Safety evaluation and whole genome sequencing for revealing the ability of Penicillium oxalicum WX-209 to safely and effectively degrade citrus segments

The microbial potential of Penicillium has received critical *** present research aimed to elucidate the efficacy of crude enzyme secreted from Penicillium oxalicum WX-209 in degrading citrus segments and evaluate the safety of the *** showed that citrus segment membranes gradually dissolved after treatment with the crude enzyme solution,indicating good degradation *** significant differences in body weight,food ingestion rate,hematology,blood biochemistry,and weight changes of different organs were found between the enzyme intake and control *** experiments showed that the crude enzyme had high biological ***,the whole genome of *** WX-209 was sequenced by PacBio and Illumina ***-five scaffolds were assembled to generate 36 Mbp size of genome sequence comprising 11369 predicted genes modeled with a GC content of 48.33%.A total of 592 genes were annotated to encode enzymes related to carbohydrates,and some degradation enzyme genes were identified in strain *** WX-209.

Non-fused ring electron acceptors(NFREAs)have a broad application prospect in the commercialization of organic solar cells(OSCs)due to the advantages of simple synthesis and low *** selection of intermediate block cores of non-fused frameworks and the establishment of the relationship between molecular structure and device performance are crucial for the realization of high-performance ***,two A-D-A’-D-A type NFREAs namely CBTBO-4F and CBTBO-4Cl,constructed with a novel electron-deficient block unit N-(2-butyloctyl)-carbazole[3,4-c:5,6-c]bis[1,2,5]thiadiazole(CBT)and bridging unit 4,4-bis(2-ethylhexyl)-4H-cyclopenta[2,1-b:3,4-b’]dithiophene(DTC)coupling with different terminals(IC-2F/2Cl),were designed and *** two NFREAs feature broad and strong photoresponse from 500 nm to 900 nm due to the strong intramolecular charge transfer *** with CBTBO-4F,CBTBO-4Cl shows better molecular planarity,stronger crystallinity,more ordered molecular stacking,larger van der Waals surface,lower energy level and better active layer morphology,contributing to much better charge separation and transport behaviors in its based *** a result,the CBTBO-4Cl based device obtains a higher power conversion efficiency of 10.18%with an open-circuit voltage of 0.80 V and a short-circuit current density of 21.20 mA/cm^(2).These results not only demonstrate the great potential of CBT,a new building block of the benzothiazole family,in the construction of high-performance organic conjugated semiconductors,but also suggest that the terminal chlorination is an effective strategy to improve device performance.

The PL "violet shift" of cerium dioxide on silicon

CeO2 thin film was fabricated by dual ion beam epitaxial technique. The phenomenon of PL violet shift at room temperature was observed, and the distance of shift was about 65 nm. After the analysis of crystal structure and valence in the compound were carried out by XRD and XPS technique, it was concluded that the PL shift was related with valence of cerium ion in the oxides. When the valence of cerium ion varied from tetravalence to trivalence, the PL peak position would move from blue region to violet region and the phenomenon of 'violet shift' was observed.

This paper presents the Location,the structural design as well as the anti-corrosion and the pilot programs of the marine exposure station of Zhoushan Archipelago seas sea-crossing bridges. Subjected to the marine environment,the concrete structures in serve with different mixing proportions,cover thickness,additional anti-corrosion measures such as rust-preventing agent,coating,penetration crystalline waterproof material,silicone and permeable fabric were studied. Those results obtained provide important information for the maintenance of marine concrete and the structural design of sea-crossing bridges in the above sea area.

Starting from the same Fe3O(RCO2)6 complex and using a similar synthesis strategy, the Fe6 and Fe12 wheels were obtained by utilizing two designed ligands, 2-amino-2-methyl-1,3-propanediol(L1) and 1,3-propanediol(L2), respectively. A biological buffer reagent, Bis-Tris(2-[bis-(2-hydroxyethyl)amino]-2-(hydroxymethyl)propane-1,3-diol) was first introduced in the synthesis of the Fe12 wheel, playing a vital role in adjusting the acidity of reaction environment. Magnetic studies on both Fe6 and Fe12 wheels revealed strong antiferromagnetic coupling between the spins on FeIII ions.

Assembly variation analysis of parts that have flexible curved surfaces is much more difficult than that of solid bodies, because of structural deformations in the assembly process. Most of the current variation analysis methods either neglect the relationships among feature points on part surfaces or regard the distribution of all feature points as the same. In this study, the problem of flexible curved surface assembly is simplified to the matching of side lines. A methodology based on Bézier curves is proposed to represent the side lines of surfaces. It solves the variation analysis problem of flexible curved surface assembly when considering surface continuity through the relations between control points and data points. The deviations of feature points on side lines are obtained through control point distribution and are then regarded as inputs in commercial finite element analysis software to calculate the final product deformations. Finally, the proposed method is illustrated in two cases of antenna surface assembly.

Studies on Locusts' Pathogenesis and Energy Metabolic Inhibition Induced by the Insecticidal Protein Purified from Pseudomonas Pseudoalcaligenes

The insecticidal protein produced by Pseudomonas pseudoalcaligenes is purified from the suspension of the bacterial culture. As an intact molecule, the protein acts on the foregut, midgut, hindgut, vasa Malpighii and fat body, and kills locusts. The disinsection rates of feeding and injection are 63.3% and 65.7%, respectively. After 24h to 48h, it is observed that all these tissues and cells show pathological changes in varying degrees, and so did the host cellular organs of these cells, such as cytoblast, mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum and ribosome. Particularly, the changes of the mitochondria are much more serious than those of others. Detection of oxygen electrode shows the efficiency of oxidative phosphorylation and the ATP synthesis decreases, while the activity of mitochondrial ATPase is almost not affected. That means the energy utilization of locusts is in gear, but the shortage of the supplying of energy results in their death. This research forms the substantial basis for controlling locusts.
