by 12.4%.The daily yield of ore for the panel on duty was increased by 152.29 t,and the growth rate was 51.1%.The new technology can reduce the time for the handling of boulder and the consumption of explosives and detonators for recrushing,and increase the efficiency of mining while reduce the mining cost,which has received good blasting effects.
